This is an outstanding place to stay, had everything we needed for the stay. Great view of the ocean and enjoyed many sunrises. Parking lot below was very safe and secure. Elevator helped out alot and carts avaliable for bringing in supplies. Alot of restaurants nearby to visit including Loggerhead's and Rita. Pinkys was nice and it is a small walk to the pier. When we come back we will be here when it is warmer so we can enjoy the ocean. We will again choose this great place to stay.

Great location! Right on the beach. Loved the balcony for morning coffee and the best sunrises ever. Amenities were great! We will be back, God willing!!

The unit was wonderful as was the location. The main problems were the elevators. Despite calling management that the elevator was intermittently stalling, 3 days later some of my family was stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes with no ventilation in 89 degree weather. This required a 911 call and extraction from the local fire and rescue team. This included my 1 year old niece.

Condo itself was in great shape! The elevator could use some love. Great location and overall experience

The property was perfect for the 4 of us. Plenty of room, nice sized kitchen where we cooked 2 meals a day. The kitchen was very well stocked. The view was incredible. The proximity to the parking garage was fantastic. We were within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. Charleston was only 20 minutes away. My only critique was that being so close to the beach, there were no beach towels, BUT that is a VERY minor critique. We bought 3 large towels for future patron's use. LOVED this place and would most definitely rent it again.

There was only one elevator that was operating, which made it very inconvenient to climb to 3rd floor with groceries and luggage. We had to use the working elevator that was quite a distance from our room. I seem to remember when I stayed at this property several years ago we had the same issue.

Location is absolutely incredible, beach and ocean are always in view. It’s amazing, leaving the patio door open at night to hear the ocean is such a treat. Huge bonus not only having a pool - but having a pool with an ocean view! Location is an easy commutable distance to everyday conveniences up the road, though Folly is equipped with most everyday needs. We didn’t experience any construction noise or inconvenience that interfered with our trip. The one working elevator was occasionally out of service, which was more of an inconvenience for folks carrying large loads or those not able-bodied. The unit was clean, had plenty of household supplies and towels. No beach towels or chairs (which is noted in the visitor guide). Most of the plates and cups are plastic which is a win when traveling with a toddler. So were all the games and toys!! Kitchen had more than what we needed. Very easily feels like home away from home, in paradise.

The porch had incredible furniture that we could sit and watch the ocean and the dolphins. They had gates that we can use to go onto the beach, It was a convenient location. We were able to take day trips to various places, and come back to a relaxing atmosphere.

Property was clean, well equipped, comfortable bedroom and living room furniture. TV's in bedrooms were appreciated. Nice remodeled bathrooms. Beautiful ocean view.Only recommendations would be to add a recycle bin to the kitchen and supply pool chairs/towels. Note that you can rent chairs from a company on the beach however.

Pros: Location is excellent and very close to the Folly Beach boardwalk. Great patio and patio furniture. Great accessibility to the beach. Living room and Master updated and 2 of the 3 baths updated. Cons: One of the bedrooms/baths highly outdated with stained carpet. Some of the furniture stained. TV's don't really work that well. Location could be a little bit more secure with anyone able to get up to the 3rd floor via elevator, no security. Overall: Price is steep, but if they updated the 2nd queen bedroom/bathroom I would come back here again. General updating and this would be very good unit.

-Wall paper is peeling. -TV goes out frequently do to bandwidth issues. -Glass door needs replaced for ocean view status to be pleasurable, fogged between the two layers of glass. -Need more utensils for a 6 person rental. Had a great time as the location is great, will be coming to this property again next season, not this unit.

We stay in COV340 two years ago. It was a nice condo then. We stayed there this year and it was filthy, and in need of repairs. Wallpaper was peeling away and held with tape, painted walls were dirty, carpet was filthy, bathroom vents were horrid, and if they were that careless with the condition of the condo, how clean were the linens - seriously. We washed everything. We will not book this condo again. These condos are all overpriced and many are in need of updating and repairs. We will look elsewhere next year.

The furniture was comfortable and the view was spectacular. The pools were clean and easy to access. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently remodeled and were lovely. The TVs were sad - small and standard definition. If you have plans for a movie night you should get a different unit. The only reason I didn't rate this property as excellent is because of the master bed. I only looked at properties with King size beds. The listing stated the bed was a king so. I was surprised to get there and find a Queen. I checked the listing and other reviews and noticed I am not the only one to notice the discrepancy. The listing has been corrected but I still had to try and sleep in a bed much smaller than I am used to. Additionally, the bottom sheet was lumpy because the mattress cover is king size and so there's a lot of extra fabric and padding below the fitted sheet. Finally, the headboard is made from shutters. I'm all for a beach shabby chic look but the shutters click and clack every time they are touched or the bed moves (the frame was unsteady). It's a shame the condo is so nice except for that one bed.

The condo is located within walking distance of all of the restaurants and shops in Folly. The view from the balcony is perfect. We sawdolphins and surfers every morning. The sunrises were beautiful. The beach is very wide and clean.

The only issue I had were the tv's are tiny lol and the cable didn't work in the master bedroom the whole trip.... other then that was exceptional!!

Great ocean views. Saw dolphins from balcony 3 of 4 mornings! Close to restaurants, shops and most importantly coffee.

The condo itself was beautiful and well stocked for being in the middle of this crazy year! We had a little hick-up and they fixed it as soon as they could! We stayed a week with 3 adults and 2 kids ages 9 and 12. The condo was perfect for our needs! We selected it because of the ocean frontage so grandma could see the kids at the beach while she sat on the deck. The building was very quiet! The condo is spacious and well furnished, the beds were super comfortable (we like pillow-top beds) and the kitchen had lots of dishes and well stocked. We didn't have any issues during our stay but a few questions popped up and the management was super responsive over texts. I would recommend future renters read the details more carefully - I didn't realize that we needed to bring shampoo, laundry, dish soap. We also recommended they provide beach towels - we had to buy them and it's so bulky to pack in our suitcases (we were flying in to SC.) We have rented frequently for beach condos through VRBO and these items are typically included or leftovers from prior guests are in the condo. That was not the case here. The location was walking distance to great restaurants and the pier even for grandma! We didn't need a car. And we liked the vibe of the small town. The beach was great - sandy and enough space, quiet during the week, and shallow for the kids to play. Note there was rip tide warnings but also life guards. All in all, a really great week. Great place, a little trouble with the door code but the property manager called right back to figure it out.

This was a lovely place great location fully equipped and convenient to all sorts of amenities beyond what was available at the location. Highly recommend breakfast at Lost Dog Cafe during your stay. The management team was incredibly responsive and answered any and all questions we had. We are looking forward to coming back again in the near future

After a small glitch with the incorrect door code (taken care of promptly by the property manager), the condo was exactly as we had hoped. Great ocean view! Easy access to the beach! Property was clean and location to downtown Folly Beach was great! Everything worked out perfectly and we look forward to another visit there.

This is the second time we’ve rented this unit. It is a perfect location. Master has sliding door to balcony overlooking the ocean as does the LR. It has everything you need. Full size washer/dryer. TVs in LR and every bedroom. Good sized and equipped kitchen. We stayed a month. Property managers are very quick to respond. We hope to rent again next year.

Beautiful / updated condo right on the beach. 3 minute walk to Folly restaurants and a 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. We hope to stay here again next year! Our stay in the condo was relaxing, convenient, and scenic. Every morning watching the dolphins, drinking coffee, and exchanging the previous days abundance of awesome food and drinks. I would definitely recommend staying there to enjoy Charleston while relaxing.
