The property itself was okay if you aren’t going to be in the room much time. The shower curtain fell and we had to hang it back up, the micro wave didn’t work, and the sofa bed smelled like cheese and infection! The front desk check in smelled like pee, now for the price point we only stayed in the room to sleep it wasn’t a horrible experience. The location was the best part, there were lots of food options and target and the dollar store. The door latched and locked which was nice.

This hotel was a complete dump! I do not recommend booking this hotel. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the sofa because it had dirt stains all over it. The vanity in the bathroom had a broken drawer and the baseboards weren’t cleaned. There seemed to be an unfinished paint job in the bedroom. I had intentions of doing laundry during my stay but was told the washing machines weren’t working. You certainly get what you pay for.

Check in was slow. The door was locked and had to wait to be buzzed in. Made it seem like I was in a dangerous area. My room had no remote for tv I had to go back to ask for one. I was told the WiFi isn't working which the TV only operates on wifi so we had no tv during the stay.

I think you have to ask for housekeeping as we did not receive any service automatically during our 4-day stay. The family room had hot plates and dishes (which they should advertise so people can come prepared) which was nice so we could cook in our room. One of the negatives was our neighbors smoked pot and we could smell it in our room sometimes and always outside the room. Also they had a dog that would yap often. It was nice to have enough beds and multiple bathrooms. It was centrally located to both Disney and Knotts. I would only stay here again if I needed a larger place for my family. I did not feel unsafe. There is also not an ice machine. No bed bugs!!

HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! NASTY/GROSS. I have stayed in some what decent run down hotels/motels but never as close to this. DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURES. All filtered or fake. Room was dirty. Couch was filthy to the point you didn’t even want to sit on it. Bed was all full of dust from the metal frame and had some type of bodily fluids. Hair on the floor and bathroom sink. More than likely BEDBUGS. There was little spots of blood on the crown molding up towards the ceiling. WE WALKED RIGHT OUT!!! Drove to our second destination and booked a room else where. Didn’t get a refund from this place either regardless of the fact of the room condition. The worst ever.

Disgusting from the moment you stepped in. Walls haven’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Wall trim falling off. Couch was supposed to be yellow but was brown from how dirty it was. Ac was uncomfortable. Bathroom smelt like urine the whole stay and had baby roaches and mold on shower ceiling.

The pictures are edited. This place is filthy. We were there for 6 hours. Killed roaches and bugs. Woke up to welts all over our bodies from bed bugs! Walls were extremely dirty and the room had a bad smell. The sofa was very stained as well. Just so so dirty

I took plenty of pictures of this place. The walls were disgusting, the room smelled of smoke, mildew on the bathroom ceilings, floors turned my socks black, linen were stained, hair on the pillow as if it wasn’t washed, couch arm rest was filthy. I came with children and they were not allowed to even touch anything or take off their shoes. They refused to give a refund because they have a strict policy lol. I have pictures to prove so I’m not making this up!

The place was like a hole in the wall motel. Despite the property looking like a run-down motel, our family room was very clean and spacious. Decor looked fairly new. However, our bedding was old and the comforter was very aged and feels like it's going to fall apart. The bed was too soft and we felt like we were going to sink in. Despite rundown looking, I guess the area is fairly safe and we are right next to a Target.

We were actually pleasantly suprised with the room. We are a family of 7 so its tough to find accommodations that can fit us and dont cost an arm and a leg. Being middle class working americans, its also incredibly hard for us to be able to fly, book a place and do an event without significant sacrifice to our financial situation. While this place is rough around the edges on the outside, the inside was very comfortable and felt safe. They did a great job putting in things that really made an impact, like accent walls, upgraded counter tops and the appliances. I will say though that there are some obvious things needing attention, like drawers inside vanities falling apart. Additionally, there were some things that could have been cleaned better but overall, for price and what you get - especially where you are spending a majority of your time adventuring around, it wasnt bad. Our kids liked the room a lot. They also all had their own beds aside from the two youngest sharing the pull out couch. We would prob book it again in the future.

The only thing had a problem with was a PS5 not connecting to the wi-fi. Other than that, the room was amazing. Very spacious and look just like the photos. Makes you feel like you're in a luxury suite.

The bed was as hard as a rock. There was no furniture besides a table and 2 chairs. The door was not sealed right so light would past through. There was a huge crack in the ceiling and one light hole was covered by an index card. More cracks noted in the ceiling in the bathroom. This was convenient for the location to Disneyland but that was the only good quality.

Ok for the price. This property is in need of serious repair. The paint was peeling, the couch was stained and dirty. The toilet wobbled and the paint was cracked in the shower. The bed was decent and the kitchen area was nice.

