Stayed 1 night

The property is well-located. The bed was not comfortable, likely older and needs replacing as it was mushy. The thermostat was not adjustable so the room was stuffy and too warm. In the evening I called the front desk and waited a while to be answered, so long that I finally put it on speaker and got ready for bed. The response was that they would let someone know in the morning and send someone up to look at it then. That would have been after I left. In any event I rate the stay as just ‘okay’.

Fantastic stay at the hotel. First time staying here but won’t be the last. The lady at check in (Shandra I think was her name) was a gem. Made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was far better than I expected. We will 100% be staying here any time we are in Dublin

The staff and the room was great. The breakfast didn't impress on me. Not that variated and the premis was really narrow and tight so the experience wasn't that good..

Stayed 3 nights

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a very nice room, with a wonderful river view. Amenities in the room were great. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of plugs for gadgets and charger wires next to the bed and around the desk area. Bathroom was clean and fairly spacious. It's in a great location to restaurants, pubs, sights to see, and transportation. Check-in was great. We got there over an hour early and they held our bags. Our room wasn't ready but he said our room had a great view and he was reluctant to change the assigned room, and that turned out great for us. Food in the dining room was ok, and the bar was good. Service staff were great at the bar, but in the dining room they never checked on us after delivering the food, and once when we flagged down a server for an ask she never came back so we had to do it again. In our room, I reported that our sink didn't drain well and the closet door was coming off the hinge. They came the next day but only fixed the sink. I reported the door again but it never got fixed. It wasn't a big deal for us (only there for 3 nights), but it left us feeling the coordination between reporting the issues at the front desk and the maintenance people may be problematic. Regardless of these minor issues we would look to stay there again in the future.
