Great property and great room for Dublin! Super close walking distance to temple bar area and right next to Christchurch. Highly recommend a stay here! It’s better if you have no car, parking is a few blocks away and traffic is crazy near the hotel

I had a lovely 3-night stay at nyx christchurch (formerly the hard rock hotel). Major pluses: cozy bed, nespresso in the room, quiet! never heard anyone and we were next to the elevator, the shower (both hot temp and water pressure) was like a spa visit everyday, and the restaurant offered a great breakfast and the dinner was amazing as was the live music. Location cant be beat! we walked to all the gay bars and rented bikes and rode to IMMA. I would not hesitate to book here again.

Firstly, the staff were so accommodating, friendly and definitely are one of the reasons I'd stay here again. They gave us our room earlier because we just flew in on a red eye 7hr flight. I didn't expect or make any demands but they quickly got us a room together. The only downside of staying here is if you are renting a car parking is like 2 blocks away.

Fantastic experience overall… except they don’t offer any parking whatsoever. They do validate parking for a nearby garage that costs an arm and a leg and you get a nice hefty discount so it only costs a leg but otherwise it’s a nifty spot. The rooms have nespresso machines and they replenish new pods daily. Walking distance from all the popular bars and best dining restaurants in town. Wonderful place. Highly recommended. A+

Front start to finish was an excellent stay, staff very helpful with recommendations, friendly, the hotel itself is bright & well decorated, the room was huge, great bathroom and very comfortable beds Close to everything, Have a deal with the local Qpark at Christchurch for parking they will validate your ticket for you Will defo be staying again

The staff that I encountered with are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and pubs. The hotel is nice, however, we didn’t get housekeeping for the 3 nights we were there, and the bathroom is not as clean as one would expect. We slept there the first night, left to Cork for one night, and came back and no service was done to the room. The following day, we went out the whole day, and came back and still no service. Since that’s our last night, I didn’t bother saying anything as we needed to do our packing. Also, the nearest parking was expensive. The hotel covers a portion of it, and it’s still about 30-40 euros out of pocket, which could be how much the area charges.

What an awesome hotel. Very tech forward hotel room. Staff was incredible. Bed was comfy. Would highly recommend. Only ding was our shower had a lot of small mold spots. Based on how clean everything else was, I assume it was probably just our room. But overall great hotel in a great spot.

Overall an amazing place to stay! Modern, incredibly clean, quiet, and comfortable. Originally I was a bit worried about the street noise of Temple Bar but it was a non-issue! The front desk staff were accommodating and responsive. They allowed us to store our bags in their secure room before/after check-in. Would definitely stay here again!!

Hotel is in a lovely spot in Dublin, walkable to many sites, bars and restaurants. However the parking garage is a 6 minute walk. Bag drop was appreciated. Bus stops right across the road. The hotel was clean and very welcoming, but our room was extremely small. At that price point I would have expected much more! I don’t think I got my money’s worth.

We had a super early flight and dropped out luggage off, which was handy. Location was perfect for seeing lot of sights by foot. We got back mid afternoon exhausted and had to wait to check in. We saw man families check, I’m but they mentioned our room was ready for some reason? We were across from the elevator so very noisy at 2:30 am every night. Otherwise the location was great and the hotel was clean

Very nice property, in the heart of Dublin, temple bar area. Had a few issues with hvac, seems to be programmed centrally and worked well only one night of 4. Rooms are extremely small to be aware, honestly one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever had in hotels, and was considered a superior room and quite pricey for what you get. Staff were very nice and again in a great location.

The property was very nice, super location right in the Temple Bar Area. There was a problem with our room the first night and they sent us to another hotel for the night. The second night was back in the original hotel. They paid for taxis and gave us complimentary pints to ease the inconvenience. The hotel tel and staff were awesome but the inconvenience was … inconvenient.

When we landed late at night, we received a call stating that they didn't have a room for us, even after booking a room 5 months in advance. They put us in their sister hotel 10 minutes away and would have us come back to them the next day since the sister hotel only had a room for one night. This was supposed to be our last stop on our trip before heading back to the States on our 12-hour flight. It messed with all of our plans in trying to be in one place and not lugging our luggage everywhere. We didn't get to enjoy the sights as much. When we were having breakfast at the hotel they first tried to sit us at a dirty table with dishes from the previous guest. It took a while to get it clean. Other guests who arrived later were getting service but not us. I went to the hostess to ask how I could order if I would like something on the menu. She asked for my order it was like 40 minutes later and I still didn't get my omelet. I finally saw a waiter and told them I was still waiting. Apparently, she didn't let them know and finally got it 5 minutes later. Overall we felt more like a burden to the hotel than guests. The reason for the two stars is that they did pay for our taxi to get from one hotel to the next.

