Our room was excellent, clean & tea/coffee/water replenished daily & with a lovely small balcony- only issue we had was room very hot, air conditioning worked although a bit noisy & I feel that I’m being picky! We stayed just 2 nights here but wish it was longer! The staff were lovely across the board. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfy bed. The gym was also VERY good for a hotel gym. Will definitely come again when I visit Dublin next time.

Room was excellent. Myself and wife there for our anniversary and we were upgraded to a great room with balcony. Rose petals and towels like swans on our bed with welcome chocolates. Wife was very surprised. The staff were very helpful at reception and we had checked it online which made it quicker at the desk. Car park on site also. Food at breakfast was very good and plenty of selection. We had drinks and dinner in the gasto bar on hotel site and again food and drink very good quality.

It’s in the business district but walkable (about 1 mile/1.6 km) to all the big tourist sites in Dublin City Centre. Wonderful staff. Great pub for drinks and food on site.

We thought the property was not only safe and quiet. But easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go . The stadium was a 10min walk. Going that way also had pubs and restaurants along the way. In the opposite direction you can find Temple Bar and central Dublin within 15mins. To us it was easy and walkable. If walking is not your thing there are Cabs and Uber to get you where you need to go . Additionally the restaurant attached to the hotel has everything you need . We would recommend this hotel for anyone staying within the Dublin area .

The Grand Canal was very convenient to getting about the main part of town, and its adjacency to the DART made it easy to get to farther points. The variety of food options, from the daily breakfast to the quick coffee/pick-up food/light lunch in the lobby, to the brewpub attached made it very simple and enjoyable to hang out with my travel companions if we were too tired to venture out. The bathrooms were the nicest I saw on my trip, although I would have loved a bathtub for a soak.

Lovely, professional, very helpful and friendly staff. Got me a toothbrush, paste and a taxi very quickly. Bed was comfy. Very quiet. I found some long hairs in the bathroom (bit gross), there wasn’t anywhere to place the soap so I had to just leave it in the sink. Hotel was about 20mins walk from town. It doesn’t look great from the outside and doesn’t appear to be very modern but it’s fine.

Our room was a bit warm and the only option for cooling was a fan from the closet. There was a ceiling/vent in the shower corner that needs a good cleaning. Staff at desk were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Smoking is strictly forbidden and controlled, but being drunk and unruly is allowed. Both nights were ridden with drunken youths running up and down the hallway. The second night we were moved to another room on another floor after midnight as a solution by staff. The room itself looked like a place grandpa went back in the day for a shag. Shower leaking onto the floor and moldy carpet. Small and fusty. All in all a pretty sorry stay. Would not even consider another stay there when much better hotels exist in Dublin. Truly the worst of all in our travels there.

The hotel is very dated and way too expensive for the area. You can stay at the Marker hotel a couple blocks away for the same price and it's a 4-star hotel. The hotel itself is dated. The lobby is dark and feels like a conference center. The wifi didn't work in the room, there's no A/C, and the staff isn't particularly helpful or welcoming.

The only thing that stood out about this property was the shower — great two-piece fixture with strong pressure and consistent temperature. Note well: parking is only free if you book direct. At check in they told me is was €20. At checkout they said, “oh and you get our discount for parking,” which was the exact opposite of true. I got the Expedia surcharge. The rooms are blah. The TV reception is poor, often getting blurry/grainy. There’s no AC / ventilation, and the windows have a small opening. In the heat of summer, it is hot and stuffy inside. The crowd is totally business travelers. If you’re coming to Dublin on holiday, spend a little more to book a comfortable spot with a better vibe.

The staff was amazing and helpful upon arrival getting us checked in early. The room was clean and tidy although was shocked to learn that particular room did not have air conditioning. It was a warm night and sleeping with the windows open was loud from road noise. Overall the stay was good.

The Hotel itself was very good, a great location that made walking to tourist spots easy. The only problem was with medication I left with them, to be stored in the refrigerator for 8 days, until we returned from a tour to stay another night. They mistakenly put it in the freezer ruining the medication, at a cost of $1800.00. I hope they have taken the steps to ensure this doesn't happen to another guest. The manager did try to get the medication from a pharmacy, without success.

Very nice hotel! No complaints other then we paid extra for early checkin so we could arrive anytime after 9:00 am on day of arrival. Arrived around Noon and then waited 3 hours to get into a room. Excuse was there had been a Coldplay concert the night before but that shouldn’t have interfered with us since we paid extra in advance for early checkin so that was very frustrating after an overnight flight and no sleep.

Mihail at the desk was absolutely amazing! He recommended a great show, booked us a taxi and offered to help with luggage. Truly felt like he went above and beyond. The breakfast was excellent. Definitely get that. It is not too conveniently located so needed a cab to get to anything. The overnight guy was rude and unhelpful. Least welcoming front desk person I’ve ever met and he was there two nights. If you don’t like your job, get a new one… don’t wreck guest experiences because you are a jerk.

Our room was ready early which was great after a red eye flight and significant time change. Staff was outstanding, room was great. Even had excellent shower pressure. The reataurant attached had a really good chicken curry. Definitely staying there again on our next trip in August.

The customer service in this hotel is 5 star. The management and staff went above and beyond helping me resolve an issue upon my arrival in Dublin. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel. The rooms are very nice good breakfast and centrally located to everything.

The hotel was very neat and clean. The staff were very helpful, friendly and pleasant. The room was small, but well organized and spotless. The lobby was aor conditioned, but rooms were not. Definite lack pf Ventilation in bedroom and bathroom. Very warm, too hot for thr heavy bed linens. Too noisy to open the window as it was above utility area for the kitchen and staff break area. Location a bit far from downtown.

The hotel is not quite central but easy to get too using the Dart trains and close to Aviva stadium if in Dublin for the rugby. About a 20 minute walk to Trinity college or 30 minutes to Templebar or a short taxi ride. The hotel was quiet, clean, with decent sized rooms and bed and very helpful staff. A good cocktail bar is attached. The breakfast was o.k. if not exciting. I would certainly use the hotel again if in Dublin for rugby or business in that part of town.

We had a great stay. Very friendly staff and convenient hotel location for our departure and return on our Vagabond tour. The only negative if there is one is that it's not in the heart of Dublin downtown where a lot of the tourist attractions, shopping, etc. is. But a quick cab ride fixes that.

Good accommodations in a good location. Loved the food carts nearby and the easy walk to the museum and a slightly longer walk to the very fun downtown. Quick Uber rides to anywhere you want to go. Good breakfast, nice restaurant and outdoor space, and a nice room. Recommend it.

Being a bit removed from the most touristy parts of Dublin suited me but still totally walkable within 20 or 30 minutes to where all the action is at Temple Bar and Trinity College. The restaurant and dining options at the hotel were excellent and the food delicious.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating, the room was spacious and clean. The restaurant was very good, although the menu was limited. The food was delicious and service was wonderful. Laundry service was reasonable and it was conveniently located to public transportation, small grocery stores and other restaurants. I'll be going back!

Quiet location but still an easy walk to Temple bar, St Stephens Green, Dublin Castle etc. Breakfast room can get very crowded but plenty of helpful staff to assist. Good size room & comfortable bed. Adjacent bar & restaurant excellent

Very pleasant stay, staff is so helpful and kind. It’s quiet and well located however; it looks tired here and there like the toilet doors and bedframe but that’s me being picky. Most annoyingly the bathroom fan goes on at 7am on the dot and makes a lot of noise. It’s a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast for €12 is well worth it.
