The shuttle to the airport was quick, even on return from the airport. Parking the car for a week was convenient too. Highly recommend if you are flying out of Minneapolis.

Tired property. Wallpaper peeling off every surface in rooms and lobby. Took forever to get a lobby beer and you have never seen a price so high. Vegas Nashville don’t hold a candle to those prices.

It was a great quick stay. I didn’t like that there is a fee to check in early and even that wasn’t available. I also don’t like that there is a parking fee. The restaurant was closed so dinner was trickier. The pool was nice, the gym was ok, wish there was a hot tub. The room was huge, the bedroom area was comfortable and great, the living room was relaxing and nice. The shower was hot with great water pressure. I would stay again.

Initially choose property because it was pet friendly. Last minute changes and I didnt bring my dog. Saved $100 but to late to cancel for refund. Leaking roof in lobby, lots of buckets everywhere. $10/night for parking, very unnecessary.

One elevator was broken and we were there when the hotel was full, so that was very inconvenient. A staff member told me that it’s been broken for months… Also, the parking situation was really difficult. They do long-term parking in their parking lot so we had a very difficult time getting a parking spot at all when we came back from our activities… Other than that, everything was great it was affordable, clean, the room Although slightly dated was very comfortable… Bedding clean… Continental breakfast was good too. I highly recommend this place, but it is better if you only bring one car.

The room was nicely done and clean. The breakfast was great. Location was perfect for an early morning flight. The desk staff, however were not very welcoming, bordering on rude. The two behind the desk didn’t acknowledge my presence until I interrupted them from their casual conversations with each other. Another slight peeve, was that the exterior was beginning painted and there were some chemical smells that were irritating.

There was some crumbs by the wall that could have used the vacuum hose. Toilet seat is really loose and tbe bathroom door hits it. Needs to be tighten done with a screw driver.

My family and I stayed for four days. We had four rooms. The hotel is not clean and the upkeep is poor. Housekeeping came made the beds, emptied the trash, replaced the towels and did nothing else no sweeping, vacuuming nothing. My bathroom sink stopper broke and was broken for two days because maintenance was not available the weekend. The free breakfast was good but the cleanliness was horrible. Spilled food everywhere in the buffet area most items ran out. The eating area was a mess. We had to clean our tables everyday just to be able to sit down and eat. With the hotel being busy the staff does not do upkeep well the halls and elevator floors always dirty with trash. They constantly charged the credit cards on file each night when the room were paid in full in advance. When I went to inquire the front desk lady had the worst attitude. She wouldn’t even let me explain she told me she knew what my problem was because all of the other hotel guests had complained to her so basically she wanted me to shut up. I explained to her that I am not them. I have an issue I would like to discuss and she could take her attitude because I am not the problem. She eventually calmed down and apologized. The issue is had I blown up like she did the situation would have been worse and different. Customer service is important in this business especially dealing with people and taking their money. The holds are still pending and we checked out yesterday. Beyond all that the hotel is just ok.

Check in was great, friendly staff. When we got in our room there was a childs shoes left behind by previous guest. When I took a shower all body was was completely out. Doesn't seem like room was cleaned very well after last guest.

The property is old the room felt dirty, you could see stains on the wall, bathroom tub had hair in it. The dining areas were dirty crumbs on the counters spillage in the entry upon arrival. Would not stay here again.

The bed was uncomfortably hard and the breakfast was a real letdown. Everything was cold, and the options were limited—just eggs, potatoes, and tough French toast. No meat at all. For the price point, I expected much better. I’ve had far better breakfast at a Holiday Inn Express, and this was priced more like a Marriott—but Marriott’s breakfast is better, and their beds are far softer. Definitely not the value I was expecting from a Hyatt.

I needed a place close to the airport for a quick overnight. The room was spacious, it had a nice shower, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. I didn't have a chance to try out the amenities, but I would happily return.

The room was clean. The bathroom door almost hits the toilet when opening or closing, but the shower was nice. Our room was on the front side of the hotel and very noisy. I’d recommend a room on the back side. The pool was nice. Breakfast had good options.

I was pleasantly surprised with these accomodations. The room was large, clean and surprisingly quiet for being near the airport. Although the room could use new carpet, the rest of the facilities are updated, the staff is effecient, and the stay was exactly what I needed to catch the early flight by way of the hotel's shuttle.

The room had a distinct foot smell. The fridge was turned off and still was not very cold when we left in the morning. The actual bathroom was quite small. The location was good for heading to the Mall of America but the rooms are overpriced.

