Fabulous stay, a clean and tidy hotel, friendly and helpful staff. A room with a view on Victoria Harbour and the vicinity of Stars Avenue as well as my Expedia discount made this stay really exceptional. The only downsides are a small gym and a tiny swimming pool (walled, no view). But this is negligible. Recommended.

The staff was very helpful, our room was cleaned and stocked very well everyday for our 9 days stay. Enjoyed the pillow menu. Had a room overlooking the Victoria Harbour and it was beautiful, especially at night. Great sunblock curtains for those hot days. Overall a great stay and would definitely return should we come back to Hong Kong. Highly recommend to anyone considering this hotel. And also, close to the MTR stops.

静かで部屋も広く快適に過ごせた。アメニティのシャンプーやボディソープは香りや使用感もよくとてもよかった。シャワーの水圧もパスタブも快適。全体的に清潔感はあったものの非常に残念だったのは浴室の洗面台の内側に黒カビがあったのが鏡に映っていてそれを発見した時は残念な気持ちになった。

Staff in restaurants and house keeping super friendly - management needs a lot of work they lost my laundry and despite numerous calls I was never contacted no apology just ignored. They eventually found it it was delivered to wrong room and arrived in my wardrobe with no receipt and no note to say it had been delivered - by complete chance I saw it! Housekeeping team are amazing!!

清潔でフレンドリーなホテル。ビクトリアハーバーの眺めは、一番有名な景色からは少し東寄りなので落ち着いた夜景です。観光の拠点としてはMTR尖沙咀駅からもスターフェリーターミナルからも遠く不便。観光の合間に疲れたから少し部屋で休もうと思っても、買った物の荷物を部屋に置きに帰ろうにも、とにかく遠い。紅磡駅が最最寄ですが、東鐵綫なのでちょっと使いにくい。

Wir waren zu zweit für 9 Nächte dort und rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist top - Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten + Metro sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Victoria Harbour- grandios. Beim Frühstück im Hotel gab es eine große Auswahl und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel-Restaurant haben wir nicht besucht, dafür die Tiffanys Bar und auch hier können wir nichts negatives berichten. Das Hotel kann man bedenkenlos buchen.

I stayed for 5 days and felt very much at home there. I visited for business for the Hong Kong Whisky Festival. It was a great event. The staff in the hotel are always there to help. Tiffany’s Bar has some amazing whisky, beer, wine and spirits. The cocktails are superb! Just ask one of the bar staff for one of their signature drinks. I had the pleasure to eat in the Hoi King Heen restaurant on the lower floor. The meal was outstanding, it was the first time I’d eaten jellyfish. The meals were delicious. Would highly recommend staying there, I’ll stay there again when I return. Cheers, DW

The hotel is on the older side. It would benefit from cosmetic renovation. The location is convenient. The food at breakfast was subpar sadly. The xiao mai for instance tasted like poor quality premade frozen type. The xia jiao similarly bad and has a powdery skin. I decided to skip breakfast after giving it two attempts.

The hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I had an allergic reaction to the detergent they used on the sheets (this has never happened before). They gave me new bedding and there were no issues - so I wonder if they weren't rinsed well. Very loud neighbors.
