Room was spacious but the hotel is in need of updating. The lifts were not reliable, 1 says floor 2 wherever you are and the other was a pot luck we were on the fifth floor and was taken to 6 twice, 4 and 1 so in the end went to 6 and walked down to 5. We didn’t have breakfast because at £17 each and 1/2 price for children did not think it was of value at all.

Parking was available and costed nothing! Checkin was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and tidy and for what we paid and where we were this was a 2 minute walk to troubadour theatre which made for a very convenient stay. We didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food but I would stay here again. The communal areas of the hotel are well used and could do with a fresh lick of paint and attention to detail

Parking was ridiculously tight on space for a family sized vehicle. Staff were courteous and polite even if they appeared to not know how to reset the fire alarm that went off at midnight.

Nice cheap and cheerful hotel. Free on site parking but the disabled parking was being used by wotkmen with vans. I asked thestaf why they allowed this and was told we dont monitor it. Sheme really.

The hotel and Room fixtures/fittings are a bit dated and tired in places - but everything is clean and the Room size & provisions are good. Wembley Stadium is a 5-minute walk away. There are several free parking spaces (first come first served).

Clean and tidy with lovely staff. The hotel itself is quite dated but they’re definitely making the best of the facilities they have. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. A great location for anything going on at Wembley arena.

Our room was not clean. There were crisps in the floor, the bath was dirty and stains on the sheets. The receptionist was lovely and moved us to a different room which was a little better, but the sheets were still stained. The room was tired, but that doesn’t matter if it is clean. We paid £335 for the room and this rate is excessive for what was provided.

Location of the hotel and the free parking are the only good things. The room was dreadful, smelt awful, damp and like drains. The carpets were absolutely soaking wet adding to the smell- we had to lay things down on the floor & keep shoes on! WHY? Something resembling damp coming through ceiling with blistering paint. Room was baking hot, the ‘AC’ if that what you can call it, looks like an original first edition unit from many years ago, and sounds exactly like you’d expect for that age too. Room was dirty, stains everywhere etc. bathroom was grim, with added broken floor tiles that move when you walk. No fridge in room either. They also entered my room and cleaned it for the next person, before I’d even checked out and removed everything from the room!! I’d only nipped for breakfast! I love a good budget hotel- who doesn’t- you know what you’re getting- but the very least you expect is cleanliness!

The area where my room was smelt really bad including my room. However, the bedding was fresh and the bed was reasonabley comfortable. The room looked mostly clean. It was all tired and very shabby and it smelt so bad!

The staff was warm and accommodating. The air-conditioning, while not strong, was eventually effective. I had read that this place not fancy but was clean. That was not our experience. The place was VERY run down. Our room had a cigarette singe on the sheet on one bed and a dark red blood stain on the sheet of the other bed. The ironing area/pants press was falling off the wall as was the tissue box holder in the bathroom. The bathroom corners on the countertops and around the shower were either scuzzy or moldy. The towel bar was installed crookedly and looked about ready to fall off. Our room had two rollaway beds stashed away in the main area which just made it feel more like a flop-house. The bathroom door was all scuffed up and dragged along the bathroom floor - further scuffing that up as well. Everything just felt dirty and used. Also, annoyingly, no outlets near the beds.

My room had 2 extremely ugly spare beds on full display. A broken window, the towel rail was hanging off, some sort of sticky tape was holding a radiator in the bathroom together and the curtains were held up with cable ties. My room looked tired and outdated. The staff I spoke to were nice and welcoming and the hotel is in a very convenient location. Which makes its below average-ness a huge shame

No central air-conditioning. There is very big and noisy air cooler next to bed which makes diesel railway engine. You can't sleep with that on. Rooms are good size for Wembley but property is outdated. I would have put it poor but just because it is value for money I gave average. You need to buy breakfast.

Room was large, as was the bathroom, both were clean, and well presented, but the TV was small and so far from the bed you could not see it, an additional problem was the signal quality was poor and it was impossible to watch many channels.

Second time I’ve stayed there.First time was a few weeks ago and even though the place was clearly very old I was satisfied with the room.This time it was very poor.The electrical sockets were loose,the bathroom tap was loose and the air conditioner looked like it was from a 1950’s sci fi movie.I asked for a quiet room and at first it was ok.From 11 at night the noise from doors slamming and unexplained loud thuds was nearly hourly.I was woken several times.Very disappointed

Hotel goog for location, but the mattresses are probably older then i am and that is well into the last century. No comfort, springs pushing through., no mattresses protection The tv is tiny and far from the bed. Though the room is clean, bathroom is very dated.

