Rooms looked very nice. Very updated, modern look. Upon arrival, I felt like an inconvenience to the staff working, very standoffish from the night I arrived and the morning crew when I checked out. There was hair all over the bottom of the shower, casing concern if it was cleaned before we stayed there. The phone in the room didn't work at all. Parking was nice and easy to find. Good location in town for what I needed to get to

If you are looking for a basic hotel, then this one is it. No bells or whistles, all you can eat breakfast was the same every single day. Sausages, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy with a selection of cereals and bagels. Room was basic, hotel is outdated. Has a gym and a pool and close to the freeway which is a plus. About 10 min from downtown Denver. Overall stay for 3 nights was good, spent most of our time exploring Denver.

This is a older hotel located in an industrial area close to downtown Denver. The staff was great. The room's are clean But the hotel itself was not worth 200 dollars a night. And there was very limited dining in this area also. A plus is it is a pet friendly facility and it does have a small pool and exercise room.

Right off the freeway so makes for traffic noise 24/7, but it was actually nice white noise as the hotel is very quiet itself. The room was extremely comfortable, bed exceptional, wonderful customer service, breakfast had a lot of options and was fresh, coffee served all day and night, gym was very well equipped and clean, pool looked awesome, but didn't use. Would 1000% stay again. Very conveniently located for easy access to freeway and surrounding areas.

Building is in poor state. Room had a fist sized hole in wall,paint spills throughout room. Slider door wouldn’t close all the way, small creature scurried out doorway bug like about large cockroach sized. Ac filter was filthy covered in black grime. Bathtub overflows and had many long hairs throughout, individual one time use shampoo bottles were clearly half used, toilet had poo stains. Bed had scabs or boogers on it, unsure which. Complained to the corporate hq and they signed me up for their rewards without asking and blew me off for a refund. Expedia paid for the refund themselves as comfort inn refused refund. Absolutely filthy location.

I am not one to write reviews!!!!! But this calls for one!!!!! This had to be THE Dirtiest hotels me and my mom ever stayed in!!!!! The floors was sticky the elevator was sticky!!! The paint on the walls was all chips up!!!! The floor panels was coming up off the floor in our room. People just left begs of trash on the floor outside the rooms. The whole bedroom smelled like a bathroom. every time me and my mom left the hotel we dreaded going back!!! This review doesn’t even come close to how horrible this hotel was!!!! If I could give it a negative 5 stars I would!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Mold on the bathroom ceiling, weird crusties on the wall in the room in multiple spots, balcony was super sketchy, elevator was sketchy as well. Somehow the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel though. Very nice staff.

I liked the room because it was neat & tidy. The place was newly renovated when we went there. I loved their breakfast, there were variety of foods. The only thing negative was their AC at our room was not functioning well, which made our kids sweat while sleeping. The room was just not cool enough inspite adjusting with the control. I think rooms should be checked first if everything is functioning well before it gets occupied.

its a Holiday Inn - so it was misleading. I was given a room facing the highway and it was incredibly load. my first thought was, the window is open, but it was just bad windows. i heard the noise from the highway despite using ear plugs

It’s an older hotel with some attempt at modernization. So our balcony door was not insulated and the noise from the highway nearby is loud, but can be drowned out with the AC or earplugs. There was no workable fan in the bathroom which can make a hot shower turn your room humid. The breakfast was ok. Now the best part- the queen bed was extremely comfortable and I had a great nights’ sleep, once I got used to the outside noise. Shower worked well, the view of downtown was a plus. The staff was overall friendly and kept the place clean, for the most part. Located in an industrial and business area, with limited restaurants nearby, aside from a few fast food places. But, it’s close to I-25 and I-70, where you can drive to find anything that your taste buds crave. Not a luxurious experience by far, but I got some great sleep at an affordable stay, with easy access to downtown Denver and the nearby neighborhoods.

When we areived around 6pm no one was at the desk and an off duty worker said he just stepped out a minute. I eventually went to the bathroom and he still wasnt back, waitsd about 5 more mins and was getting frustrated. The off duty worker looked outside to see if eh was there..no. he finally came and wasnt very apologetic. The bathroom barn door recently put in wouldnt open enough and ee had to lift it to move it open. Told the desk manager but nothing doen about it. Also the electric sockets by the bed never worked. Very disappointed with this. The breakfast service was fabulous and the girls working there super kind and helpful. The new coffee machines jept breaking down and they were always there to start them up again. Great team.

Overall, it was a good stay for the money. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Hotel is a bit outdated, but you can tell improvements and upgrades are slowly being made. Bed was very comfortable but walls are thin, so you heard everything from your neighbors. Front desk is unattended for long periods of time.

Without hesitation, the attention on arrival was terrible. Whoever attended us made us feel terribly, his position, his gesture, his dealings with us, the answers he gave us to summarize "Everything.". With respect to the hotel, the accommodation was wonderful. It is a pity that the welcoming face is in such bad hands.

State of this property for a business trip there was a complication with my check in and the service attendant did not show me compassionate customer service, when I got to my room and started to put my stuff in the closet I realize the closet smelled disgusting, Like it had never been clean. Spit spots near the bed that have never been cleaned. When coming back into the hotel, I overheard a guest asking the front desk question and they were so nonchalant about his question and not helpful. I stay in a lot of hotels for business and this is the first one I’ve actually written a review on, so I am not being critical.

Check-in was an A! Staff could not have been friendlier or more efficient checking me in promptly even while she was on the phone, solving a problem with another guest. The area is not the greatest in Denver, but convenient if driving in from 76 to I25. I saw a guy trying to scope out vehicles to break into in the parking lot carrying a huge black backpack. He blatantly looked inside front and back windows while I walked my dog. That being said, it was calm and quiet at night. No highway noise.

The hotel itself is nice. Don’t judge the rooms by the rough look of the hallways. The rooms are updated and very clean. Beds are comfortable and showers/plumbing work great. I only say that because you wouldn’t think that from the lack of updates to the corridors. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy. Graffiti on a closed down Taco Bell next door. The staff was also excellent to work this and breakfast was decent.

The balcony sliding door had a very poor seal and we heard the highway noise and wind whistle all night, the crew they hired to do some construction renovations and it was a very poor choice . The wall paint was flaking off. The breakfast was extremely limited, and the sausage they served was on par with that of public schools. But the sheets were clean
