Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Bellevue

Good enough for rock stars. We stayed there to attend the Totally Tubular music festival at Remlinger Farms. Next morning the band Men Without Hats, who we had seen the day before, and their entourage were partaking in the continental breakfast. Nice quiet hotel and decent coffee available at all hours. The business centre wasn’t working which was a little frustrating.

My 4 night stay was quiet. I wish the fitness room was open earlier, but the free laundry room is a very nice addition. The garage parking is easy and a plus. The rooms are dated, but i felt the price was very good and fare. The employees were all friendly enough and they definitely are available to help. Breakfast has alot of nice items and the all day coffee, tea and cocoa are perfect. They even have cookies at night, if you're so inclined. No complaints.

They gym equipment was broken and they don’t do room service

Its pet friendly and they have warm chocolate cookies at night for the guests.

Staff was very responsive to A/C problems. Great staff. Breakfast could use a few more options. Second elevator needs to be fixed because in the morning the wait was quite long. The floor in the breakfast area needs more improvement. Will stay there again if in the area.

Excellent value and quiet clean rooms . Free laundry too just bring your own detergant!

Great place to stay. I’ve been staying here for years. This time, the parking lot was crowded with buses and trucks taking up multiple spaces and I couldn’t find a place to park when I arrived at night.

A very comfortable hotel for a medium- to long-term stay. My room faced a quiet wooded hillside. The setting is isolated, but ultimately convenient, being just off I-90 in Bellevue. You can walk to a grocery store, drug store and a few restaurants (it's a bit of a hike, but doable). When the hotel is full, there is a scarcity of parking (and the spaces are very small), but I think you can overflow into the adjacent church parking lot. A big shout out to SARA at the front desk, who helped me when I messed up my reservation and needed to stay an extra day.

Love the free breakfast, choice of indoor/outdoor parking and free laundry. The maids were excellent and the proximity to Safeway and I-90 and restaurants was a true blessing! Thank you LLBellevue for a wonderful stay!

Free laundry machines are great. Rooms are very big. The fresh baked cookies were delicious! Staff was exceptionally kind. And the whole experience was wonderful

It was NASTY the rooms weren’t even cleaned. Garbage on the floor, hair on the bed and pee on the toilet. We got two rooms one for my husband and I and one for my daughter and her friend, both rooms were bit cleaned, we even hit a new room and that was a littler better but still gross, so we decided just to pack up and leave and they refused a refund. I would NEVER stay here.

Nice staff. Aged and dirty room - years-long dirt accumulated in corners. Mold in windows. Window curtains and shower curtains falling apart. I just felt very old and dirty and I was so thankful my stay was only one night.

Arriving and check in were fine. When in opened the door to room 429 I was shocked. The room was dark and the light was so dim I turned on more lights, which were broken. My room was filthy, the light plates were all sticky, the floor was grimy so I kept my shoes on. The counter tops and cabinets had splatter on them and when I went to wipe it off if washed off (gross). I think the only thing clean was my towels. I found hair in the sheets and wore flip flops in the shower. I tried to book at another place without luck, so I stayed the first night. I checked out the next morning after a rough night. Not happy and disappointed in the comments at check out by the front desk. No hospitality at this place. Wish I took pictures didn't realize I could add those to the review. We have stayed here multiple times. This will be our last. The sofa bed mattress cover was unsanitary with yellow & brown liquid stains & also food crumbles. Then when I removed it, underneath the cover the mattress pad had mold and mildew. As my mom had aleady retired for the night, I asked to have a seperate room at no charge for myself which they did accomodate. I had come.down previously to get blanket for my mom. While polite, it seemed like it was a hassle for the night clerk. I told my mom the clerk seemed weery & not the usually friendliness we have experienced at this location. I also overheard they were short on housekeeping staff. The carpet going down the hall was stained in areas & dirty in others. There was a layer of dust at the edges where the vaccum didnt quit hit. This was not our experience in the past. The carpet in our accessible room was torn at the edges and there were stains on the couch. The 2nd room were I eventually moved was very clean Unfortunately, early in the morning an alarm went off in the room next to mefor a long time. I called down but it went off before staff came.They did come fairly quickly knocking around 6am. They proceed to tell me no alarm was going off. I told him it just stopped. He kept "discussing it with me" I told him I didnt want to talk further in my PJs in the hall. The lobby area & morning staff were all nice. We have recommended thia locarion in the past. We cannot anymore due to poor cleanliness.

