Clean, comfortable room. Very helpful and welcoming staff. The attached bar, Bruskers, with ping pong, pool tables and foosball in the basement rooms is really cool. We would stay here again.

Wonderful time, safe and very clean! Convenient location to all the big attractions! I was a single female traveling alone and I felt comfortable with the Hotel in every way! I will stay there again next time and probably every time I come to Dublin! Staff were all helpful and excellentI I had to use the laundry services and my clothes came back clean and smelling wonderful! I could not be happier with my entire experience there! Excellent all around, thank you!

Can't get a better location in town if a tourist. Classic hotel, excellent staff, attached bar, music, restaurant. Very clean and had amenities. There was trouble with TV and phone but fixed promptly.

The location was excellent and the hotel was really nice. The front desk service was also excellent. The only things that were not so good were the daily issues with the elevator/key cards that stopped working every day and the noise coming from the pubs on the weekend (to be expected). For the keycards, they were upgrading the technology so it was understandable but annoying. Staff was great about fixing the issue quickly each day. Nothing can be done about the levels of the music coming up from the pubs. The hotel offered ear plugs, just know it is loud, into the late hours, on the weekends. Still a great hotel in a great location, if you can deal with the noise.

Don’t expect to be parking on site, but that’s fine. We came in from the airport and the taxi had no issue finding our hotel. The hotel itself is nice, the morning brunch is excellent. The hotel seems clearly to be a bit of a tourist trap trying to attract extra payments for each and every item you want. They have a weight scale for you to check your baggage weight (at a fee), the attached sports bar has fun games (at a fee), you can check in early (at a large fee). Overall, enjoyed the experience, no issues with noise, the rooms were sizeable and comfortable. Just watch out for the extra fees.

Location was great But our bathtub had grime that Kiley hadn’t not been cleaned for a very long time Carpets sent up dust as you walked on them. Would not stay given that there is no effort on keeping rooms clean

Room was clean. But I noticed mold on the curtain when I went to close them. After showering the room got very damp and stayed that way. A heater of some sort in the bathroom would fix that situation. Bed was comfortable location was perfect with everything we wanted to do.

However the rooms need some freshening up, with mould on the ceiling and walls within the bathroom and the hallways smelt damp. As a Expedia VIP Gold member was entitled to free drink, however staff member didn’t know anything about this.

Fantastic room, fantastic location. This hotel room can actually fit 4 people in the room with large suitcases. The hotel is located at the beginning of the Temple bar area, so you were close to the action, biut not to the noise

Such friendly staff and the hotel is situated at the far end of Temple Bar, so it is a lot quieter than further in. We asked for a quiet room and were assigned an interior room, which was perfect. Hotel is recently renovated with AC, new bathrooms, coffee machines, and a fridge. VERY nice property. I'm very picky!!

Staff service was excellent, from walking us halfway to our restaurant the first night, to giving us dessert for our take out when all the restaurants were closed. Great location, parking was super close and easy. If we return to Dublin, we will stay here in a heartbeat.

We checked in slightly early the front staff greeted us very friendly and very accommodating, we had an issue with the lock at our door and the manager Patrick came by, and after realizing the issue was bigger than anticipated, he immediately changed our room to a suite, very apologetic, the area around the hotel was busy but the hotel is quiet. Fantastic hotel, definitely we will be back to this hotel next year

Location was good if you know going in that it is going to be a noisy, crowded location. Room small but clean and sufficient. View was overlooking the heating and cooling system so that was not great.Our biggest issue was that the hotel CONTACTED US before our trip offering us early check-in for a fee. Since we were traveling overnight, we thought this would be good considering we would be tired and in need of freshening up. When we got to the hotel at 9:00 AM the clerk said that there were no rooms available for early check in. I informed them that I paid for it so he said to check back in a few hours. We did, still no room available. He said he couldn't guarantee anything before 4PM but to keep checking back. We were exhausted and had to alter our plans for the day and ultimately were not able to check in until 3:30. No apologies or offers to upgrade accommodations were made. Our room was small and had the worst view in the place. They offer coffee and snacks in the lobby but do not let you charge anything to your room. Be sure to have cash in hand. The desk staff also refused to print out a detailed receipt upon check out claiming, because we used a third-party booking, they could not do that. Overall, it was okay but I would definitely look elsewhere the next time.

The staff refused to do anything for us when we were unable to shower due to the shower water valve being broken. We were told we should have told them earlier. (We told them as soon as we found out - when trying to shower before leaving for the airport.) They said it was because we booked through a 3rd party but the 3rd party said they refused to answer their call. Super frustrating for a very expensive night in a hotel.

Staff member at the desk actually lied to us when we came down after first night complaining about loud music till 2am. Said he didnt know where it came from, that it wasn't from the pub, and he couldnt do anything for us as regards getting a quieter room. Phone in room was broken when we tried at about midnight so we couldnt call down. Found out second night - phone working drom night crew that noise was from the pub. talked to nanager after second sleepless night and he moved us to a quiet riom. Next night same thing

Location is everything. Location is outstanding. You are right in the heart of Dublin and can walk to everything - St. Stephen's Green, tons of pubs and shopping, museum, Trinity College, the Liffey. They gave us ear plugs, but on a Monday night we had no problem whatsoever with noise.

If you want a super centrally located hotel in the heart of the city, this is a great option. You’re a stone’s throw away from everything, great shopping, dining, etc. and everything was so walkable. Yes Temple Bar can be loud at night because of all the popular pubs surrounding, but we were on the 4th floor and didn’t hear anything at night. The only downside was that cleaning service for our room was missed on a couple of days and also occurred fairly late in the afternoon. Aside from that, we loved the location and staff.

We enjoyed our stay at Temple Bar Hotel. It is a very busy area but it is extremely accessible to what Dublin city centre has to offer. Close to Trinity, Grafton St, Stephens Green, and not far from some other great spots. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were always available at the front desk.

When we checked in we were told about the breakfast buffet. Only after I paid were we told that there were not enough people signed up in the morning so they wouldn’t be offered the buffet, but instead offered a menu to order from. I tried to cancel but they would not let me and would not return my money when requested.

The Temple Bar Hotel was a fantastic place to stay and experience with friends. The food at the hotel was great for breakfast and the dining options all around Temple Bar area were great as well. There was plenty of areas to walk to and see so much! I can’t wait until I have a chance to go back and visit again.

Hotel staff excellent! They will hold your luggage until your room is ready. The only negative experience we had was from the buffet breakfast. Ran out of food. Not enough staff on hand. The “hot” food they did have available was cold.

Rooms are very small. There is lots of noise in this street til 2am therefore they give you ear plugs but they don’t help. Dont eat at the TOAST. It’s a rip off. And discount paper doesn’t work unless you ask for it a day before which doesn’t make sense. Overall not worth what you have to pay.
