Would be good to have a small frdige in the room. Recption spoke mainly French with little English.

Hôtel situé à quelques mètres d'une station de métro et disposant d'un parking privé (payant et à réserver avant le séjour). Accueil chaleureux. A recommander pour un séjour bruxellois.

Overall okay. Cannot say good or something, especially compared to the price. And wifi really sucks, and lift is so small.

Nice clean big rooms with excellent shower. The reception staff Mohammad was very friendly and helpful as well as the other staff we met. Highly recommend the hotel parking if you drive there. Location is very good and I would highly recommend this hotel.

There’s always people who’s sleeping at the entrance, garbage all around, the elevator is old, the tv doesn’t work, the images was cracked all the time, and the food is not good, only the staff is good and the room size

Close to the main train station. We had a comfortable stay for the 5 days we stayed in Brussels. The bed was super comfortable. Clean room and clean bathroom with daily housekeeping. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Area around hotel was an unfortunate letdown. Noisy.

The window led onto an exterior fire escape, but the window frame had been broken in before, so the window hung on 1 of its 3 hinges and could he easily opened from outside again. It felt very unsafe, but it was 1am when I got there so I stayed the night. When i woke up one of the largest spiders I have ever seen was on the roof above the bed. The whole building also smelled unclean and had stale air. It is in a state of disrepair. I would never consider staying here again, even for half the price. It may already be the cheapest option, but picking anything else will be worth it.

For the price, this hotel is superb. Very clean. Decent location (10 minutes walk to Grand Place). Helpful staff. I could be very picky about just a couple of things, but nothing crucial considering how reasonable the cost is. Great hotel.

Great hotel. Clean room. Right in front of mid station. There’s some intense construction work in the area but it was quiet morning and night and the access to the hotel wasn’t compromised either. I’d recommend and go back to this hotel.

Room had ants on table and bathroom. Mold was visible on the shower head. No shower door or curtain therefore water got bathroom floor wet. Towels were dingy. The worst bed I ever slept on. You could feel the springs. The room had a window that you could slightly open which was terrible because it was hot and stuffy in the room at night. There was a table fan that helped but it was loud. The best part of this hotel is that it was a few minutes walking from train station and from the Grand Place. There were plenty of convenient stores and eateries nearby.

The room was basic, but OK. No airconditioning, only a fan standing on the bedside table. The room was therefore very hot. Breakfast was very limited (no buffet) but it was enough to start the day on.

Accueil très agréable et personnel à l écoute . Mais Hotel trop bruyant !! I isolation phonique entre les chambres , couloir est presque inexistante ….désagrément venant surtout des voyageurs qui n ont aucun respect … en parlant très haut dans les chambres et couloirs et portes claquées aux heures déjà très tardives….

O hotel está a poucos minutos da praça principal. E bem próximo da estação de metrô. Os funcionários da recepção muito gentis. O quarto é bastante espaçoso. Na frente está tendo uma grande obra, que pode ficar mais perigoso a noite.

Hotel renovado en edificio antiguo y barrio de mala fama, junto a la estación, da un poco de miedo por la gente que hay por la calle, pero no tuvimos ningún problema. El hotel cuenta con instalaciones renovadas, la cama era nueva y cómoda, y nos dieron una habitación de interior, por tanto no había ruidos de la calle y pudimos descansar. El personal fue amable y atento en todo momento.

Séjours de 4 jours. Chambre avec problèmes de télé, peu spacieuse, pas de bolet donc la lumière passe entre les rideaux. Pareil pour la salle de bain. La porte a du mal a s'enclencher et la clientèle fait du bruit. Ne mérite pas d'avoir une troisième étoile

Terrible ubicación, había una palomita de maíz bajo la cama, por lo que no limpiaron bien. En la noche necesitaba que arreglaran el baño y no había personal y nadie fue. El agua no es potable.

Hôtel propre et personnel de chambre très gentils mais à la réception on m’a fait payer mordicus 1 taxe de séjour alors que lors de ma réservation en ligne j’en avais déjà payé 2. Ce qui a porté le total à 3 taxes! Ce que le réceptionniste n’a pas pu m’expliquer. Petit déjeuner faible

When we arrived at this hotel (which is in a very bad part of town compounded by the fact that they are digging up the entire road/avenue this hotel sits on, we discovered they had no record of our reservation. We had confirmed and paid for the reservation months ago via Expedia. Apparently at some point this hotel declined the reservation claiming they are closed (they are not) but we only learned of this information as we were trying to check in. We had to call (from France with US cell phones) the Expedia service number. After 45 minutes they were luckily able to get us into another hotel in a better and safer location. The gentleman at the front desk (who was very nice and did let us log onto the WiFi to make our call) said that this happens at least once or twice a week with Expedia reservations. Yet for some reason this hotel is still listed on Expedia and still seems to be taking money for reservations they have no intention of honoring.. Strongly advise against this hotel.

Sachant que je n'ai pas pu séjourner dans la chambre a cause d'un problème de réservation de leurs part je suis très déçu de l'hotel de France. Par dessus tout aucun remboursement ne m'a été fait. J'ai perdu 159€ 😔 Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione Sud/Midi, comodo per gli spostamenti con i mezzi ed anche per andare a piedi verso il centro. Personale gentile e disponibile e struttura molto pulita ed ordinata. Colazione buona qualità/prezzo se confrontata con i prezzi della città

Good location if travelling from Brussels Midi

O Hotel está bem localizado por ser perto da estação du midi, mas como uma mulher viajando sozinha, me senti um pouco intimidada pelo pessoal e as lojas da volta. Existe uma obra gigante em Bruxelas e está bem na frente do hotel, embora o barulho não atrapalhou. Os atendentes do hotel são muito simpaticos, e o café da manhã é bom. Tem um ventilador de mesa q deu conta pra mim, e o banheiro e bem pequeno. As maquinas de café wuebraram um galho.

Great location by the train station. Convenient family store on the corner for water, juice, and snacks.

This hotel is very convenient for the Midi station, which is why we chose it. Outside there are major building and road works, which is not their fault. The hotel itself is basic but functional and the staff were very helpful. It was rather expensive for what it is compared to what we paid elsewhere.

Muito, mas muito ruim mesmo!! Não recomendo nem para o meu pior inimigo!! Mal localizado, sujo, café horrível, enfim, para minha sorte havia reservado apenas para dormir e mudei de hotel no dia seguinte!!
