Everything was clean and the staff was nice. Our TV didn’t work and the technician came immediately to fix it. We didn’t use the pool or fitness room. The only problem I had was the shower curtain. It was ripped and the curtain didn’t cover the whole shower and water was coming out. Overall everything was fine and affordable!!

I used to stay in this hotel years ago and I can say they are doing a really good job on trying to make it nicer for guests. Some small changes on updating the facilities and there is even an elevator on the plan. The staff are super nice! From front desk to housekeeper. They are really attentive to your needs and try to make you feel like home. Cleanness is also a highlight of this stay! My only suggestion would be update the laundry room and put some more machines.

I have a lot of appointments in Seattle. This is our go to hotel. It's always clean, quiet, and the breakfast burritos are good. We will continue to stay here when we have early appointments.
