Stayed 4 nights

It was clean. There was a TV and coffee maker in the room. No hangars were in the closet. The door into the room needed at the least a new coat of paint on both sides of the door. The door to the bathroom was disintegrating. I think it needed to be painted and waterproofed. There was no screen in the window. A window air conditioner was run to get a fresh smell into the room. Only once in the four day stay was the room attended serviced. The one desk light shade had a cover that was torn or tearing. No shelves or hooks for the wash cloths were in the bathroom. The shower valve was put on loose. This caused water to be on the floor when one showered. I believe an immigrant family bought this motel recently. It might be difficult for them to afford a maintenance staff. But they certainly need to solve these problems in some way. No refrigerator or microwave was in the unit I stayed in. It was inexpensive but not worth the money I paid. Even the pavement where the cars parked needs to be resurfaced. I cannot in good conscience recommend this motel.

The property is POORLY maintained needs total updating. The grounds are littered with debris. The sheets didn’t fit the mattress . The mattress was torn at the edges. I paid extra for a larger room with a couch. However, the couch cushions were torn, and the insides were coming out. The couch was stained and so was as the armchair. I had a non smoking room but the room smelled of cigarettes when I open the door.