The outside of the property is dilapidated, in terrible condition. Upon arrival i thought, no way we're staying here. However, we went inside of the family apartment and were pleasantly surprised. The room smelled clean and looked clean. It was nice and spacious and it was nicely decorated. However the walls are extremely thin so you can hear all your neighbors even their most quiet conversations. We were charged prior to our arrival which was not part of the agreement and I did not like that at all. After speaking with the front desk about it he said that was the managers decision. Upon check in front desk had me sign and asked for ID but said nothing else other than sliding me 1 key for the room. Upon checkout I had to request a receipt otherwise he wouldnt have given me one. The homeless man yelling at the hotel night manager, banging his head on the concrete wall and the police presence rounded out our stay. If you are not thrown by the ugliness and the loud noises then this is the place for you. Because once you get inside its pleasant.

I wish I could give them zero stars. There was a leak in 3 different rooms and then the last room they gave us had no hot water. I asked for help and the lady at the front was useless and called her manager for help and he turned us away, refusing to help us.

I had to ask front desk to clean my room. I stay there for 4 nights, and they only cleaned it one time, only because i had to ask. Normal hotels do cleaning everyday without asking. This is the reason why i am giving a poor review.

First I got the wrong hotel rooms i had booked 2king bed standard rooms and they gave me two different ones and they were very dirty on top of that they were very rude literally kicking you out before check out time they have an extra TV control that they turn off your TV through the window if you're literally watching TV at 11am so you can get out.

Booked through Expedia, which was easy initially. After I checked in, I noticed I was double-booked, and after that, it was all downhill. The place was empty, with dirty sheets and bedding; shower water splashed everywhere, nearly flooding the bathroom door, and there was simply no service at all. I have been calling to address the problem, but nobody answers the phone.

The staff was great. When we first arrived the room we received was unacceptable. Quickly went to the main office to express my concerns. Was quickly upgraded to a "nicer" room. That room had its issues, tv was not working, stains on sofa, coffee table had a big hole, shower drain was clogged, walls had stains, linnen was stained(bedding,towels). If you have kids I would really consider not staying here. Again the staff was great. Property needs a whole make over

We checked in at 3:30 with the gal at the front desk. Fairly easy, credit card, id, sine. We got our keys then unloaded our car went to our room and we were not sure if it was ready. After a minute or two housekeeping came back in and said she was still cleaning. I went downstairs, knocked on the night window twice the other clerk was there, knocked a 3rd time when he finely acknowledged me. He said give her a few minutes. Gave her another 4 to 5 minutes then my husband went to ask her how long, she said at least another hour. I went back to the night window and asked for another room but said hid not have one comparible. So we packed up and went and did some shopping. We were gone an hour and decided to go back. By this time it was 5:15, housekeeping still was not done. Apparently, staff did not tell her the room was booked and she saved it for last. After a 4 hr drive this is not the hiccups we wanted. Room was 'upgraded' but very close attention was paid to the whole room. Flimsy bedside tables

The area was beyond unsafe. The condition in the room was dangerous and unsafe. My door opens without even needed a key to unlock it. There was ANTS in the bathroom wall. Stains all over the place. Homeless on each side of the street. Just a Subway in walking distance and it closes at 7pm. This place should be CONDEMNED! I will never go there again and feel robbed of $88 dollars. Plus the deposit fee of $50, DEPOSIT FOR WHAT?!?!

Don't let the outside fool you. The room was really nice. Clean and comfortable. The only issue was the location. We were there to go to Disneyland so this location is a little further away than we normally do.

The property was ok clean but saw roaches in bathroom. The property fixtures were worn and outdated. Was surprised that Expedia rated this property so high, it is at best a 2.5 star only. No breakfast, staff behaved like they were annoyed we checked in so late. Had to be buzzed into lobby so that was a bit uncomfortable. I would not stay here again. The price was the only good feature but now I know why. Photos on line do not match what we experienced. Maybe Expedia should physically check out properties more closely before rating them! Disappointing. We could hear people upstairs and Nextdoor banging around till very late! Considering we checked in after 8:30 pm and didn’t try to sleep till after midnight this noice situation was annoying!

Pros: It was a good place to stay for a weekend at Disneyland. Not too far from the parking lot/theme park. Cons: very thin towels, very thin blankets, stinky AC, no amenities in the kitchen, such as cups or utensils

Only Coffee machine provided which was not working. And in morning found bathtub was choked asked front desk to fix issue. And in night when I returned they given me a new room but that room has also issue with shower handle. Staff was helping but property is really have issue for cleanliness and plumbing.
