Check-in went smoothly. Room was clean. Bed was nice. Hot tub was broken and the pool was still closed. Restaurants were within walking distance. The handicapped accessible room could use another grab bar in the shower and a higher toilet. Also, the bathroom could use an exhaust fan.

Not what is advertised. Very old. Spa tub is advertised, but is limited to one room, not for all. We were given the room with the spa tub because we were not happy with there not being one for the hotel. It did not work and was very hard to get in and out. Haven't eaten yet, but appears to be a free breakfast, although advertised as available for a fee. Room was clean but around the building is very run down and not kept up. Pool is not usable at this time.

The pool was closed. They let me check in an hour and half early. The room needed some tlc. The ac was not the best. I would say my stay was ok, cant beat the price.

The hotel was clean for the most part. Our room had a musty smell from the air conditioner. I opened some air freshener and that helped. Breakfast was typical but good. Enjoyed our stay, we had a whole softball team there, I did not hear any major complaints. I would stay there again. Pool does not work, this was a disappointment because after playing softball all day the girls would had liked to swim. Front desk was good.

I have tried to cancel this reservation over a half dozen times to no avail. The hotel was horrific. The pool had no water in it and the bathrooms were not in working condition. We immediately cancelled at the hotel. However, I was told to call Expedia and cancel. I tried multiple times and was constantly hung up on by a man named Paul. I was given a second number to call and cancel. Only to find myself talking to a recording and was also hung up on after being on the line for several minutes. Paul, told me he was not with Expedia. He was a third party only to make reservations. However, when I called the number given, he was the one to pick up. The service was horrible and I will never use Expedia for anything again.

The price of my room was originally supposed to be $200 for two rooms, and I paid almost $100 more. Nothing was done or even offered to get it fixed. The "hot tub" is a jacuzzi in the room that doesn't work. Absolutely no blow dryer. The AC quit in both rooms during the night. Don't bring a bunch of luggage because you're going to have to take it up the stairs. There are no elevators. I called to get new sheets for our bed because we had an accident and I had to go to the front desk. Room service was never offered once. The drink machine also might take your money so you gamble using it. Absolutely no snacks in the vending machine. It was overall one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Don't waste your money or time even trying to go here.

The property was near the interstate. The Waffle House was right behind the hotel.. I didn't care for the cleanliness of the room. The floor carpet was not clean. It had what seemed to be white paint stains and there was rose petals left on the floor i guess from the prior guests stay. There was dirt particals on the floor too. The bed was rather large and comfortable. Not enough tissue and towels in the room. The vending machines do not work. There is no elevator so it was hard to get luggage up the steps to get to the second floor. Lastly, I had to wait because they couldn't find my itinerary booking. I showed them my confirmation email with the number and where I had paid but i still had to wait until they located my booking. Not mentioned upon booking, I was asked for a $150 cash deposit. So anyone booking, please be aware of a possible deposit.

Rooms couldve been cleaner. Tub was full of water, no one unplugged drain which made us wonder if itcwas ever cleaned or if cleaner left water in tub??? Mirror was terribly streaked butvotherwise clean room. Website listed pet deposit of $10/pet. Clerk tried to charge $20 All breakfast items wete old and stale and juice was horribly watered down. For $150 we excpected a little better. But it certainly couldve been worse. Oh! And we found a water moccasin under the downspout. No doubt coming from the tall grasses in the drainage ditch behind the dog fence. Pay attention to tour pets and kids!

The room smell like smoke. Regardless of smoking room it shouldn’t smell like it. Blanket had cigarette holes, pillow cases and sheets dirty, and towels and rags stained. This was a nightmare.

There was dry blood smeared on my wall the hotel was dirty and had a bad smell .. i was also warned by lots of peoole in the area that i needed to watch my kids and be aware of my surroundings as it was a unsafe area

Property, clean, but appears to be in transition. There was a painter there as well as 15 or more large cardboard boxes stacked up like a wall in the lobby. I think they were some sort of furniture. Not very welcoming. Check-in and out was easy. Breakfast was lackluster. Only offered decaf coffee. Property is near highway and you do hear the highway noise in the room.

My first visit to the property. I was put in a room next to the ice maker and to the washer dryer area. I don't believe the property was full, so why select a room that has extra noise for first time guests?

The pool was closed. They let me check in an hour and half early. The room needed some tlc. The ac was not the best. I would say my stay was ok, cant beat the price.

Property, clean, but appears to be in transition. There was a painter there as well as 15 or more large cardboard boxes stacked up like a wall in the lobby. I think they were some sort of furniture. Not very welcoming. Check-in and out was easy. Breakfast was lackluster. Only offered decaf coffee. Property is near highway and you do hear the highway noise in the room.

The price of my room was originally supposed to be $200 for two rooms, and I paid almost $100 more. Nothing was done or even offered to get it fixed. The "hot tub" is a jacuzzi in the room that doesn't work. Absolutely no blow dryer. The AC quit in both rooms during the night. Don't bring a bunch of luggage because you're going to have to take it up the stairs. There are no elevators. I called to get new sheets for our bed because we had an accident and I had to go to the front desk. Room service was never offered once. The drink machine also might take your money so you gamble using it. Absolutely no snacks in the vending machine. It was overall one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Don't waste your money or time even trying to go here.

The property itself was good, the front desk clerk was very respectful and helpful through this very stressful situation. This wasn’t my first time running into this problem but every time I book through the Expedia app I run into some problem while trying to check in. This problem took over half an hour to fix. For some reason when I would book the room through Expedia it would tell me that my order went through and process the payment through my card, taking the money out.. but when I show up to the hotel it’s almost as if my reservation wasn’t made.

The property was near the interstate. The Waffle House was right behind the hotel.. I didn't care for the cleanliness of the room. The floor carpet was not clean. It had what seemed to be white paint stains and there was rose petals left on the floor i guess from the prior guests stay. There was dirt particals on the floor too. The bed was rather large and comfortable. Not enough tissue and towels in the room. The vending machines do not work. There is no elevator so it was hard to get luggage up the steps to get to the second floor. Lastly, I had to wait because they couldn't find my itinerary booking. I showed them my confirmation email with the number and where I had paid but i still had to wait until they located my booking. Not mentioned upon booking, I was asked for a $150 cash deposit. There was dry blood smeared on my wall the hotel was dirty and had a bad smell .. i was also warned by lots of peoole in the area that i needed to watch my kids and be aware of my surroundings as it was a unsafe area

Rooms couldve been cleaner. Tub was full of water, no one unplugged drain which made us wonder if itcwas ever cleaned or if cleaner left water in tub??? Mirror was terribly streaked butvotherwise clean room. Website listed pet deposit of $10/pet. Clerk tried to charge $20 All breakfast items wete old and stale and juice was horribly watered down. For $150 we excpected a little better. But it certainly couldve been worse. Oh! And we found a water moccasin under the downspout. No doubt coming from the tall grasses in the drainage ditch behind the dog fence. Pay attention to tour pets and kids!

The hotel was clean for the most part. Our room had a musty smell from the air conditioner. I opened some air freshener and that helped. Breakfast was typical but good. Enjoyed our stay, we had a whole softball team there, I did not hear any major complaints. I would stay there again. Pool does not work, this was a disappointment because after playing softball all day the girls would had liked to swim. Front desk was good.

Hallways made it feel dated, but room was nice, bed was good, and HVAC worked. No comfy lounge chair as pictured, just a plain uncomfortable chair. Breakfast was a little minimalistic with the smallest biscuits I've ever seen and gravy that has scammed over. But location was perfect for me and a clean room to sleep is what I need
