posizione fantastica, colazione buona, servizio scarso, internet quasi impossibile con necessità di inserire continuamente tutte le credenziali, quando c'era connessione. Stanza rifatta frettolosamente senza cambio lenzuola e rifornimento amenities. Pioveva, abbiamo chiesto in prestito un ombrello alla reception e ci è stato risposto che ce lo potevamo comprare nei negozi fuori dall'hotel...abbiamo fatto presente che era un hotel 4 stelle e il prezzo pagato. Scrollata di spalle. musica molto alta in terrazza tutto il giorno.

GREAT LOCATION. This hotel is located right at the base of the Galata tower and the view from both sides of the hotel is very good! We enjoyed the breakfasts with an amazing view to the bridges and sea or to the Galata tower on the other side of the cafeteria. Also great ambient music while having a great breakdast. My favorite dish was the eggs benedict

The café at the entrance detracts from the hotel style. Only the front rooms have good views. The rest are dark and dreary. Decor needs a refresh. Shower needs maintenance to control and eliminate mould. Only one small bottle of water is complimentary; thise in the fridge are charged to your account.

Güler yüzlü bir karşılama ile giriş yaptık. Odanın tasarımı eski galata evleri seklinde me mükemmel bir Galata Kulesi manzarası mevcut. Sadece tek sorun bir bakanlığın yaptığı projeksiyon gosterisi nedeniyle olan gürültü, gece saat 1 gibi son buldu. Otel girisinde yer alan cafede lezzetli ürünler var . Ayrıca en üst katta yer alan restaurant manzarası , lezzetleri ve hizmet kalitesiyle üstün bir deneyim sundu.

Galata kulesinin dibi, konumu harika. Yakınında kule dibi otoparkı vardı hatta tam karşısında da bir otopark varmış, araçların girebileceği bir yol da var oraya doğru. Terasın manzarası güzel, kahvaltı da iyi, temiz. Kahvaltı hizmetini yapan bey biraz zorlasa da, hanım çalışan hızlı, pratik ve çözümsel. Oda temiz ve nostaljik. Yatak rahat. Sabah 12.00 olmadan rahatsız edilmiş olsam da genel olarak memnun kaldım. Otel çalışanları da nazik ve yardımsever.

Anemon Koleksiyon Galata is truly a comfortable and welcoming hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, assisting me with early check-in and providing great local information. The room was spotless, cozy, and had a beautiful view of the Galata Tower. Breakfast was tasty, and the terrace view is absolutely stunning. A special thanks to Mr. Muhammet at the reception — he was very professional, kind, and always ready to help with anything. This is a trustworthy, sustainable, safe, and very clean hotel. I’ll definitely choose Anemon Koleksiyon Galata again on my next trip to İstanbul. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Sehr renovierungsbedürftig und nicht sauber. Das Bad war mit Schimmel befallen, zudem war die Duschhaube total unbrauchbar. Nach „Reparatur“ kam etwas mehr an Wasser. Unter einem 4 Sterne Hotel haben wir uns etwas ganz anderes vorgestellt. Preis-Leistung absolut nicht erfüllt. Das Personal war absolut unmotiviert und man wurde sehr unhöflich behandelt. Man hat sich als Gast eher als eine Belastung gefühlt als willkommen. 😅 Da das Hotel direkt an der Galata Kulesi liegt ist vor der Tür immer ein mega Touristenauflauf, dies sollte auch bedacht werden. Das einzige was wir positiv fanden war die wunderschöne Aussicht im 5. Stock, wo sich das Restaurant befindet.

The room was supposed to be a deluxe twin. It was a tiny , dated room with damp patches on the bathroom ceiling. The ceiling also leaked at one stage although it was repaired straight away . We had a very small balcony but there were cigarette butts all in the plant pots ,and the net curtain smelt of smoke. we don’t smoke . Having said that the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast room view was amazing , overlooking the Galata tower

Otelin konumu ve binanın tarihi olması muhteşem. İlk şaşkınlığım Otelde kahve yokmuş…! Delux 18 mtkare olan rezervasyonuma rağmen delux olmayan oda verildi. Özellikle belirtmiş olmama rağmen, daha önce sigara içilmiş oda Odanın Halı kaplı olması hijyenik değil, sigara içilmeyen odada özellikle belirttiğim halde; oda sigara kokuyordu ve koku giderici madde sıkılmış koku daha baskın olmuş. Eskimiş ve mobilyası çürümüş minibar, lavabo su akıtıyordu Kat görevlileri Sare hanım ve arkadaşları güleryüzlü, samimi Roof restoran ekibi gayet ilgili ( Filiz hanım, Nihat bey)

Walkable and just minutes away from Galata Tower and to coffee shops and restaurants - location 10/10. Hotel not so good as very old and need some updates . First night shower clogged so was moved to another room next day thank you . Unfortunately the room where we were moved to shower also clogged but not as bad so was just tolerated. Third night the AC was not working and we reported but nite Manager did not do anything . All staff very helpful especially day Manager.

