I had to book a room while I waited for my visa approval for Kenya. I arrived at 6:30 AM. Luckily the hotel got a room for me as quick as possible. Hiba and Basil were incredible. They saw how tired I was and got the room as quick as possible considering how early the flight got in.

What I was most satisfied with was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and my request for a late check-out on the last day was handled very generously, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Initial room smell from heavy smoking I was moved to an accessible room (that’s fine) but it was just not good: no decent shower, no water pressure in the shower, tiny sink and no room to put my things next to it (shaving cream, etc). AC was stuck at cold temperature and the thermostat did not work.

We suffered from music noise at the hotel nightclub which started at 8 pm and went on until 3:30 am. We were unable to sleep a wink and we requested a room change so they moved from the 8th to 23rd floor but we had the same problem. This hotel has to decide if it is a hotel or a nightclub