Amazing hotel but basic for the price we paid. The one complaint we have is we tried serveral times at night & in the morning to order room service. There was no menu available in the room we had & when we tried to ring, there was no answer or the phone would ring & ring & then stop. We tried to ring reception to ask about room service & that did the same thing, so we had nothing to eat the first night we got there, & the hotel advertised 24hr room service. So we wouldn’t go back unfortunately.

Walkable, city center location. Tons of options for shopping and dining. The front desk staff was very helpful. We used them to book taxis to two separate locations which both arrived exactlyas scheduled. I accidentally booked the checkout date incorrectly and they sorted it out very quickly to extend the stay by one night.

The location of this hotel was great and the rooms were comfortable. The only issue that we had was that the staff had trouble checking us in and creating our key cards. We needed to return to the fromt desk several times to fix or change our keys and this took some time.

The room is small, but it served our needs perfectly. Very walkable to all. Far enough from Temple Bar to be more quiet, but close enough to walk it in minutes. Would definitely stay here on return.
The room is small, but it served our needs perfectly. Very walkable to all. Far enough from Temple Bar to be more quiet, but close enough to walk it in minutes. Would definitely stay here on return.

This is a great central place to stay. It’s walking distance from a lot of attractions and historical tours. It also is an easy walk to the train & bus station for when you want to explore further outside the city.

My friend had an accident while here and the hotel staff was beyond amazing in calling ambulance and taking care of us and helping with things during and after the accident. We completely felt safe and cared for during our stay. Shiloh, for being young was so aware of his patrons in the bar noticed that my friend didn’t come back from the restroom and sent someone to check on her. Thankfully he did because if not things could have ended very bad. Thank you to everyone of the hotel staff who was involved that night, the days after and who have reached out following. Not only was the hotel clean, in walking distance to all things Dublin, but incredibly helpful, welcoming and safe!!!

I had a lovely 3-night stay at nyx christchurch (formerly the hard rock hotel). Major pluses: cozy bed, nespresso in the room, quiet! never heard anyone and we were next to the elevator, the shower (both hot temp and water pressure) was like a spa visit everyday, and the restaurant offered a great breakfast and the dinner was amazing as was the live music. Location cant be beat! we walked to all the gay bars and rented bikes and rode to IMMA. I would not hesitate to book here again.

Comfy, clean rooms. Only downside was the towels are far too small. Very efficient restaurant staff at breakfast. Breakfast was great. However we ordered a take out breakfast for a day when we were going in an early trip, and it wasn't prepared for us so we had to go without anything to eat until we had a stop at lunchtime. Would stay again.

This place was nice and so quiet for being right in the middle of it all. Loved the breakfast and the fun-but-modern styling of the rooms. The showers were a real highlight for us. We would stay again for sure.

Staff were welcoming and friendly, especially Liam in the bar/restaurant. Nothing was too much bother and carried out with a huge smile! So ‘thank you’ Liam. There was a reasonable choice for breakfast but the hot food was luke warm so a little disappointing. The hotel has a trendy vibe about it and the room was nice (albeit a little tired in places). The location was excellent, very central to all the main attractions. Would I stay again, yes I probably would.

We parked in nearby Jervis Street and walked over the bridge to the hotel. Rooms were very clean, modern and well equipt. Breakfast menu was good, food was lovely and well presented, only downside was the language barrier if you asked for anything non standard (like non runny eggs). But other than that, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had.

The hotel was clean. I definitely regret adding on the breakfast though. It wasn't great and we were only able to use it 2/6 days because it opens later than most tours leave, and even later on the weekend. So I ended up having to buy breakfast out most days anyway.

Amazing location! Right by Temple Bar area. Walking distance to all the great tourist locations, Trinity college, Guinness store, Christchurch, St. Peter’s Cathedral, Temple Bar, Grafton street, etc…. Hotel was really cute and staff was helpful. Breakfast included in the stay. It was ok. Rooms were a great size for 2 people. My only concerning comment about a that we had towels and sheets that were dirty. We needed to ask for them to be changed or replaced (which the staff helped with expeditiously).

We stayed two nights and one of those was our wedding anniversary. The manager went out of their way to help us celebrate. Our room was so stylish! Lovely bed, great view to Dublin Castle and complimentary chocolates. As if that wasn’t enough a free drink each in the beautiful bar and a discount for the restaurant. Even without the generous extras the hotel is great. Brilliant location, friendly staff and that cool decor. Thank you for making our visit special
