No parking on site. They say it is on their website, but it is obscure, and does not accurately depict the parking experience. There is NOTHING about the lack of parking on Expedia. The parking facility is 1 km away from the hotel, but due to one way streets, the drive back to the hotel to get your bags is actually 4 km. And it is a MAZE to try and navigate. Also, if you are paying 370 Euro (600 CAD) a night for a suite, you shouldn't have to be dragging your bags through the restaurant to the back door, and up two flights of stairs. Room was nice, but would not recommend this hotel if you are driving.

Great location for downtown. It is a beautiful hotel- way better than the pictures. The bar was great. The staff was very helpful. They had valet parking that was a good price and very quick. Really a lovely place!

Be aware if you arrive for a late check in with a car they will tell you their valet is completely full. We then got sent to a car park in Temple Bar to park the vehicle which they said was 24 hours but was in fact closed. The staff was totally incompetent dealing the matter and the hotel is not near any other public car parks, we had to leave the car parked outside the hotel which should have been their first offer as there were other cars we noticed that had to do the same thing. They then told us we would be called in the room at 6:30am to move the car - to where exactly we have no idea because we left for an early flight. Totally incompetent and unhelpful front desk staff who seemed confused at even the thought of helping us unload our bags from the car and did not seem to understand how their own hotel worked. However room was clean and fine, but service was terrible.

There were issues with no sheets on bed ( I called desk but no one came to help.. I found maid to help me), hair in tub, shower poured water on floor every use, no replacement of used drinking glasses for one week stay…. Went to desk a couple times but the front staff don’t really care or help… if house keeping was better this hotel would be great. Location and breakfast very good. Tried evening restaurant and food very good.

This is a beautiful hotel, and I really wanted to like it. Front desk staff was great, but bar staff had no clue how to make the simplest of drinks and service took forever. Tried several visits with the same frustrating results. Witnessed staff arguing on the floor during service. Long wait to be seated for meals. Very frustrating as I loved the building itself. Bathrooms are dated, showers difficult to get in and out of for our entire party. Moldy areas of tile. Front desk staff again was super helpful and professional. Bar staff needs training before being put on shift.

The hotel was fine, but for a 4-star and the price, I expected better. The staff were fantastic - really friendly and accommodating. The lobby and bar area were nice, and the food was decent (we only ordered sandwiches as we were eating out later that night). I booked an Executive Triple Room, and it looked lovely at first, but then I noticed the box spring bed base was dirty and scuffed. That kind of wear and tear is fair enough, but a valance sheet would go a long way in tidying it up. The bathroom was the real issue. The shower fixtures, glass door, and corners of the bath were filthy - there was a lot of built-up grime and scum. The floor was dirty too - I could see it on my feet after walking barefoot post-shower. It just did not feel like it had been properly cleaned in a while. The hotel was not awful, but like I said, for the price - CA$871.28 for one night including parking - you would expect better.

We booked the room with a balcony, overseeing Trinity College. It was a good centralized location, walking distance to Temple bar, Trinity college and most major attractions. The room was a good size, clean and had plenty of storage space. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The staff was wonderful. I was able to get a free to go cup of coffee in the morning. Downside thought - My key card stopped working twice in a 14 hour stay. The hotel wifi did not work.

An absolutely stellar hotel - staffed by some of the finest people we met during our 3 weeks in Ireland. Gorgeous public spaces and beautiful, well-appointed guest room - special s/o to Kenneth at the valet parking who was our first introduction to this hotel. We will definitely return and this will be the only hotel in Dublin we will ever choose.

we arrived early due to an overnight flight. they said our room was ready but we would have to pay €50 to get our room early… we came back at noon and then they wanted to squeeze €20 out of us to check-in. they said this is the hotel policy. i asked if the homeless people sleeping in tents across the street or us leaving the next morning at 0730 would offset the bonus charge to get our room earlier even though it was ready …

Hotel mistakenly re-assigned our room number and key to other guests so that we were woken in the middle of the night by strange people in the room. Front desk shunted me to day manager, who shunted me to customer relations, after characterizing the situation as "a misunderstanding." Guess I misunderstood that the rooms were secure here.

We loved this property--the location was great (even though the actual street it's on has a bit of a homeless encampment, it also has a police station and a fire station). It's a couple of blocks from Grafton St., and right across the street from Trinity College (and when the gate is open you can across the campus). The staff was INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY, and helpful. We accidentally took a key from our previous airbnb stay, and they offered to return it for us. The restaurant and bar are beautiful, and the rooms are new and clean. It was a good value for the money!

Excellent staff. The safe wouldn’t open on one occasion and staff had to unlock it for me. The sink also wouldn't drain but staff once again fixed it after I asked. Breakfast was incredible. And so was the hotel restaurant.

We stayed at the Trinity City for 2 nights and overall it was a pleasant stay. Just a couple of criticisms mainly about the restaurant. We had dinner on our second night and unfortunately the food was served on cold plates which meant that the vegetables were cold. I tried to point this out to one of the waiting staff but unfortunately she speak speak sufficient English and didn’t understand. This was the only criticism and apart from that a very nice hotel.

We loved this hotel! Location was perfect for walking to sights and restaurants. Plenty of space in our double room, clean and quiet with comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast buffet and the staff were all really nice. We would stay here again for sure!
