very friendly and kind staff. unfortunately even on sixth floor there was a fair amount of road noise and noise transfer between floors. usual holiday inn furnishings and standard breakfast assortment. nice level of comfort for a nights stay. For strangers to the area please note the bus carpark opposite is reasonably priced but will only take coins or app payment.

Stayed for overnight trip to Deepdale. Hotel is ideally sited for a short walk from Preston Mainline Rail Station and Deepdale itself. Nice bar and eating area and comprehensive buffet breakfast. Ticked all the boxes for what was required and was very reasonable in price. Staff are all welcoming and friendly especially Lorraine at the Breakfast Room welcoming guests in the morning.

Clean room with enormous and very comfortable bed. Options for pillows. Blackout curtains were thick and insulating. Air conditioning/heating unit worked (a rarity in most hotels!), staff friendly, good food options, a bath as well as shower and a decent-sized desk. Parking on-site too!

All staff from reception staff Alishia and Yasmin, to the lovely Lorraine, Paul, Will (good luck x ) and Graham. Also Mo the room attenndant, they are all wonderful. IHG should be proud! great service, food great as ever and cleanest rooms.

All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Parts of the hotel looked a little tired, mainly the carpets but it wouldn't stop us from staying there again. Possible the only negative would be the lack of on site parking. However, there is alternative parking elsewhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

What a clean and modern room. Excellent customer service and peaceful room, despite the door which leads into the room next door! I get it, but perhaps these rooms need a rethink of other audible privacy.

the room was so hot the beds were two singles joined together and the next morning the cleaner walked straight into the room without even knocking on the door ! overall worst experience of staying in a hotel won’t be staying again

Mixed review. Good breakfast, good shower, clean room , all good there. Not alot of parking. You're sent to the top level of the neighboring bus station car park with a permit if there is no space in the tiny carpark at the front of the hotel. Main issue is the bed. Very uncomfortable. So hard woke up after a very broken sleep with sore back and shoulders.

Amazing hotel and excellent location, we was made to feel at home by all members of staff and I quite astonished of how friendly everyone was as usually there is always one member of staff who doesn’t want to be there. Not here, what an amazing stay. Can’t wait to revisit.

This property is walking distance to the shopping area and close to the bus station which made out travel plans very convenient for day trips. The staff was very friendly, the Breakfast Buffet was great and we had no problems with our stay. We were very happy that our choice to stay was a good one. Thank-you.

Do not let the outside fool you, inside the hotel is really lovely and seems recently renovated. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable - I had one of the best night's sleep ever in a hotel. The breakfast is fine, and the staff very lovely. The food was nice enough in the restaurant. Some people were hanging around the car park, that was the only bad thing.

Just had an overnight stay. The staff where friendly and chatty. Laura the receptionist was very helpful. Room was lovely and clean by Sarah, who left a nice welcoming message for us on the mirror. Windows need a clean outside and some of the double glazing has failed. Food for breakfast excellent quality with plenty of choice both british and European. Bar staff where great and dinner was cooked freshly accommodating our dietary needs with no fuss. I would recommend it to all who want a great night out in Preston and a good night's sleep. Beds comfy an you can control ac to be on all night if you need it.
