Service and Hospitality were top notch! The room was spacious and fully equipped. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and accommodating. Highly recommended, located in a great area, close to restaurants, theaters, and shopping. Had to pay to park in their garage, however it was convenient, secure and we walked to everything. Breakfast was great and there was a Starbucks and Lounge (bar) on main floor. Also had a 2nd floor rooftop outdoor space that was very nice.

We enjoyed our stay here as much as any of the many other hotels and rentals we have used in downtown Knoxville. It was very close to both of our event venues as well as numerous food and drink choices. Caveat: The convenience of location and on site parking should be balanced with the parking cost. $55 with tax for 2 nights is high compared with other facilities that are also good locations to downtown. Staff are personable and efficient.

This was our first time staying at this location but we’re glad we did. From the front desk to the room, everything was really clean and the rooms were very comfortable. Here’s the one downfall, self parking for $25.00 per night, anywhere else that’s valet pricing. The only other thing was that the shower is missing half the glass so the entry in is wide open getting water outside the shower. By design? Not sure but a poor choice unless you like cleaning up water after you shower. Get past those two things and you have a reasonably priced super clean room.

Got to the hotel they did not have a room, even though we booked a month in advance. The front desk staff, especially Kimberly were rude and not helpful. The rooms were dusty, the toilet ran, The shower was horrible I expected more from a Marriot and was Totally disappointed.

Great check-in staff but below par cleaning staff. Housekeeper on my floor spent her entire shift talking on the phone, and the quality of her work was mediocre at best. There were spots on the walls that I washed off easily. Mold in the shower under a shelf. A catsup stain on the rug. Furnishing and space are terrific. Breakfast just ok.

Not the hotel’s fault, but I did not get much sleep due to the noise from the highway. I would suggest a room facing the city to the west and not facing the highway. I wish I would have been made aware of the lack of soundproofing. Otherwise, everything else was great and I’d stay here again.

From checking in to checking out everything was a wonderful experience. Our room was gorgeous with a comfortable corner sofa that was amazing and a huge cozy bed. Everything was clean and the store shop offered anything you may have forgotten. Definitely going to be our go to. Knoxville hotel.

Room size was great. We had a fully equipped mini kitchen. Excellent for a longer stay. Breakfast was excellent, pleasant environment and helpful breakfast staff. My biggest complaint was the lack of room service. We were there for 5 days and didn't have towels, trash emptied, room refreshed until the day before leaving after requesting this service for two consecutive days. I took the dirty linen and trash to the front desk rather than leaving it in the hall overnight as I was told. The front desk clerk seemed annoyed when I complained on check out, and did not apologize for my inconvenience.

Perfect location for downtown Knoxville shopping and dining. The showers have an issue with getting the floor very wet. Like flooded wet. I actually fell twice trying to maneuver the floor. I mentioned to the staff and they were very apologetic. No one’s fault… except maybe the building engineers 🤔. Anyway, suggested adding extra bathroom towel mats. I will for sure be staying again. That was just a small issue.

Upon checking into this hotel, I was given keys that did not work to access my room. I spoke to a very kind member of the housekeeping staff who assisted me in having the front desk resolve the issue. After waiting 10-15 minutes in the lobby I was finally given room keys in proper working order. After settling in it became apparent that the front desk staff had shown another couple to my room. They attempted entry multiple times. I called the front desk and spoke to Colton, it took 2 additional phone calls to the front desk before the issue was resolved. I returned to my room later that evening to find my keys had again stopped working. After raising the issue to the front desk they made it clear to me they had also attempted to check another guest, in addition to the two previous attempts. I then waited between 20-25 minutes, standing in the lobby, whilst Kimberly, Shelley, and Seaton all worked to resolve the issue. A few years ago I stayed at a $39 motel 6 that had better customer service than this hotel. Would not recommend staying here.

At check in we were told the bar would stay open until 1am. The bartender closed down at 1130 and was rude about it. When the ball dropped there were about 25 people in the bar with no drinks to celebrate

At check-in, we were told that breakfast would be included since we booked with Expedia, even though we weren’t expecting it. when we tried to have breakfast in the morning, the front desk manager berated us in front of other guests for thinking that we wouldn’t have to pay, even though the evening desk manager told us it was covered. Was not expecting a free breakfast, but the horrible way it was handled by the front desk manager was completely unprofessional, and we will never visit this property again.

I used this hotel because it is located near the jobsite. Upon arrival I was charged twice for incidentals totaling $340. I questioned this and the lady at the front desk wasted no time telling me there is nothing they could do, but the money would be refunded after checkout in 3 to 5 business days. Im here for work so i didnt buget for the overcharge. When I checked out in the morning I notified the acting manager of the problem and left the hotel. Hours later i was charged an additional $144.05, and 164.06. These charges were not related to my stay at all. I called the hotel baffled, and was told that they apologize and the manager was sorry it was a mistake but they are fixing the problem and I would receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days. I immediately called my baking institution to notify them of this apparent fraudulent activity. I had to cancel my card and get a replacement. The level of unprofessionalism at this hotel is over the top and i would never recommend anyone use this hotel unless they get rid of the staff.

There for a concert at the Tennessee Theater. It was perfect for what we needed. Easy walking to the theater, parking garage with easy parking and access to the hotel. The room was perfect for me and my husband. We didn’t use the sleeper sofa, but it looked very nice. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Went to visit University of Tennessee and this hotel was very conveniently located minutes from the campus. It was also walking distance from Market Square in downtown Knoxville which offers plenty of food and some shopping with a nice farmers market on Saturdays.

The room was excellent. From the massager shower head to the really comfortable bed to the Keurig machine. Food in the Bistro was really good and the Bloody Mary top notch. The one thing I didn't like, was the surrounding one-way streets. My GPS kept getting street names wrong and I kept getting lost. But, because the hotrl wasso nice and comfy, I'm willing to overlook the one-ways.

The room was super clean and very comfortable. We were able to check in an hour early. We were able to easily walk to the historic Bijue theater for an incredible Jake Shimabukurp concert. We ate dinner at the Bistro restaurant in the Mariott and enjoyed great food and service there.

Hotel, room, and parking were wonderful. My only complaint was the breakfast. Very little options, and the options they did have were not good at all. They didn’t have normal breakfast options like biscuits, sausage or even bacon. Only watery ham and microwave eggs.
