We Check-in before 7P. M. We're not told there was no TV. No ice machine in the rooms were hot and I couldn't told him I was leaving at 5 AM I was informed when I checked out. I could not get my deposit back until 9. So I have to stay in Phoenix and still online to go back to the property and get my deposit.

The property is being renovated. My room was outdated with random pieces of furniture. The rooms that I saw that had been completed looked very nice. The pools all were not cleaned while I was there. It felt much safer than other properties I’ve stayed at under this brand. I would give them one more try after the renovation is complete.

They hotel staff were amazing… The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. The pool and jacuzzi were clean also. I left my iPad in the room and when I called back, housekeeping, says that they did not find my iPad, but the iPad was indeed left on the bed. And that’s very unfortunate.

Rooms are newly remodeled, doesn't seem quite finished yet but very clean and excellent stay for the price. Fairly close to rawhide event center. We had a double queen suite kitchenette. Only thing i didn't like was the noise from construction of remodels and we had a ground floor so ppl talking at the top of their lungs at 8am and metal carts rolling back and forth, also stomping upstairs from construction, didn't get much sleep. Zero consideration for guests. Staying on 2nd or 3rd floor next time. I will definitely stay again bc I know the construction is temporary.

Room was clean and comfortable, I did see a roach in the bathroom when I first got there , but did not see anymore the rest of the stay. There was a terrible rain storm while I was in town and the walkway right outside my door was flooded, I and other guests walking by had to walk on out tip toes to avoid our shoes from being totally soaked.

They are in the middle of renovations so parking spaces were taken for containers & supplies, weed & smoke smell everywhere. Bed was comfy. Had to change rooms multiple times bc something was broken or didn’t work. Had to call front desk for everything like extra towels, trash bags, iron & board, pots & pans, no ice machine which was a bummer.

The property is being renovated. My room was new and in very good shape. The renovation means that there are storage containers taking up about half the parking places. Some rooms are being worked on and it looks like the workers are being housed in the facility. The trash was not being emptied and there was trash from the remodel laying around.

Elevator is not conveniently located a lot of walking for disabled persons. No soap holders in shower. Shower handle falls off. Had to have sink fixed upon arrival as it didn’t drain (was fixed quickly). Lights burned out in hallways scary to walk to room at night.

The air conditioner seemed okay. The first room we were given smelled a lot like cigarettes. We were given a second room that had bugs. Underwear and clothing thrown in the hallways. The cleaning staff walked around it. Parking was easy to find and staff overall were friendly and supportive in cancelling my reservation.

The room was just not what was advertised. The cords hanging from the wall and the holes of things. There was dead bugs in the sink. The shower curtain was nasty like it hadn’t been changed in months. Won’t be staying here again.

It took over two hours to check in. Tried to find a room that the TV work. Gave up the first night..After the fifth room, finally found one on the second day. The rooms are FILTHY. The floor were so dirty, I had to wash them before I got into bed. I woke up in the morning with bugs everywhere in the bathroom. Only one electrical outlet worked. Refrigerator didn't work. Worst part was the homeless encampment in the parking lot. And get this - management didn't care. PLEASE PLEAS PLEASE for your own health and safety do not stay at this hotel.

The room was not very clean. Floor was very dirty, I didn't want to step on it without shoes on. Room smelled like cat pee. I mentioned it to the front desk person and they ignored me. I wiped off a spot on the floor with a wet paper towel to show them how dirty it was and they ignored me. They had a customer service representative call me and they hung up on me as I was explaining dirty items to them. Unknown substance on shelves in bathroom. Didn't use the shower. Had a nice kitchen area and rooms were big.

The room was gross. The smell was thick and stuck with me even when I was gone. The bed was sagging in the middle which forced me to roll into the crevice. The tub was absolutely disgusting, couch in living area was stained & I wouldn’t dare to of sat on it. TV in the living area did not work, both that I would have watched it BUT could have helped make the sketchy people lingering around possibly stay away. Had I not paid in full & I site I booked the room on wouldn’t allow me a refund or I would have left within 2 minutes of walking in the door.

