Marina del Rey Hotel

Half the rooms overlook a parking lot. Gym is poor. Low pressure shower. Uncomfortable beds.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marina del Rey Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond in all the small ways that make a trip feel effortless, from opening our Uber and car doors to welcoming us in, to helping us with our bags without us even having to ask. Those thoughtful touches made a big difference. The location was another huge plus - Being able to walk right over to Trader Joe’s was so convenient, and our room was spotless and very well maintained; after a busy day, we loved returning to our room and sitting on the balcony admiring the view- it was lovely The only downside was the mattress, I preferred my mattress a bit firmer - Other than that, everything else was wonderful, and we’d happily stay there again.

This hotel has everything: the pool, bar and restaurant are all a great value. I especially want to call out a great experience with one of the front desk personnel. Marlee went above and beyond to make sure we got the room suits our needs. She made our vacation much more enjoyable. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, highly recommended. Hotel staff was very accomodating and a special shout out to Trevor (manager) who checked us in. We'll definitely be back when we return the LA area. Thank you
