Great location! Close to many restaurants!

Great hotel in an excellent location right by subway stations and the highline. Modern, clean, and very well designed. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was lively and stylish. Perfect choice for a NYC stay.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights, arriving early and checking out ahead of schedule. The staff was incredibly helpful with storing and assisting us with our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which we really appreciated. We booked a room with one king bed and bunk beds, and it was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three people. Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized. Our room was on the 30th floor and offered a great view of the city. One area that could definitely be improved is the elevator situation. On our first morning, it took nearly 30 minutes to get from the 30th floor down to the lobby, including long wait times and an elevator ride that seemed to stop at almost every floor. The elevator traffic was extremely busy, and for some reason only one of the four elevators appeared to be operating that morning. Thankfully, we only experienced this issue once during our stay. Another issue we noticed was the room’s AC system. It seemed to blow hot and cold air into the room at the same time in an attempt to reach the thermostat setting. Unlike a typical system that mixes the air before distributing it, this made the room feel inconsistently hot and cold, which was a bit uncomfortable at times. Aside from those two issues, we had a great overall experience and would definitely consider staying at this hotel again when visiting the city.

Very welcoming staff, clean modern rooms with very comfy beds. Rooms are a good size for the city. Location is good, but can feel a little sketchy after dark, just be aware of your surroundings.
