Close to station, nice and clean. Spacious room newly refurbished. Front desk staff nice and polite. Excellent breakfast. Currently having some works in the hotel but did not disturb us. Would come back for sure in future.

Fab location for train station/metro, brand new spotless room with very comfortable bed and quiet surroundings however work still ongoing and got woken up at 8.30/7.30am uk time to scrapping and banging. Didnt try restaurant at hotel or any other places in area as just needed the hotel as base to explore further afield. Would consider to return in future.

The place is amazing staff are fantastic Room very modern, individual art work in the room and in reception. Beds very comfy shower best we have had . Breakfast has a modern bean to cup coffee machine. Eggs bacon and sausages, lots of continental options also. Fresh fruit and pastries. We were made very welcome, staff go out of the wayto be helpful. Yes they are still updating bit it had no effect on us at all. Convenient for the station and nice walk to the palace of 30 mins. Cafe also available during the day

Spacious room with fridge, kettle and sockets next to the beds. Bed uncomfortable as you “sink” in it. One bed sheet had a hole and on the chair there was a stain (photos). Not a 4* for sure. The floor (5th floor) was creaking as you walked on it. Same in corridors (as if it was a toy-house). Like they “added” some extra rooms (?). There is only one (slow) elevator and it is used both from staff and customers. I came across staff (3 times) with a trolley full of bed linen and I was waiting for them to do their job as I was not there. They didn’t even look at me! At the reception, upon my check in (25/09/25,15:00’) there was only one receptionist and 4 customers to check in. Breakfast was mediocre and didn’t worth the high price. Limited items (delicious though). There are plenty of B/F options around the hotel instead (croissants 1.30€ from Carrefour in the station). This is not a 4* hotel definitely.

The surface of the hotel looked good and the location for the station great. The staff were lovely and the room was good on check in. The lift and hallway areas were like being on a building site and the building works started very early when you were trying to sleep. The cleaning was being carried out extremely early and we had anknock on the door that woke us up! Not happy!

Mew faculty, clean. Friendly staff and nice courtyard. Looked to have a conference room that was a nice add if there for work. Close walking to the attractions and train station. Air conditioning was a nice add but could have been a bit stronger. Room had a minifridge which is always nice.

This hotel is about a 5min walk from Brussels South Station. My original plan was to take the train to go to Düsseldorf but that changed. I was able to explore the local area and had a nice brunch. I explored the Atomium that day which was super east to get to from the station that was close by Port Hall. The hotel is currently under renovation and I got a new room. It was modern, clean and comfortable. I was close to the road so I heard the marchers for Gaza that night but it wasn’t too disruptive for a long time. The staff were very receptive and sweet.

While the room and lobby were pretty nice there was construction going on in multiple places, which is understandable. Unfortunately there was an absolutely horrendous smell in the room, it was nauseating. The smell was coming from the bathroom, more specifically the shower area. It smelled of rotten onions and urine. It wasn’t only in the room but was also in the lobby and hallways, just not as strong. I understand it likely is sewage related and couldn’t be controlled but it made the stay far from great.

We always stay in this hotel when in Brussel and it was all good as always. Just to say they forgot to clean our room when we got there it wasn’t ready after 3pm. Location good, nice and clean hotel breakfast tasty. Staff could be more helpful and energetic. But the place is nice.

Very easy to get to from Brussels Midi station. The room was overpriced , however it was clean. The bathroom has a strange smell however the shower was first class. The room is noisy due to it being close to the road and station so bring ear plugs however I did sleep well as the bed was very comfortable.

Fantastic hotel, great location for taking the Eurostar, 6 minutes walk to the station & a 30 minute walk into Brussels market square. Very comfortable bed, big room & huge bathroom with gorgeous shower, felt very luxurious, even had a mini fridge & kettle. Highly recommend! Staff were all very lovely too

This is a good hotel and very convenient for Brussels Midi rail station. The drawback to this however is that the rooms at the front overlook a very busy road and the rail tracks both of which means it is very noisy and there is little respite from this so sleeping maybe an issue. I would stay here again but prior to arrival I would want assurance that tgg be e room I am allocated is at the back of the property. The breakfast is very good with both hot and cold buffet choices.

Large studio room, for European standards. Overlooking Zuid-Midi train station. Check-in was quick and front desk personnel were professional. Bed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Little fridge and ac worked fine. TV nice size. Only complaint was a little night noise from outside. Nice cafe next door connected to hotel. Overall it was all I needed for my ovrrnight stay in Brussels.

I think we got the garret room. I'd hoped we'd be one step up from the Ibis experience but our "cosy" room felt squashed under the eaves, and the double bed being pushed against the wall was inconvenient. Despite the provision of tea and coffee making facilities, this was not value for money, sadly. The air con was noisy and intrusive.

