Hotel a 600 metri dal municipio e appena fuori dal Ring. Molto silenzioso, pulito con personale efficiente. Il parcheggio è a 150 metri da hotel e permette più entrate ed uscite con lo stesso biglietto rilasciato in hotel. Un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Buona la colazione.

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe zum Zentrum. Es hat ein Parkhaus aber ist nicht Kostenlos auch nicht für Hotelgäste. Das frühstück fand ich jetzt nicht sehr speziell. Hätte mehr Auswahl sein können aber für den Preis darf man nicht meckern. :-)

Hotel Regina is wonderful- walking distance to downtown, shopping areas and Christmas markets. The staff is really friendly. The room was cozy and clean. The hotel offers pick up and drop off at the airport. The breakfast even had vegan food and the restaurant is very convenient. Will stay there again!

Great location, helpful staff, very good breakfast which we enjoyed sitting outside on their covered terrace. Despite central location, our room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel was clean, fan on AC did not run very high (room was a little stuffy) but likely just with our unit. We would definitely recommend hotel to anyone. Parking garage a few steps away (also possible to rent cars there). Great place for exploring Vienna.

La struttura è molto bella soprattutto fuori, le camere sono un po' vintage ma belle, colazione ricca e variegata. Purtroppo la pulizia non è all'altezza, molta polvere nell'armadio, polvere sotto il letto e sui comodini, vetri sporchissimi, abbiamo dovuto chiedere le cialde di the perchè il contenitore era vuoto, c'era ancora la carta dello zucchero utilizzata da chi era stato li prima ! Tazza sporca mai cambiata. Moquette davanti alla camera macchiata....peccato perchè la posizione è sicuramente di privilegio e con qualche attenzione in più sarebbe il top.

Definitely not worth the money - fan in the bathrooms ( we had 2 rooms) not working - no heater !!!!??? The water in the did not drain property - the tv is little bigger than an IPAD !! Most The staff not very friendly except one or two - the housekeeper maid kept on forgetting to give us supply of soap or toilet paper ; she was not happy when asked for something The manager was nice and tried to address some the issues as much as he could - not worth the money -

Zimmer mit Blick in stinkenden Lichtschacht ohne Tageslicht u. unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer. Im Bad waren die Abläufe immer verstopft u. überall Schimmel. Das Zimmer wurde nicht täglich gereinigt u. frische Handtücher mussten mehrfach angefordert werden.

I would rate comfort a 2. Would not stay here again unless it was winter. The AC IN THE ROOM DID NOT WORK. It was very uncomfortable both nights and hard to sleep. We specifically chose a nice hotel with AC rather than a B and B type place because it is august and hot. Even after complaint first night no follow up. Also, beds are not comfortable. 1 really sad, flat, pillow for each side if the bed. Really? Just some decent pillows would help. Not expected from a hotel like this.

Whe3n arrived they gave me a small room not as i ordered after i told i dont take the room they changed it to a supirier room as i payed . it seems es they tried to push me to a small room under the toof . Nice location and down stairs was nice. Didnt like the room. very small in the roof/top floor. Much too hot even with window open all night (made it noisy with traffic) and radiator off it was over 24 degC Air con only blows air but not cooling. Beds were very hard and were twin rather than requested double. There was no view from the window just a hotel blank wall 4 m in front. Rather disappointed for the very high price paid. Didnt sleep well and wouldnt stay there again.

What you pay for is location and a good breakfast. The room, on the other hand, was one of the worst I've had in Europe or the world. No air conditioning, window view to a wall with no breeze, room was very hot in July, even at night. Sink drain slow, toilet running.

I loved this hotel. It wasn't the fanciest room but it had a lot of charm which is what I wanted. Our room had a view of the Votive church which was amazing. We ate at the restaurant which was good. It's about a 20 minute walk to center of town but the subway and other public transportation is close by.

Good location and a beautiful old building. However, beds were not comfy and the air conditioning was non-existent. Room was incredibly warm, which made rest even harder. Travelled in the middle of August.

The staff was truly amazing. They were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel management was very accomodating. Two incidents particularly come to mind where they excelled. First, the minibar was not working in the room l booked. When it was brought to their attention l was upgraded to a much nicer, larger room. Secondly, our bus ticket said it required printing. My brother was unable to get it printed. The staff took an extended period of time to assist. The receptionist staff truly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Hotel Regina.

Hotel Regina is an architectural gem situated in a great location, both rich in history and tradition. However, the facilities, interiors and staff were disappointing to say the least. Although very clean, I’m not quite sure how the rooms are four star - the shower was dangerously irregular in its temperature, the coffee machine broken, and the television dysfunctional. The aim re room interiors intends to emulate a vintage charm, though is more reminiscent of a 1980s charity shop sale. The staff were very rude, often not responding to greetings and condescending in their tone and approach to non German speaking guests - though the cleaning staff were very kind and pleasant. It’s a terrible shame as the building is beautiful and has lots of potential.

There was a discrepancy in the Expedia site — it said I would get a room with a “city view” when in fact only a few rooms had such a view and I did not get one. I suggest this description be left off. Everything else was great!

Fabulous location, and glorious morning sunshine views of the Votivkirche. Only meters walk from Shottentor U Bahn station, from where you can get almost anywhere in the city and also great tram connections. Only minutes walks for Rathaus Platz, The Volks-Garten, The Parliament, Spanish Riding School and Hofburg Palace and the Royals Burg Garten. The hotel staff are friendly, but not in a false, over bearing way - they act with a lot of reserved decorum also, which is the classic way in these old Vienese hotels. The decor is classic, old style but has much more character than the modern fashion of square box hotels of glass and steel and staff with no personality either. Hoyel Regina is some where I'd recommend and somewhere I will stay again. Only negative comment I'd have is the thin, poorly filled pillows. To make a decent pillow you'll have to double it over, but this is like most older style Viennese and indeed European hotels. This is then aspect where I wish they would adopt a more modern approach and have firmer, well stuffed or memory foam pillows. Never the less, a great place to stay and I will be back.

Durch die gute Lage macht die Unterkunft leider nicht das grausame Frühstück wett. Die Auswahl an Speisen war meist leer geräubert und wurde nur spärlich nachgelegt. Vor allem aber die Tisch Situation, dass man fast um diesen kämpfen musste im Speiseraum, war mehr als unangenehm. So startet kein Tag gut. Das Personal wirkt überfordert mit dem abräumen und aufdecken der Tische. Die Sauberheit lässt dadurch auch zu wünschen übrig. Ich denke keiner sitzt gerne in Krümmeln des Vorgängers. Positiv ist das Zimmerpersonal und die Rezeption zu erwähnen. Trotzdem werden wir nicht nochmal in diesem Hotel buchen.

Amazing hotel with WONDERFUL view and amazing staff. My only complaint is that the breakfast is terrible and really not worth 22€, the hotel absolutely needs to add more vegetarian option as well (but even for meat eaters it’s not worth 22€). Don’t book the breakfast, go to one the the many lovely Austrian cafes instead.
