Disappointing that the pool was closed for renovations. Hot water issue also during our stay

Everything was perfect. The only bleep in it was the television. Channels were very grainy, the t.v. was small and not many movie channels. Otherwise excellent as usual.

The room was spacious and clean. The fridge was not cold but that's ok. If we stayed longer, we would have needed to get the fridge colder. Good location and quiet! Breakfast was convenient and the staff at the breakfast counter was organized.

Located centrally to niagara falls downtown this was the perfect hotel for w nights at the falls, room clean staff excellent overall a very good stay

I've requested a refund since we were notified that the pool was closed. We have two young kids and had another family stay here based on our experience two years ago. The pool was closed and it was not identified to the guests. When I approached the reception they mentioned the parking is the compensation or drive 10-15mins to use a community pool. Last time we stayed there was no cost to park and there's $5-10 parking nearby and its not by hour as claimed by staff. We are requesting a full refund since we had disappointed kids for 3 days and ended up going to the Fallsview Waterpark to pacify their disappointment. I am am yet to hear back and appreciate full refund for the inconvenience and more so for lack of notifying the guests. Putting it on their web page doesn't cut it as one doesn't look on hotel website but an email notification would be helpful as was the welcome email. Thanks for considering.
