Rooms are dingy. I know it’s an old building so it is hard to update, but rooms were not well maintained or really needed an update. Pillows were hard and flat and one per person. Carpet in room was questionable. Walls were dirty. Lobby area was clean and breakfast was great! Staff was amazing. The location was perfect.

Great staff. Parking was in a public car park. Not great when you have motorcycles, but they were still there in the morning. Room dated but acceptable.

The hotel was filthy. The elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs every time. We requested an extra pillow, they said they didn’t have one. The shower door was broken and wouldn’t close. The shower slide was broken so the shower head sat at waist height. We had to hand the key into the front desk whenever we left. Both mornings when we returned from breakfast they didn’t have it so we had to track down the maid to get into our room. Do not book this place.

The room was very clean. The beds and pillows are comfy. The staff was friendly even though we did not speak French (they spoke excellent English and were very kind). The lack of elevator was a bit inconvenient so if you have accessibility needs maybe keep this in mind. But I would stay here again!
