I love the location! Close to public transport, restaurants, mall, park and the beach. The apartment unit is overlooking the beach which is a bonus! It is massive, with complete amenities and access to the apartment’s pools, sauna and gym. The staff are all lovely. Truly relaxing!

Atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful. Beautiful decor and theme. Pools are great. Location is great. Room I stayed in had all the household amenities you would want. Spacious and quiet. Unfortunately there were obvious corners cut in the room to the detriment of the guest's experience. Worst of all was the hygiene and condition of the pillows. Please check the pillow's condition underneath the pillow slip. 4/6 of the pillows available were yellow stained and used beyond their expected lifespan. Mattress had zero support and sagged in heavily used spots. Complimentary toiletries were two soaps and one shampoo... Atleast provide conditioner to go with the shampoo? Toilet paper was very thin... And if you run out of the supplied toilet paper the instructions tell you to go to Woolworths to buy more which I thought was rude for something so basic for hygiene? Bathroom was lovely and clean except for dirty yellow stained grout around the shower drain. Paint on the bathroom cabinets was peeling off everywhere. Curtains had large obvious stains which is unfortunate, but where people had touched the white backing to open them there were dark dirt/food stains up and down. Lamp shades had large stains on them and were starting to deteriorate with cracks inside the shades. I'm not sure how the other rooms compared as they are owned by different people. If I had to, I would stay again and hope for a better quality room and mattress and I'll definitely be checking my pillows first!

Property is centrally located for easy access to a beautiful beach, bars and restaurants and a short walk to the tram stop. The apartments themselves are spacious and well equiped, however, they are beginning to show their age. The apartment we stayed in had water damage and a cockroach problem. We reported the cockroach problem to reception who said they would have someone go in there to sort it for us. When we returned to the apartment, someone had been in there to leave a can of Mortein for us to spray ourselves. Overall, our stay was pleasant enough but would have been more enjoyable minus the cockroaches.

A fantastic place for a winter break, Superb location right in the heart of the hospitality district. The light rail service was excellent and cheap. My only gripe was that the heat pump in the bedroom didn't give out hot air (and yes, I did have it set to heat!) and it got quite chilly in the evenings. Other than that, outstanding!

We loved our stay at Broadbeach Holiday Apartments. The apartment was large, modern, well laid out, had great views, a large bed, nice bathroom, and everything we needed. We also enjoyed the pools and spa. Great location in the heart of Broadbeach, within easy walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, the Oasis shopping centre, Pacific Fair, Jupiters casino, and Draculas.

The staff were wonderful which is the sole reason I did not complain in person. - I found the expectations of the resort odd and out of place when paying this much for a room. Having to take out your own garbage and do your dishes to avoid a cleaning fee is insane to me. Bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were clearly very cheap & flat. As much as I tried (although I acknowledge I didn’t ask for assistance) the wifi would not work. It is very nice that you can get a day pass on the day you check out though.

It was a great apartment, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious living area and dinning room, close to shops walking distance to beach, restaurants transport, the only thing was it was a bit noisy at night. Would have preferred a position on the opposite side where the pool area is.

Well worth what we paid for the apartment, the location was excellent as were most of the facilities. A second bathroom would have been useful as their were 4 of us, no fan in the second bedroom and minimal clothes storage. Unfortunately the bins in the alley behind our room were emptied at 5:45 each morning. The pool area is fantastic, easy to speak with reception and staff and aside from the points raised the room was great.

Property was worn and tired, showing its age I guess. Unimpressed by the check-in process. It was all about the fines you would pay if you set of the smoke alarm. No "welcome to our area" or anything, just very abrupt and unwelcoming. Great to have parking included though.

Had to wait 45 min to enter the room. The manager has left the office after 5pm, and didn't respond to after hours number for 40min. I arrived only 10 min after 5pm. I asked in my booking for a quet room, I got exactly opposite, very noisy room next to a Hotel Ventilation System, couldn't sleep for two nights. On my day out, I left at 9am, I received a phone call from their office, asking me for the room card access, which I left in the room on my departure, where are the cards, the cleaners are looking for them??? Not exactly happy, may contact the Office of Fair Trading and complain about the standard of their Service.

We arrived early morning on Good Friday from an overnight flight. Even though everything was closed the owners ensured we were looked after and able to check in to get a rest. Greeted by a beautiful older man who was very polite and helpful.

Great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the hub of pubs/restaurants. Accommodation was quiet once patio doors were closed. Very convenient and everything within walking distance or by covenient tram.

Lovely place to stay for a walk along the beach. Loads of great restaurants and coffee shops a stone's throw away. In the heart of Broadbeach but rooms are so quiet and well presented. Definitely my new go-to place to stay on the Gold Coast