Op de locatie en terras na is er niks zo goeds aan dit hotel. Het is te oud je kan je telefoon geen eens opladen naast je bed je moet kiezen tussen je nachtlampje of je oplader in de stopcontact te doen. Ramen en kozijnen zijn slecht geïsoleerd je hoort alles wat er buiten gebeurd. Kamers zijn koud wordt moeilijk warm. Als Annemon familie moet deze Hotel even door alle eigenaren in handen worden genomen en compleet gerenoveerd worden. Ik snap dat natuurlijk het klassieke beeld style niet verloren moet gaan. Maar je kan dit prima voor elkaar krijgen zonder te veel aanpassingen aan het style. Deuren en kasten laatjes kraken. Er is geen eens een spiegel in je kamer alleen in de badkamer. Op de locatie en terras na is er niks zo goeds aan dit hotel. Het is te oud je kan je telefoon geen eens opladen naast je bed je moet kiezen tussen je nachtlampje of je oplader in de stopcontact te doen. Ramen en kozijnen zijn slecht geïsoleerd je hoort alles wat er buiten gebeurd. Kamers zijn koud wordt moeilijk warm. Als Annemon familie moet deze Hotel even door alle eigenaren in handen worden genomen en compleet gerenoveerd worden. Ik snap dat natuurlijk het klassieke beeld style niet verloren moet gaan. Maar je kan dit prima voor elkaar krijgen zonder te veel aanpassingen aan het style. Deuren en kasten laatjes kraken. Er is geen eens een spiegel in je kamer alleen in de badkamer. Sabah 12.00 olmadan rahatsız edilmiş olsam da genel olarak memnun kaldım. Otel çalışanları da nazik ve yardımsever.

Walkable and just minutes away from Galata Tower and to coffee shops and restaurants - location 10/10. Hotel not so good as very old and need some updates . First night shower clogged so was moved to another room next day thank you . Unfortunately the room where we were moved to shower also clogged but not as bad so was just tolerated. Third night the AC was not working and we reported but nite Manager did not do anything . All staff very helpful especially day Manager.

Sehr renovierungsbedürftig und nicht sauber. Das Bad war mit Schimmel befallen, zudem war die Duschhaube total unbrauchbar. Nach „Reparatur“ kam etwas mehr an Wasser. Our stay at this beautiful and cozy hotel was Outstanding! The location is perfect, the staff are very polite and helpful, breakfast was delicious and included. We have to mention and give special thanks to reception staff, specially Yasin. He went out of his way to accommodate us and took care of every detail of issues and situations we had. He made Our stay very pleasant and we were very happy. If we ever come back to Turkey, we will definitely stay at this beautiful hotel! Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable! Highly recommend this hotel! 👍👏

L’hotel si trova proprio accanto alla torre di Galata, vicinissimo alla zona dello shopping. E a due passi da tunel, dove si prende il tram per andare verso il ponte di Galata, raggiungibile anche a piedi. L’hotel ha il suo fascino retrò e la colazione e’ servita su una terrazza con vista sulla torre. Unica delusione la colazione...non servono caffè turco, ma solo americano...cereali non proprio freschi e no yogurt, in un paese dove lo yogurt non manca mai. Sicuramente migliorabile. Prezzo ottimo. Personale alla reception competente, gentile e di aiuto. Consigliato.

GREAT LOCATION. This hotel is located right at the base of the Galata tower and the view from both sides of the hotel is very good! We enjoyed the breakfasts with an amazing view to the bridges and sea or to the Galata tower on the other side of the cafeteria. Also great ambient music while having a great breakdast. My favorite dish was the eggs benedict

The Room: Executive Suite at the first floor with no good view!! waste of money. the room was cold, bathroom was even colder! we had to leave the keycard in the room to keep the heating on! but we only got one keycard to deal with! there was no toilet brush! The Top-floor: Breakfast good👍 Had Tenderloin for the dinner, it come cold, didn't enjoy it!❌ Service was good 👍 View was good 👍

We stayed for three nights and when we first arrived there were flys in the room. The bed cover was dirty and the furniture upholstery was old and worn. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work so as a result there was an unsightly water damage in the bathroom. We the hotel because of the location and the rooftop terrace which we were told was closing early due to lack of patrons and we couldn’t order a simple dessert and drink. The partying outside our hotel went on till 3:30 am.