The positives - the hotel was recently renovated and it looks very nice. The staff were very accommodating and happily stored our luggage for us on the day we left, which we greatly appreciated! The bed was comfortable enough, though an extra pillow per person would have been nice. The bathroom was very nicely renovated. The negatives - our air conditioner stopped working after we arrived and would not turn back on, so it was quite hot. The smart TV in our room was not connected to wifi so we could not use it as a smart TV. There is not much sound proofing and we were awoken throughout the night by our neighbours returning to their rooms. It was quite noisy. Unfortunately, the hotel is not in a fantastic area. It is very near Brussels-Midi station, which is a high crime area. It is also noisy and run down in the streets around the hotel.

Our first stay At Jill Hotel and what a pleasant hotel this is. Only stayed for 1 night, very handily located opposite Brussels Midi Station. From taking in a parcel for me & keeping it safe until we arrived from the UK. To the wonderful Breakfast and the fantastic receptionists greeting us with smiles and kindness, and a very lovely room. We will certainly stay again.

It was disappointing that a 4-stars hotel did not provide drinking water in the room on a daily basis. The sound insulation in the rooms was very poor. There was a lot of noise from the corridor and the floor above, both during the day and at night. It’s a noisy hotel. Despite requesting room cleaning, someone entered the room while we were away, turned on the air conditioning, and used the toilet. When we reported this to the reception staff, they showed no concern or interest. The reception was not helpful. As a result, we were not satisfied with your hotel. It was a disappointment.

They kindly looked after our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our travel experience so much smoother. A special shoutout to Aysha for her incredible hospitality—she noticed how many bags we had and generously upgraded us to a bigger room, which we truly appreciated. Her kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. The hotel itself was comfortable, stylish, and perfectly located, making our time in Brussels even more enjoyable. We had a very pleasant stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Really kind and friendly staff. Emma at reception gave me step by step instructions on how to get to the Atomium by metro. The hotel is in an ideal spot for access to the trains/trams/bus/metro and it's decor in the entrance is unique and welcoming. Thank you for looking after us 😊

We always stay in this hotel when in Brussel and it was all good as always. Just to say they forgot to clean our room when we got there it wasn’t ready after 3pm. Location good, nice and clean hotel breakfast tasty. Staff could be more helpful and energetic. But the place is nice.

Nós recebemos um upgrade de quarto cortesia e todas as informações para nossa estadia foram passadas. Além disso todas nossas dúvidas com relação a cidade foram sanadas (um verdadeiro tour sem ainda sair do hotel.

Nice location. Nice place to stay. Polite helpful staff. Night life outside hotel is bit rough. Lots of homeless people on train station at night. Next time will pay more and stay towards cental brussels.

Excellent location, short walk to the train station and we walked 20 min into downtown brussels. All the sightseeing you can see in one spot. Feel free to Uber there and back as well. Cost about 12 euro

Close to station, nice and clean. Spacious room newly refurbished. Front desk staff nice and polite. Excellent breakfast. Currently having some works in the hotel but did not disturb us. Would come back for sure in future.

This is a good hotel and very convenient for Brussels Midi rail station. The drawback to this however is that the rooms at the front overlook a very busy road and the rail tracks both of which means it is very noisy and there is little respite from this so sleeping maybe an issue. I would stay here again but prior to arrival I would want assurance that tgg be e room I am allocated is at the back of the property. The breakfast is very good with both hot and cold buffet choices.

The place is amazing staff are fantastic Room very modern, individual art work in the room and in reception. Beds very comfy shower best we have had . Breakfast has a modern bean to cup coffee machine. Eggs bacon and sausages, lots of continental options also. Fresh fruit and pastries. We were made very welcome, staff go out of the wayto be helpful. Yes they are still updating bit it had no effect on us at all. Convenient for the station and nice walk to the palace of 30 mins. Cafe also available during the day

Spacious room with fridge, kettle and sockets next to the beds. Bed uncomfortable as you “sink” in it. One bed sheet had a hole and on the chair there was a stain (photos). Not a 4* for sure. The floor (5th floor) was creaking as you walked on it. Same in corridors (as if it was a toy-house). Like they “added” some extra rooms (?). There is only one (slow) elevator and it is used both from staff and customers. I came across staff (3 times) with a trolley full of bed linen and I was waiting for them to do their job as I was not there. They didn’t even look at me! At the reception, upon my check in (25/09/25,15:00’) there was only one receptionist and 4 customers to check in. Breakfast was mediocre and didn’t worth the high price. Limited items (delicious though). There are plenty of B/F options around the hotel instead (croissants 1.30€ from Carrefour in the station). This is not a 4* hotel definitely.

Missed our train to London and had to spend the night in Brussels. Good hot shower, comfortable bed and good breakfast made it a nice stay. Had a great dinner at a small Moroccan restaurant less than a block away on the same side of the street.