The rooms were very nice, checking in was easy. I do like the sinks outside of the shower/toilet area. I don't feel we should be charged for parking. The noise from I494 is quite loud. You need to run the fan continuously or.have a sound machine.

Gave away our room because our flight got delayed on the tarmac. We landed at 1215am instead of 11:15pm and imagine our surprise when we showed up and they gave us an excuse that hotels.com cancelled our room request and they no longer had a room for us. Hotels.com had just emailed us 4 hrs earlier telling us it was time to check in. Stranded with an 11 yr old at 1am. Save your vacation funds for an establishment that cares.

I prepaid my stay but when i arrived at hotel with my children i learnt that they were soldout. Had to wait there for >40 minutes and they finally found a hotel at another location. When i got there the receptionist did not know and asked for their credit card info. I called them again and finally someone came over with their credit card. My kids slept on lobby until they arranged everything and had to leave in 4.5 hrs to airport to check in with my flight. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed at the hotel on June 15, needed to be close to the airport and got a good deal. I paid in advance on Expedia but, after my stay, I was charged an additional $212.32. I called on June 19 and talked with Jenny at the front desk. She immediately saw that I was charged mistakenly and said she would process a refund of $212.32. A week later, I had not been refunded and called again and spoke with Noel (Jenny was not available). He saw that a refund had been started by Jenny but not completed so he was going to send it to the manager, Akira, for processing. I called again the next day to make sure that it was done and neither Jenny, Noel nor Akira were in. The front desk staff suggested that I email Akira who “checked her email actively”. Three days later, no response to my email and no refund. Called yet again, and Jenny answered the phone. She insisted that she had processed the refund immediately, on June 19, and she had done everything possible and I should call my credit card company. However she refused to give me the confirmation code for the refund. I called the credit card company and my only recourse with them is to file a dispute as they have no record of a refund and I have no confirmation. I get refunds on my cc all the time and usually they show up very quickly. This was the hotel’s error and with all the back and forth, I don’t have any confidence that they have processed the refund. So be careful when they place incidental holds on your card!

The staff was amazing! We were traveling through on our 2nd day of an extended trip back home from vacation and were exhausted when we landed early in the morning. They let us check-in early so we could go to our room. Made the long day better. Bryant was fantastic and very friendly.

I made a last minute flight change and had to stay near the airport. The Hyatt Place Minneapolis Airport was very close. Also, shuttle service to nearby restaurants and Mall of America made my stay much more pleasant. Great place to stay if you're flying in or out of MSP.

The QR codes are all scratched up and don't scan. There was no information about the area in the room such as restaurants near ect.. The water in the ahower never got close to hot. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors. And the airplanes are very loud

Had to pay extra to check in early even though I was not told that by the staff. Staff told me they were sold out so no rooms were ready. When I arrived they magically had rooms available but had to pay $60 additional to check in. Manager was rude and told me she could refund aleady paid amount. Why would this have helped? They would have held this at the bank not freeing up the money to rebook somewhere else. There is a lot of deferred maintenance and the hotel was very noisy. Breakfast Do had cold oatmeal,dried up eggs and not much else. Do not stay here.

The pool extremely cold. The breakfast food temperature is like luke warm on the "hot items". Housekeeping did a great job tending to my room daily.The staff was nice on the premises. But when I left something and needed help they were not helpful over the phone. I forgot an item. I called 5 times to get it returned to me. No one called me back to ship it , it's been almost a month.

Attentive and friendly staff. Nice to have an airport shuttle arrive within minutes of being requested at 1:30 a.m. due to delayed flight. Room was very spacious with seating area. Didn’t use the fridge, but always a plus. Price was right on! Breakfast (basic) available but not replenished past 9 a.m. with ending time at 9:30. Several guests were still arriving/eating.

The hotel looked much more modern in the advertisement. Overall I would say the room need to be updated. The shower although modern had a door which did not shut properly and the shower spray was not working well. There were not any amenities, just the basic shampoo and soap. I asked for hand lotion and there was none. The bar was very limited. There was no wine. The food which order was boneless chicken wings which were bad, basically they were chicken nuggets. The breakfast was average. I thought the cost was high and that this hotel was more like a hotel 8.

This is a great place to stay. Clean rooms and amazing breakfast. Close to the airport and stores. The only issue is that the airport shuttle runs until 11:00 pm. Parking is $10 a night.