I wasn’t aware this studio was part of the Motel 6 when I booked it. That said, I get they are trying to add some long term stay rooms and it was updated. New appliances in the kitchenette and new bathroom. TVs in both rooms, but the thing that was weird, there was no sofa in the living room / kitchen to sit and watch tv. Only a kitchen table and chairs. Room was was clean, but the outside walkways had trash and cigarette buts on the ground. It was a ok stay for a night, which is what I needed before a flight the next day b

Over all a great experience. 2 minor issues i had was i couldnt get the tv to work which was a big deal and the other was the bathroom was a bit small. Staff was courteous and helpful if needed. I'll stay again the next ti.e im in the area.

Wow 😲😳 the renovated standard king suite room that I got was great , clean , everything worked. I would stay here again for sure and do recommend only if the room has been renovated because the pictures that are online is not what I have and took.

The people who work at this location have always been extremely friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The rooms are just like a small apartment , with the separate bedroom, which I absolutely love. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone else.

Arrived at the hotel only to find out they don't accept my card because "to many people do charge backs" and they wanted me to pull cash out at an atm. When I asked to only do one night the person at the desk said okay oh and there's also a 100 deposit required. The only reason I booked here is because both the website and Expedia said nothing about a deposit UNLESS you have a pet then it's up to $10 with a max of $100. There were also reviews stating there was no deposit required. Mind you we were trying to stay for 2 nights and didn't have any pets. And I did try calling before even booking to confirm but their phone line linked to Google and Expedia were both disconnected

I left my iPad in the room upon checkout, and when I called back, I kept being told that the iPad was not left on the bed. This was the biggest downfall of the trip, dishonest housekeeping staff is never a good thing.

Staff was 10 out of 10, very helpful and kind. Hotel has security at night so you know you and your vehicle are safe. Hotel is basically off the freeway & its close to any kind of shopping that will fit your needs. I stayed at this hotel for multiple days and had NO issues... I want to say thanks to the staff from the front to the staff who does the ground keeping, THANK YOU!

It was fine for arriving late into phx. Just needed a night’s sleep to drive north next day. There is a pool and elevator if you need for second floor. Bed was comfortable and all you need there.

The property was kept clean. However, a lot of homeless people in the area asking for money. The room was a little older, had old furniture. The tvs worked and had clear channels. The bed was comfortable, sheets and towels were clean. The bath tub was a little worn out but worked. Overall not bad a bad stay for the price I paid. I would recommend if staying alone and for a quick sleep before hitting the road. Be safe all and happy new year.

Very nice hotel clean, conveniently located a lot of dining options. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was very professional and attentive. I left my iPad in the room upon checkout, and when I called back, I kept being told that the iPad was not left on the bed. This was the biggest downfall of the trip, dishonest housekeeping staff is never a good thing.

The neighborhood isn’t the best. The room was not very clean. The a/c is in a different room than the bedroom, so sleeping was pretty warm.

Staff was 10 out of 10, very helpful and kind. Hotel has security at night so you know you and your vehicle are safe. Hotel is basically off the freeway & its close to any kind of shopping that will fit your needs. I stayed at this hotel for multiple days and had NO issues... I want to say thanks to the staff from the front to the staff who does the ground keeping, THANK YOU!

When we pulled up, I thought, "uh oh". The area around the motel seemed okay, but the grounds of the hotel looked terrible. They have crap just laying everywhere. A big cleanup would do wonders. I was pleasantly surprised with the room. It was recently renovated and outstanding. For the money we paid, I couldn't have asked for anything better. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling on a budget. I will return

The room was pretty decent, staff is friendly, close to shopping and food, bed was comfortable, and it was pretty quiet. Occasionally a few people lurking outside that didn’t seem to have rented a room but no issues overall! The room was pretty clean as well, I do think the air conditioners could use a deep cleaning in terms of the coils and drip pan, but satisfied overall!
