Our stay was truly delightful! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would eagerly return. Nulen (apologies if we've misspelled the name) at the reception desk was an absolute gem. She greeted us warmly, efficiently arranged our breakfast reservations, and was always on hand to assist with transportation, making our stay even more enjoyable. Her exceptional hospitality left a lasting impression on us. The only disappointment was discovering that the beach club was closed :( While we recognize that this is beyond the hotel's control, it was, ironically, the allure of the beach club that drew us to choose the Sheraton for our stay.

Propre, chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner et déjeuner très riche et varié, personnel au top malgré une mauvaise information lors du check in d'une deuxième chambre, selon laquelle on avait 3 repas inclus au lieu de 2, cela nous a fait partir du restaurant interne le soir. La receptionniste Karen, la dame guest relation et le bagagiste d'origine camerounaise ont été impeccables Les valets top. Plage petite mais correcte, 2 piscinesdont 1 pour enfants, spa ainsi que salon de beauté homme et femme payants, salle de sport avec squash exceptionnelle pour un resort (avec squash)

We spent 4 days in the hotel with the family and it was a very pleasant and comfortable vacation. The hotel is all renovated and has a lot of facilities to use (gym, sauna, hairdressers etc..) We booked the royal suite and it was super comfortable, also cribs were added for my 2 yr old babies to sleep. 3 outdoor pools are available for different age groups and what i liked is that the smaller pools were temperature adequate to kids. For Eid holidays, themed nights were organized on the beach section In addition, the manager of the hotel was always present making sure all was working as it is supposed to be I Highly recommend the hotel for family vacation trip

We would like to say a massive thank you to Mahdi and Loksman who gave us nothing but fantastic service. They were very accommodating and honestly made out trip so good! The only issue I had was that the swimming pool was too warm and so when it is 47 degrees, you would want to ideally hop into a cold pool, but instead the pool was so warm that it kinda' make us feel lightheaded. Otherwise, the service was incredible.

I had high expectations for the Sheraton Corniche, but unfortunately, the stay fell short. The upkeep of the room was low quality—our refrigerator didn’t work, and despite calling maintenance, they came but didn’t fix it. The steam room was also out of order, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the gym facilities were well maintained, and the pool and beach area were nice. However, the view was marred by a dusty, abandoned high-rise nearby. Another downside was the location—all nearby restaurants were at least a 15-minute walk away. The breakfast was the highlight, with many delicious options and excellent, kind service. Still, the overall experience didn’t justify the price, and the lack of attention to room maintenance was disappointing.

Spotless hotel with staff that cannot do enough for you. Overall the food is well priced and very good. Second stay here, one of the pools has a lifeguard which is nice and shows the attention paid to the guests. All in all great experience.

The hotel was in a great location. all the staff were all very friendly and professional. The room was very clean with a generous sized bathroom. the beach was small but it made all the difference to our stay as the pool was drowned out with loud music which was not relaxing.

Great hotel, the room was super clean and nice. The breakfast was amazing and full of choices. Nice pool and bars. We had afternoon snacks included and we really appreciated them. We recommend this place!! A special thank goes to Soufiane, who was always very kind to us!!! Will come back for sure

Staff friendly and attentive Bathrooms/change rooms around the pool area weren't clean Noisy room, our room was street facing and street noise was loud. We also woke one evening from the room above us being cleaned at 3am, could hear vacuum, it echoed into our room. Staff however did stop when we called reception.

In general, the hotel is fine; however, its location is not very central, to find restaurants for lunch or dinner, you need to take a taxi. The tiles inside the shower need to be regrouted, as they appear dirty due to the grout falling off or having a darker color.

The hotel has lovely large bedrooms which are spotlessly clean. House keeping is excellent. The breakfast buffet has an excellent selection of both hot and cold foods. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Only down side of the hotel is that it is next to a very busy road. The traffic noise in the city view room was annoying at night. I would pay for a pool side room next time away from the traffic noise. I would stay at this hotel again. Location is perfect for walking along the Corniche.

We stayed 3D2N at the Sheraton. We arrived very late on the 1st night, got arranged to a room which we think might have been one of the worst rooms of this hotel. It was on 1st floor, facing the chimney of the G/F restaurant, next to the 1st floor public toilets. We could hear musics playing from the lobby. The reception got us another better room subsequently and it was much better. The sofa was a bit dirty, could still see hairs left behind. The shower water leaked through thr shower door, making the floor wet. Other than these issues, the room was okay. Pool was nice and had a private beach to it too. However, the ocean view was heavily blocked by a new high-rise building right in front of the hotel.

