The hotel and location are great but during check-out reception messed up my payment resulting in long discussions and having to call Visa and their manager to cancel the pre-authorization and correct the errors. Not professional for a hotel like Marriott. Gym was great but could use more equipment and variety. Parking machine was defective stating all lots were occupied when there were plenty free.

An excellent property offers very comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. The hotel provides gorgeous view of the sea and located close to tram and other amenities. The hotel staff were amazingly helpful. At the reception Chris, was so friendly to give you professional tips about the city and the property.The continental breakfast choice including freshly sliced fruits were satisfying and the restaurant team members also very attentive. The excecutive lounge at the 9th floor is cozy and provides an excellent view of the neighborhood and the beach. The lounge has wine, beer and sodas including snacks. Enjoyed my stay at this property. Thanks, will visit soon.

Firstly, parking. You have to get a ticket from the barrier (but it doesn't always work) so you then have to argue with reception via intercom to open the gate because you are literally waiting on the road blocking the bike lane, causing an obstruction. This happened to us upon entry into the car park. After we got our ticket from reception we could come and go as we pleased but even then coming back into the car park was a challenge each time - i had to help the cars in front of me figure it out because they took so long a queue formed across the road blocking traffic on one of the busiest roads in The Hague. There are also minimal spaces & it's expensive! Secondly, you have to wait a significant amout of time to check in (& out) because it's a large hotel with minimal staff on the front desk. Thirdly, our room heating didn't work, the shower pressure was very low making washing long hair a challenge, and the safe was broken. Fourthly, I asked for a vanity kit (just a couple of cotton wool pads to use to remove my make-up) and I was told I'd have to buy an entire pack of cotton wool - what happened to offering this as part of your room?! And finally, the staff were down right rude. Upon check-out, when it was finally my turn I walked up to the desk and someone else (who pushed in) did the same. I challenged the other person & showed them the queue & not only did they ignore me the staff on the desk ignored me too...he didn't even acknowledge my existance! Shocking.

The entrance needs to be done properly. Not only is it easy for people to drive right by but the actual driveway into the hotel from the road is terrible. Excellent hotel. This really holds it back.

This is a first class hotel. Room the was very clean, modern and spacious, bathroom impeccable, bed comfortable, with public transport close by. The only real downsides are the parking fees which are unnecessarily high at 25 euros and the location which offers no restaurant or nightlife proximity.

One of the best hotels we have ever been in. There was a restaurant, which helped a lot. Internet was really good. Room service was good. I only would loved to have a variety in the breakfast. We stayed there for almost more than a week and there was not much of a variety. The other thing I would love to have in the bathroom was bar soap and also a holder for it. A bathtub in some of the room would also be a plus.

Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel, insbesondere mit schickem Eingangsbereich. Allein die Sauberkeit insbesondere im Bad hätte besser sein können. Einige dreckige Ecken und sehr viele Haare vom vorherigen Gast auf dem Boden.

Schöne Einrichtung. Nettes Personal. Lage war gut. Check in und Check out war sehr simple. Mit der Wartung war es nicht klar, ob wir jeden tag um 8 Uhr aufstehen müssen. Konkretere infos wären besser gewesen. Bei der Anreise war das Zimmer nicht so sauber. Es lagen viele Haare verteilt und auch die Wanne/Dusche war nicht wirklich sauber. An sich war aber alles angenehm.

The hotel overall looked nice from a good front desk team. However I was very disappointed with the House Keeping service. The sheets were not changed despite requesting them 4 times in the Front Desk. We have even left the sheets on the floor so they change it, but they just put the same sheets again from the floor. I had even requested to just provide me with the sheets so I can put myself even then the sheets were not changed. Finally, on our last day the Supervisor came herself to change the sheets but it was time for us to leave anyways in 12 hours. The shower gel was not refilled in the 6 days we stayed and it was over already. We had requested for that as well. Seems like a very Unhappy HouseKeeping team that does not want to maintain the repute of the Marriott Hotels.

No soap suitable for washing faces — liquid soap okay for hands but stings eyes. Housekeeping could be improved— we had to ask for things like towels that were removed in the morning but not replaced. Maintenance also needs improvement — small repairs were needed in our room.

I had a mixed experience at the Marriott in The Hague. The staff was fantastic, incredibly helpful throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed to find that the elevators were dirty, with one even having a concerning issue involving blood. Additionally, the unpleasant odor of what seemed like raw sewage in the elevators was a significant drawback to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Ich habe andere Erwartungen an ein solches Hotel. Das Familienzimmer war nicht sauber, überall Staub, die Bezüge dreckig und das Bad absolut billig und in keinem passablen Zustand. Für das viele Geld, würde ich beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen. Mehr Schein als Sein.

Fantastic staff and nice and clean. Only let down was the outdated bathroom that’s in need of a refurbishment. Bath shower and taps are all old and out of date. The bath towels are far too small. The complimentary tea coffee should be updated too.

Prima hotel qua locatie voor bezoek Den Haag Kunstmuseum (hotel ligt er direct naast!) strand, museum Beelden aan Zee, Den Haag. Bijzonder gastvrije ontvangst, zeer ruime kamers met bankje en top-uitzicht. Alles kwalitatief in zeer goede staat (net gerenoveerde kamers?) En prijs-kwaliteit optimaal. Heerlijk hotel voor weekendje weg.

The room was really smelty. The bathroom stinks and is damp. There is a leaflet on the table, during breakfest time, with a text which should be corrected. Here it is: " Most of our products are grown, caught and ...." Its exactly like adding the following texts: "Most of our products are FRESH", "Most of our services are HONEST" , "Most of our clients ARE STILL ALIVE". Do you know what I mean? Funny, isn't it

They brought me a new iron quickly. I had a fridge in the room. They were able to loan me an electric adaptor. The hamburger in the restaurant was delicious. The wine prices at the bar were reasonable. I would stay again.

Breakfast was good, but the same every day. Scrambled eggs made from powder. It tastes like soap. In a hotel like Marriott and for such a price, I would expect breakfast with fresh eggs! The service did not offer omelets from the kitchen, you had to ask the waiters. I skipped breakfast.There was no mineral water in the rooms and you had to buy it at the reception. The service at the bar was very good. Very nice rooms and comfortable bed.

kamer was goed. Ontbijt viel tegen. Waren er om 10 uur en veel producten niet voorradig. Werden wel aangevuld maar m.i. te weinig medewerkers, ook om de tafels tijdig op te ruimen.
