Room was spacious, clean, tidy and fresh. Staff at the front desk, bar and kitchen were also very nice, clear when instructing and very polite. Were happy to help with any questions too. Again the staff at the spa were also very helpful and happy to help with any queries.

Clean room was upgraded as first room was a disabled room reception were so helpful and ensured we had robes for spa area Sophie definitely went above and beyond so attentive with a great customer care approach for such a young lady a great representative of the Hilton Brand please pass on my comments

The doors to the rooms make the most horrendous noise when being closed. Never experienced such loud banging all day and night. The cleaners are also shouting up the corridors until around 5pm I got very little rest in this place. The car park needs a zebra crossing to safely get you across to your car. Water in the room would be a nice touch for a Hilton.
