Overall this property was ok for our stay. It is misleading when it says there is a continental breakfast, there is not. There is a small coffee stand for you to purchase items. Also what was disappointing is this hotel offers community swimming lessons making the pool unavailable at times

We enjoyed all aspects of this property! Spacious rooms, decent size pool and courtyard, nice lobby with business center and TV area, as well as the breakfast options available for purchase.

The room was clean, comfortable and the property was super cute with a fire pit outside. The gentleman that checked me in was friendly and helpful. It was a little tricky to get to because it was in back of the Fairfield Inn and Residence Inn buildings. They do offer breakfast and coffee for a fee and they do charge $10 for parking.

I had a great time here for an amazing price. The staff was extremely friendly, allowing me to change my room to one that was closer to the inner courtyard without problems. The pool was open from 6-11 pm and nice and warm. The whirlpool was also great! The only thing was that there was no breakfast buffet, however the options were ok for around $10.

The pool area and spa were clean. There was a beautiful place to hangout out doors with a large fire pit. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were kind and friendly. Just FYI there are no elevators so if you have mobility issues let them know with your booking to get a ground floor room.

Stayed at Sonesta a couple weeks back and went fine as we were only there to sleep. We decided to book again for two nights. Maintenance was being done. Brown water was coming out of shower head. Toilets weren’t flushing for hours and water faucets didn’t have pressure for hours. Tried to speak with a manager Alexa on 4 occasions and she was not available the first time, then she was writing an email, then once again not available to speak with us. We were able to get our room changed, however also had brown water coming out of our faucet. We went due a swim just to be told that we could only swim on half of the pool due to them holding swim classes. Class after class occurred from about 4pm-7:00pm. Will never stay here again!

There was blood on our shower curtain. And not a missable amount. They do not clean the hotel rooms at all unless requested (even after 3 days). There was a roach in our bathroom and I don’t think anything had been dusted or surface cleaned for awhile because there was dust on all the surfaces. Otherwise staff were friendly.

The stay was very nice. The staff was adequately friendly. There were multiple instances where the breakfast was out of some offerings, but that wasn't a large inconvenience, and some of them were remedied before the end of our stay. However, there was mold on the ceiling of our bathroom that should be addressed. That was the largest complaint though, and most everything else was very lovely.

They don’t clean the rooms unless and until you call them 1 day in advance to request the cleaning service for the following day. They don’t disclose this condition upfront. I requested my room to be cleaned after stating there for 2 days and they refused, saying that I had not requested 1 day in advance. Ridiculous!

Upon entry to unit, I went to use the bathroom as we had had a long drive. The first thing I see is an empty condom wrapper on the floor. Talk about making me feel gross. The bed was really lumpy and old. We were both constantly rolling into the middle all night. To top off the lack of sleep due to bed, the AC kept shutting off. As we were packing to leave the next morning we grabbed our cold coffees and leftover queso dip out of the refrigerator only to realize that they were actually not cold. The refrigerator didn’t work. :( Very disappointed. The guy at the front desk was very nice.

The building was older. The walls were so thin, we could hear our neighbor singing in their room, and conversations in the hallway. We were okay, but it wasn't obvious that there were no elevators or there was a parking fee when we were looking to make reservations.

This was a great hotel! Clean and quiet plus well appointed. Pool and hot tub were clean. Gym a bit on the small side but that didn't matter to me. Rooms were great with a nice balcony. Bed comfortable and room spacious. There was a fire going in the court yard which was nice to see. I will definitely stay again if I am in the area. Well worth the price.

This is a basic 3 star hotel with nothing so great to call out. The stay was good and quiet for the most part. Walls are paper thin and the internet was just bad. Apart from that the rooms are decent and clean. The area has a lot of dining and shopping options around. Customer service is ok and I didnt face any issues. For the price i think this is a decent place.

