Spacious 3BR Sunset Island Beach House

What a wonderful home! We got a surprise when we arrived seeing all of my 3 year old sons favorite toys. He had a blast, as we all did! The water, sunset, the home was just exceedingly lovely. My only note was there was not enough paper towels, trash bags, or toilet paper and we had to get more. Otherwise the overall supplies and accomodations were perfect and above and beyond. The kitchen was otherwise well stocked, although there wasn't much alneth space! Bring bags or boxes to keep food. Check in was fine, although we were given two codes (or eight digits) so we had to call to figure out which one to use. They answered right away and we got it no problem.

Everything was nice, there was an issue of dust/debris coming out of a hole in the ceiling onto our bed the whole time. The video and text was unfortunately ignored until the day we left. Other than that and the door not opening at check in, all was good.

The property is a small cute cottage it in a quiet neighborhood near the water. It is close to restaurants, beach, and shopping areas. Short drive to the ferry, an hour drive to Plymouth, Nauset lighthouse and 3 Sister lighthouses. There were plenty of toiletries and kitchen supplies. One of the two bathroom is very small (can fit a small child). I had to pay $125 extra for my Shih Tzu. Pet fee wasn’t listed on the listing so I suggest you ask questions before booking. I recommend this place for couple or a small family.
