This particular hotel should not be on Expedia. I have not canceled nor been disappointed on any hotel that i booked with this site. The picture is mis leading and the information is not completely transparent. Its says on the site “NO LIFT ON THE FASCILITY” but it did jot disclosed you have to climbed a steep stairs of more than 13 steps with a very tiny narrow landing being used as a reception. Then you have to climb another steep stairs to god where ever is your room. The place looks like a motel than a hotel. The guy on the front desk was very rude. I ask him how are we going to go up i have two seniors with me and 6 large luggages. That guy all he said well it says on our website no lift. No apologies or offer that i will take care of your stuff. I ended up cancelling my whole booking and he charged me for the first day of $123 euros. With 6 luggage’s and two seniors i have to run around the nearby hotel vicinity if there was any available room. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE. AND PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS.

The only strange thing was that there was a TV but a remote control was not provided. Another thing that was not a problem for me was that stairs were quite steep so If you have difficulty climbing stairs consider weather to book. I needed an iron and they didn’t have even that so no extra services are provided. Excellent location in the heart of Brussels.

Simple room with proximity to Brussel central station. Noisy in the night due to location, and also smells like a mix of food (I hope due to the room facing the backyard to many restaurants). No noise insulation, workers drilling for 1 hour at 9 in the morning across the hall. I was able to leave my luggage after check out.

Certes hôtel avec un emplacement idéal, en plein cœur de Bruxelles et à 2 pas de la Grande Place; cependant, hôtel au confort sommaire (en soit ce n'est pas un problème si cela est annoncé et en lien avec le prix de la nuitée, mais ce n'est pas le cas), mobilier vieux et usé, ménage et hygiène plus que médiocre; mais ce qui fait que je mets la plus mauvaise note est le manque de sécurité: la porte ne se ferme pas à clé de 'l'intérieur; ce que j'ai rapporté à la personne de la réception m'indiquant que c'était sur car un système des pompiers depuis 2010. J'étais une femme seule, j'ai fait nuit blanche à cause de cette insécurité sans parler des bruits de visseuse à 1h30 du matin et des incessants aller/retours dans les couloirs; je déconseille fortement à des femmes seules d'y séjourner; je n'ai justement pas séjourné ma 2° nuit comme prévu

Hotel sencillo, pero muy limpio y sobretodo perfectamente situado para visitar Bruselas. Está a 1 minuto de la Grand Plaz, con mucha vida, todos los puntos turísticos y todo tipo de servicios y transportes cerca. Además el personal que trabaja fue amable y nos guardaron la maleta después del checkout, para poder aprovechar cómodamente el día.

We had no difficulty with leaving our key whenever we went out and picking it up on our return. The shower, etc. worked just fine. We were allowed to store our luggage for a couple hours after checking out. We plan to stay here again if we return to Brussels. Oh! And there’s good coffee right next door at Cliff’s.

L’hôtel était en plein centre c’est le seul avantage car la chambre n’a même pas été nettoyé il y avait des cheveux dans la douche et lavabo, des poils dans les lits, du sérum physiologique ouvert et utilisé sur le lavabo ainsi que le tapis à l’intérieur de la douche très sale, tous les matins les travaux commençaient vers 7h30 et la télé ne fonctionnait pas, la lampe de chevet était cassée et des odeurs d’égouts remontaient par la salle de bain

Very dirty and noisy place. Sheets were stained (but washed though) and a lot of black hairs in the bathroom. Bar outside that plays music until 23 weekdays and very very noisy the whole night outside. Bring earplugs! But location very good, close to central station and in city centre.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Location was amazing!!! I enjoyed opening the window and listening to the live music and watching the people in the square below. Grand Place just a block away. The room was decent, a little “tired” but offset by the lower cost. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Cafe next door had a great breakfast.

While the location could not get any better, there is no elevator, making it difficult for accessibility reasons. Similarly, guests are required to drop off and pick up their keys every time they leave their room, which becomes difficult when the staff aren't at the desk, which happened to me. The location is GREAT! A few steps out the door and you're in the Palace. Tons of shopping and food options. Room was clean, with funny animal blankets. The building has a lot of stairs though.

Excelente lugar para hospedarte, frente a una plaza en la cual tendrás muchas opciones para comer, muy cerca de la plaza principal y de los lugares emblematicos, todo esta caminado. El único detalle del lugar es que no cuenta con elevador.

Je zit gelijk bij alles, restaurants, cafés, centraal station. De priis voor een overnachting is ook niet duur. Het bed was schoon en er kwam warm water uit de douche. Verwacht niet te veel. In het weekend lijkt me het gehorig als mensen te veel Belgische pinten op hebben.