I enjoyed me stay here, the room was clean and comfortable and the hotel had plenty of parking ($10/day, which is super cheap in my experience). The walls are very thin - I could hear the person in the room next to me singing to themselves, which was weird, and if anyone was in the hallway, I could hear them clearly as if they were in the room with me. Thankfully, I went during a time where it the hotel wasn't very busy, so it wasn't a problem for me, but I could see where it might be if it had been busy. It's also in a weird location - kind of at the back of a series of hotels and buildings all in a clump. Front desk staff were amazing but overworked and short staffed. We had some issues checking in, where the room we were assigned smelt like cigarettes smoke and the thermostat didn’t work. Matt was awesome, he got our room changed immediately. Later that evening, we realized the fridge didn't work in our room. Matt again came and got us a working fridge right away. The first night, we could hear a faint beeping noise from a near by smoke detector with a low battery. That was annoying to sleep through the first night but when we told the front desk the next day, it was again fixed. All in all, the staff were excellent. They addressed the issues quickly. However, the hotel its self is a little run down.

The manager on duty was Ryan. He checked us in and was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. He went out of his way to arrange the cancellation of one of the rooms we had reserved and the didn’t need due to a illness. The property itself was clean, safe and conveniently located near the highway. Food options were within a 15 minute drive. The pool was fun for the kids.

When I went to check in around 6:00, I was told the king size bed room that I had booked was still being cleaned and that I would have to wait. Check in is at 4:00 by the way. I was offered a queen size room and then told it was “an upgrade” but it’s on the second floor and they do not have an elevator. That was fine so I took it. The kid at check in was pretty rude and very unhelpful. The room was definitely not an upgrade. It faced to parking lot which was noisy and very brightly lit. At midnight I hear a key card going in my door and the door opening. I was staying there as a solo woman so this was absolutely terrifying. The front desk informed me that my check in wasn’t done properly and they had no idea I was in the room so they assigned it to someone else. I obviously didn’t sleep that night. When I went to check out the manager was incredibly skeptical that what I was telling him had happened had in fact happened. He kept saying he needed to investigate. No apologies. He literally wouldn’t take responsibility for what happened at his hotel and made it seem like it was my fault! They agreed to a refund on the room and nothing else. I’m pretty horrified by this whole experience. Terrible customer service and definitely not a safe place for a single woman to stay.

It's close to the freeway, but tucked away, so it was quiet. Close to shopping and dining. Very helpful staff at check in, during our stay and checking out. Courtyard was very nice, but the grounds around the parking lot could use a little more maintenance. It was a hot weekend, but we don't think the hallways needed to freezingly cold. The room was very nice, but we could hear the guests' footsteps upstairs every time they walked, and the walls creaked so loud, it was hard to sleep until they went to sleep (after midnight). We would consider staying again.

This was a fantastic hotel for our stay! It was within walking distance to the train station which was handy to get to Seattle and other nearby cities. The rooms were nice and staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that they didn’t have extra blankets, sheets and pillows in the room for the pull out bed, we had to go down to the front desk and were told we might not be able to get a pillow as they are short on them (we did get one though so that was good). Also, one of the rooms we rented had a weird sticky spot on the floor, but otherwise was fine. The location was really nice and we felt super safe, but there isn’t any restaurants nearby, which was fine for us as we walked or ordered in. The pool was really nice! Overall very happy and would definitely stay here again.

It’s as close as you can get to the Microsoft West Campus; about a 15 minute walk to get to most buildings, and a 30 minute walk to get to most places in the East campus. There is some dining in the other direction as well in walking distance. Be sure to bring an umbrella depending on the season!

Hi this hotel is found through fair price search. We got $15 credit for breakfast and beverages. However, early check-in is very difficult and needs surcharge, and early check-out is 11 am. The breakfast was dreadful. Just over priced microwave meals. Nothing fresh. No blame on the lovely member of staff serving, they were great. No bar which was a shame (there is little shop on site) as the lounge area was lovely. Outside seating area was great too. Just nothing to do.

No free breakfast and even the lobby coffee cost money. Didn’t have enough clean towels but we also did not realize we had to ask for housekeeping services so that’s on us. The pool and spa services were nice and it comfortably slept all 5 of us in a quiet room.
