Nice hotel, close to local bus routes for a cheaper option for getting to and from the airport. Hot tub was not working, which would have been nice to be able to use after traveling. Staff were very polite

Made good use of the gym, pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Food at Carluccio's was great (dinner, breakfast). Quiet room ( high floor) and very comfy bed. Staff all very helpful.

Well maintained, nice restaurant, good fitness, pool and spa options, courteous staff. Executive lounge is a beautiful addition. Paid Parking is not very attractive. Expensive laundry, would be better to have an onsite affordable laundry options.

Comfortable stay very near Heathrow. Nice pool and gym facilities - very kind and friendly staff there. Good noise insulation and comfy bed. The situation with the shuttle bus wasn't terribly clear, which caused some unnecessary concern. There was a mouldy smell in the bathroom - nothing a dose of bleach in the shower drain wouldn't fix I'm sure. Parking is pricey at £15 for 24 hours. Decent breakfast but pricey for what it was.

The restaurant was amazing, with great gluten-free options. We had a wonderful dinner server, Standa, and our breakfast server, Patricia, was just as excellent. Both were incredibly friendly and helpful—even took some time to chat with us about London and offer a bit of advice. I also really enjoyed the amenities. The saunas were among the best I’ve ever experienced—and I go to saunas often. The wet sauna, in particular, was impressively hot, and the dry sauna was excellent too. After days of navigating public transit, this was exactly what I needed. We stayed for two nights before flying back home, and it turned out to be a perfect choice.

Our family with 2 small children enjoyed our stay very much— nice room and fast room service. The executive lunge is super convenient for us to get drinks and basic snacks for the kids at any time. We also had our breakfast here during our stay. The staff were all very nice. Sadly we did not enjoy the swimming pool, but we were told that it is good

The halls smelled so bad and the room was not turned and cleaned there was still garbage on the basket from the previous people. The carpet was as so dirty and the bed and pillows smelled The entrance is ok and staff are nice but the hotel is terrible. The location is what you expect around the airport so average. It feels safe.

Overall, I had a good stay at the London Heathrow Marriott. Pictures of the property were deceiving. Bedroom was dusty, surfaces were dirty, it appeared items of cleaning had been missed or is not frequently cleaned. Bathroom faucet was stained. Once closed the plug in the sink could not be re-opened in the morning. Pictures on the website presented the public space entrance as quite grand and accurate, bedrooms were quite dated and I would have chosen the airport Hilton had it been for not for this. Staff nice. Sadly disappointing stay.

A bit run down in rooms. Cleanloness was spotty and not up to marriot standard. Rooms are a good size for a fam staying one night. Stay away from the italian restauarat in hotel. Service was super slow, waiting staff were not up to any spec. Anthony was the only good staff we experienced. Dinner was extremely slow and then nothing to talk about. Disappointing.

Poor rating because bed was terrible. It had a deep trench running down the mattress that made for an awful night’s sleep. I advised the front desk that no other guest should be assigned to the room until the mattress was replaced.

The property was the nicest in the area. Once inside it was very nice and well kept. We were charged an early check-in fee of $65 which I thought was ridiculous as it was our room that we already paid for either at 3:00 or 9:30 in the morning. The AC in our room either didn’t work or we couldn’t adjust it. Our room was hot all night no matter how many times we tried to turn it down.

This was our third time staying here. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. We were disappointed by the amount of noise we could hear from our room. We were in room 5046 and all we could hear from 6am onwards (and throughout the day and evening) was the sound of a staff elevator shaft. This did disrupt our sleep unfortunately. We’ve never had a problem with noise before in this hotel, but it was just due to the fact that our room was right next to this elevator.

We booked an executive room but were given a regular room with the executive club pass. Bed was like sleeping on a wooden board and pillows were like the ones at hospitals. Pretty hotel and nice executive lounge but worst nights sleep ever. Premier Inn beds are 10X more comfortable.

This was a perfect last night to our vacation. Everything needed was onsite, the room was clean and quiet. The restaurant was good. This was also very close tot he airport. Great hotel. Staff was very helpful. It’s also perfectly set up for people flying out from London. There was a kiosk in the lobby I used to arrange out shuttle to the airport.

The Marriott continue to hold my deposit despite checking out on 6th February. I was at the front desk on Thursday 15th asking for my deposit to be released. I phoned today, 22nd February and it still remains pending with my bank. I have been assured twice that it is sorted and it will be looked into. Yet to be resolved.

I arrived at midnight and after a very long trip, my check in experience was below expectations for a Marriott Elite member. The check in staff took forever; he was all over the place. We spent another 10 minutes with him verifying my status. A rather simple process took ages. He didn’t tell me about services available (breakfast, room service). I had to ask where to find the elevators to my room. I don’t know if this is an untrained/new personnel or if this is someone with clear biases who doesn’t think that I can have this status. I definitely will not be staying here again and I haven’t been checked in for 20 minutes.

I booked this stay for my wife and daughter. On arrival at check in my wife was asked for an email from me as I was not staying. So my wife had to come out of the que and ring me and wait while I stop my car to write an email. Not what I would expect from a Marriott.

This called the Heathrow Marriott but it has no courtesy shuttle nor is it on one of the bus shuttle routes. It should be called the 20 mins from Heathrow with no link hotel.

I booked this hotel from Bristow Virginia having never set foot outside of the Heathrow Airport before. My goal was to pick a nice hotel easily accessible from the airport and also with easy access to downtown London as well. In the US most airport hotels provide free shuttle service to/from the airport, so I guess that’s what I was hoping for here too. So just to be clear for all Americans traveling here, you can get to this hotel by bus/taxi/Uber/ or car rental but all four options cost money. That however is my one and only complaint about the hotel, everything else was phenomenal. The staff are super courteous and helpful, the facilities are terrific, the rooms spacious and clean, the restaurant and bar area looked great. There was a gift shop that also sells toiletries if you need anything. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you want a good night’s sleep before flying out in the morning.

The hotel is comfortable enough for an overnight stay near the airport, however, no shuttle buses from the Airport to the Hotel are available, so taking a city cab is necessary (around £15). Shuttles are available from Hotel to the Airport but they cost about the same price as a city cab.|

This is a real nice hotel, with a fully equipped gym and a large indoor swimming pool. Our only complaint is that it no longer is part of the Hoppa Bus shuttle service from Heathrow Airport, so we had to take a cab one way and a "private" car service back the next morning. We thought that staying at a hotel right near the airport would include a shuttle bus - preferably free.

Excellent hotel! Incredibly quiet given it's near the airport, amazing restaurant, we had the breakfast and it did not disappoint. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and the reception desk made us feel welcome. Lives up to prior Marriott experiences and this is a good thing.

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable. Only 2 issues! 1. The digital room service menus didn’t load, and 2. The restaurant which is the only choice has a terrible menu. Olives in a lot of dishes that don’t require it, mushroom pizza that use porcini mushrooms that are way too strong in that quantity so I couldn’t finish it. And the chicken burger was tasteless! Lastly, the red wine list had a number of wines by the glass that weren’t available. They did find me the one I wanted behind the bar eventually, but I was told that this would be the last glass or two from that bottle.