On arrival receptionist was vert blunt and rude when i asked my friend a question that was nothing to do with her. Room keys were chucked trough the slot and we were made to feel like we were a real inconvenience as receptionist was busy chatting with the other 2 colleagues behind the desk. We were the only guests at the desk at this time. No directions to room/lift location or anything. I had to ask about breakfast times. Room extremely poor quality and dated. i could feel the springs through the bed. The carpet hadn't been hoovered. The bathroom was very dated but reasonably clean. Tea/coffee facilities in room........but no kettle. one was delivered to the room at 11.30pm. The breakfast was of very poor quality. AT £250 for 1 night, this was extremely poor value. The only bonus to this hotel is it's location to Wembley.

We stayed for 3 nights in total with a separate booking for the extra night and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this short break. This is a very convenient base for Troubadour theatre and Wembley Park shops and station. The hotel was quiet during our stay, except for some traffic noise, though this was not intrusive enough to prevent sleep. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially in sorting out the room safe that someone had kindly locked when they left and a small but unpleasant plumbing problem. All sorted within minutes of informing reception. Good value for money.

I booked this property because of the proximity to Wembley Stadium, and this was lovely and close. It was in no way cheap, but was cheaper than other accommodation options in the area. We were welcomed on check in by a friendly staff member and were on the eighth floor. We were, however, told that there was no free continental breakfast as had been advertised when I booked and there were signs up advertising it when we arrived. The two lifts were small, but functional, if a bit dated/retro. In fact the whole hotel looked dated, inside and out. We got the room which was a lovely size for the three of us, but boiling, despite a very loud, but ineffective and ancient looking air conditioning unit. There were no tissues in the tissue box, no milk for a cup of tea and the shower looked a bit dilapidated. Apart from this the room was clean and served its purpose. I would probably choose to stay here again if I was attending an event at Wembley Arena or Stadium, but would hope for a cooler night!

We (family of 6) stayed here as we were going to a concert at Wembley stadium. The location was absolutely amazing- we were a 5 minute walk from the stadium. The parking was free, which was so helpful and convenient. Our rooms were ready early so we were able to check in ahead of schedule. The hotel itself looks a bit shabby, so it’s not a luxury hotel stay but for an amazingly convenient location and a clean, comfy bed for the night, it was amazing. We were also given a free continental breakfast, which we weren’t expecting. Cooked was available for £5 extra, which seems like good value. We didn’t have it but it looked nice. For what we wanted it for, it was absolutely great. And Tesco clubcard vouchers paid for most of it.

Fine hotel for an overnight stay at a good price and decent location. I have stayed here a good few times, whilst decor is dated and hotel isn't luxurious it has always met my needs in terms of price and location and the level of comfort for a hotel in this price range. I have found the room to be comfortably warm and the bed also comfortable. Location is good with wembley outlets and the tube close by.

The hotel was in a great location for going to a concert at Wembley Stadium. The lobby and bar etc were all in decent condition. The room however was old, dated and neglected. Needs a new shower, new furniture and re-decorating. It was clean though and there was a portable aircon unit in there, thank goodness because it was so hot.

Room was ok, could do with modernising, Bed mattress was hard I felt like I was sleeping on wood, pillows so thin it took 4 pillows to make one comfy one, breakfast was ok, could do with better quality ingredients for the price we paid, The reception staff were good, the breakfast staff were a little awkward in they would stand by doors and the food counter staring at us and other guests.

Great location for Wembley Stadium. Hotel is in need of renovation, but is a good example of 1970's Decor. Bar prices were good value compared in london. The restaurant food - I had Tika masala which was quiet disappointing and bland, the apple pie was just shop bought and over microwaved so all pastry was soggy. staff were all pleasant and helpful. Room was clean but very dated. Hotel is busy and should use some profits to renovate. for one night its ok.

It served its purpose but it wasn't great. The bar staff were nice and sorted me a meal after the concert. The overall feel of the hotel was that it desperately needed a spruce up. It is very convenient for Wembley Stadium etc

The hotel was in a fabulous location for getting to the theatre and the Outlet and we chose it as it was one of very few that parking on site. The hotel could do with some tlc as the veneer on the desk in the room was coming away, the paint round the window was peeling & discoloured and the wallpaper in the foyer was come away from the wall. There could have been slightly more choice on the continental breakfast but what was available was alright. For a one night stay it was ok.

Bar prices expensive. Didn't eat there but food prices looked fairly reasonable. Room clean but dated. Shower head and tap could do with replacing. Kettle too big to get under the tap easily. TV very small. Iron and hair dryer in room