Old moldy sink, bath tub and kitchen

The 1st floor smelled like cigarettes and so did our room; we asked for a different room and were told the hotel was completely full. The room was old, dark and dirty. There was pubic hair all over the bathroom floor, nails sticking out of the bathroom cabinet, wallpaper peeling everywhere blood on the back of the sink, hair in the fridge, dirty coffee cup lids, the drawer in the bathroom was full of hair, dirt and nail clippings & the shower had mildew. The carpet in the common hallway was stained bleached and disgusting. The whole place was filthy and felt gross. When we came back from an errand, our room smelled like weed instead of cigarettes and later it smelled like matches. We were on the first floor so we couldn’t leave our window open to help with the awful smells. I took photos of everything. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room was smelling pretty bad and had a lot of dog hair around. We asked to clean the room and they only changed the sheets and towels. In the last morning we discovered dog poop on the side of the bed. Disgusting!

Likely the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. I left a night early, I couldn’t imagine spending another night there. Starting at the elevator, the wall around the button was black from all the hands that have touched it and the stair well smells like rodent. There was some red splatter on the wall across from the toilet, some weird goop running down the cabinets, hairs in the tub. The bed duvet was stained, there was a spring poking into my hip all night. I slept with one eye open and spent the next day itching my legs. A very uncomfortable stay.I wouldn’t stay here again. I suppose you get what you pay for, spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

We were surprised by the size of the space--bigger than expected. Appreciated that the bedroom had a door separating it from the living space. And the basic kitchen with a full-size fridge made bringing our own food so much easier. Where the room lacked was in lighting. It was like walking around in candlelight or a dim casino. The rest of the room was equally dated--cracks in counters, dog-chewed moulding. But the bathroom was spacious and the shower was hot. I would remind those considering coming that this is a pet-friendly place. We didn't come with a pet. But we encountered some fleas left over from somebody else's pet. Both of us have red bites on our arms after sitting on the couch. Breakfast was simple. The fruit was fresh and the cereals and yogurts well-stocked. Our first night was quiet. Our second was not, as a family with small children was placed above us. Endless running and stomping. Front desk was helpful when we let them know.

Good in general. Location and surroundings are very good. Front desk staff are very friendly. Bed mattress is too soft and shaky. Internet connection is very poor, not able to connect. No bottle water in the room.

The property kind of dated you can hear a noise from the next-door when you want to try to get some sleep.

Hotel is nicely tucked away making it quiet, staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and clean for the most part, noticed a couple stains on the comforter but other than pretty good. The only was I could not get the TV to turn on no matter what I did.

The staff are rude. In our room, the TV wouldn’t turn on and we were told to unplug it and plug it back in by the front desk. That didn’t work. The AC unit also didn’t work. We eventually switched rooms. The carpet is stained and dirty. The elevator is old and slow. This hotel does not have any amenities. We asked for a roll away bed but they don’t have one. There weren’t extra bedding in the room either.

inexpensive budget hotel with free breakfast and parking. it is an older hotell with few amenities. Easy access off I-90. Spacious rooms with full size fridge, stove top and dishwasher with some linited cookware, dishes and utensils. older mattress and furniture

Very spacious room, with windows that open for fresh air. Bed was super comfortable, Overall the room was a bit dated, could use a refresh, but we enjoyed the extra room of a suite.

The rooms show their age, mostly in the design choices, overall seems like it’s held up well. A good amount of sound comes through the walls including my neighbors’ very clear phone call at 6:30am my last morning. Decent little kitchenette and fridge.

Tv did not work in bedroom ADA door exit button did not open door when I informed the front desk clerk he indicated he did not know they had one. ??? Told him it’s an ADA requirement and dangerous for those who require its use. He was indifferent

We only stayed one night, but the bed was comfortable. The room was clean, and made us feel like home. The staff that helped on the check in was very friendly and welcoming.

It started out rocky. We booked and paid for the Executive Suite with a king bed. Upon arrival, we learned from the hotel staff they put us in a Queen room because Hotels.Com overbooked them which is quite common. Our friends stayed just one night and this happened to them as well. The woman at the desk was quite rude and gave no apologies. We stayed one night in the Queen then was moved to the King room for the rest of the week- only because we were persistent. After that the stay was just ok. The hotel is extremely outdated. The pictures advertised do not represent the actual condition. With that said everything was very clean and iur bed was comfortable.

Right off the bat we were greeted by a super rude front desk gal. She was very short with us and gave us zero details about where our room was or how to find it. Once we found the are to park we went to the elevator which took several minutes to call because there was only 1 elevator in operation. Once we entered our room we were hit with a VERY pungent smell of dog piss and wet dog stank. After looking around we noticed a bunch of spots all over the walls, stains on the couch and over all grossness. I went to the front desk to ask about some Febreeze and possibly a different room. Instead of any assistance I was basically ignored and told it was a pet room so that’s what we get. She literally said “it’s in the carpet. There’s nothing we can do!” The very nice cleaning lady gave me a fresh blanket to put on the couch my son was sleeping on. Thank god it was only one night. The morning guy we checked out with was just as dismissive. Absolutely disgusting and not worth the insane price!!

Receptionists were Unhelpful and extremely indifferent to my requests, and particularly rude while communicating. Despite my request for a quiet accommodation, which submitted via Expedia app, reception has no knowledge of this request, completely unaware of it, in spite of acknowledging reciept to my request at the time...signaling a serious lack of organisation and poor guest management!!!

Staff was unfriendly and irritable for all interactions. Was seeing frequently giving out room keys without checking id. Breakfast was subpar and keys often stopped working.

All the front desk staff, the housekeeping staff everyone was very friendly. I stayed there for nearly a month and a half due to water damage in my apartment and the staff would even ask how things were going and genuinely meant it. Neville, Sara, Jessica and Taylor. They made things that were increasingly disasterous a little easier to take.

Extremely rude Front Desk Staff & a GM who calls Guests liars & making up stories.

Very unprofessional. The district manager replied to my email that I sent after my trip & still had communication attached between him and the location manager basically questioning my medical condition as to why I needed to cancel the day I was expected to arrive. I made seveal attempts to call him to discuss his email but no response after messages were left.....terrible experience 😕

Check in was super quick, the woman working late night at the desk was very nice every time i saw her. Close to the grocery store and right by the freeway. I (F) came in alone at 2:30 a.m. and never felt unsafe. Great place to stay!

Arrived in a snow storm but checked in without a problem. The room was clean and was just starting to show it's age, but nothing bad. Only annoyance was a the heat coming on with a little fan noise.

Very dated for sure. Almost impossible to find off the freeway, terrible signs! Needs major upgrade, just packaged stuff for breakfast

Location is great, easy access to the highway. Close to the grocery store and few restaurants. Breakfast is okay, coffee is available 24/7 at the lobby. The rooms need updating, that’s why I gave it four stars instead of five.

This is the best by far of three Extended Stay properties I have stayed in of late in the Seattle/King County area. Courteous staff and the best breakfasts by far of the three - in other words an effort had been made to provide one.

A much lower rate than staying further into Seattle center. Safe and clean.Having a kitchenette was convenient. Breakfast was entirely cold items but was all i needed for a good start to the day. And the nightly chocolate chip cookies were tastier than Doubletree's!

Clean and convenient location. Property is dated. The breakfast is not hot breakfast. I like the 24-hr coffee in the lobby.

Nice cozy suite with little kitchen. Breakfast was more grab something and go, Not that great.

No hot food like waffles, eggs, hashbrowns, meats. Most facilities that list complimentary breakfast have much more than the skimpy foods here., won’t be back.

Was a good place to stay. Not real fancy but clean and comfortable. Price was right through Hotels.com. No hot breakfast but a variety of options to choose from—hard-boiled eggs, assortment of yogurt and juices. Variety of pre-packaged cereals, sweet rolls, bagels, (toaster), bananas, oranges. Coffee and tea. The only complaint I have is we would get the TV running and all of a sudden it would shut off during a program. You could turn it back on, but then there was no picture as you were going through the channel? Didn’t report it because we were tired and didn’t want to watch TV anyway. Would stay again. Very good location.

It was a good stay and good value. I had stayed here previously and knew what to expect. The breakfast was very continental, carb-heavy stuff.

The staff was excellent and very friendly! The cookies were a nice touch!