Hôtel bon pour les affaires, séminaires etc mais pas pour des vacances en amoureux. Bien que 5 étoiles l’accueil est loin d’être à la hauteur des autres hôtels 5 étoiles d’Abu Dhabi que nous avons eu l’occasion de faire. La chambre côté ville est au troisième étage, très bruyant. La salle de bains est à rafraîchir (joints noirs, porte vitrée avec du calcaire) et le linge de toilette était effiloché. La plage donne sur des immeubles et il ne s’agit que d’un petit courant d’eau, pas la mer comme on peut la voir dans les autres hôtels de la Corniche. Nous avons déjeuné sur les matelas de la plage et le repas était bon. Bref ça a fait l’affaire pour une nuit d’escale mais nous ne reviendrons pas.

Sheraton Abu Dhabi was convenient. I only stayed for a day since it was my last night of my trip but it was good! The room was small but I like the table nook that I used while watching tv & eating. I brought my food in & just relaxed. The balcony was small but I went out to see other parts of the city. Check out the World Trade Center. It’s smaller than the other bigger malls but you’ll be surprised to find some great practical items.
Sheraton Abu Dhabi was convenient. I only stayed for a day since it was my last night of my trip but it was good! The room was small but I like the table nook that I used while watching tv & eating. I loved my stay here. Nothing seemed too much trouble, staff were friendly and polite. The room was lovely, big, clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. It was my first time in Abu Dhabi and I loved it, made all that much better by the fantastic hotel. Good location, 5 minute walk from the Corniche which was such a peaceful walk in the morning and evening.

This was one of the worst stays I have had in a 5 star hotel. I booked the hotel for a short staycation for a friends birthday based on the reviews and we were so disappointed. The hotel has been renovated but it looks so cheap and its a mix of old and new which frankly does not give 5 star vibes. The room was clean and nice but you could hear everything! We didnt sleep till 2am because the next door rooms were speaking loudly, we could even hear them eating and moving their utensils and their phone ringing and doors banging shut. In the end I had to call down to reception and even then it didnt stop. The beach is small and is on a canal so you barely get any beach view the only view you get is an abandoned building and the can and the cars driving over the bridge! Not really resort vibes!!

Really enjoyed our stay here over New Years. We had a suite which was lovely and spacious with sea view. The building itself is older in style but the interiors are modern. I returned to this hotel having left Abu Dhabi some 30years ago (I stayed at the Sheraton when I first arrived to live there 35 years ago). Sadly, lots has changed in the surrounding area (tall buildings behind etc), however this did not detract from a lovely hotel, which has recently undergone a renovation. The rooms are lovely and it is spotlessly clean, comfy bed and nice linen. Bathroom was fabulous (and I am in the trade). What food I had was in my opinion outstanding for a hotel, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Loved Le Bistro. I had 2 gripes, which prevented a 5* rating. The aircon had problems and this has not changed. It kicks in when the temp rises but it is noisy when it does this and woke me each time, it then calms down a bit. Other visitiors had the same issue. My other gripe was the patio door roman blind which kept falling down or malfunctioning when I tried to lower or raise it - they were great at rectifying it but it then happened every time, so this needs replacing in my opinion. But great to see the place after so long, and so much to do in Abu Dhabi. Grand Mosque, Palace and Etihad Towers viewing platform are all musts IMO

We stayed 3D2N at the Sheraton. We arrived very late on the 1st night, got arranged to a room which we think might have been one of the worst rooms of this hotel. It was on 1st floor, facing the chimney of the G/F restaurant, next to the 1st floor public toilets. We could hear musics playing from the lobby. The reception got us another better room subsequently and it was much better. The sofa was a bit dirty, could still see hairs left behind. The shower water leaked through thr shower door, making the floor wet. Other than these issues, the room was okay. Pool was nice and had a private beach to it too. However, the ocean view was heavily blocked by a new high-rise building right in front of the hotel.

I recommend this hotel , location and amenities are excellent . Intern staff are excellent and very helpful , also the duty manager Sami was more than helpful. However the Middle Management and Night Manager seriously they require to be extensively trained in how to respond to customer’s requests as well as how to make customers feel welcome. I really hope effort is put in training the team , as it effects the experience one can have at the hotel.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Sheraton Abu Dhabi Corniche. J’ai été très bien accueilli par Sakr, ce qui a donné une très bonne première impression. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et varié, et le personnel toujours attentif. Un grand merci à Mahdi du pool bar ainsi qu’à Karim et Beaurice du guest service qui ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

I loved my stay here. Nothing seemed too much trouble, staff were friendly and polite. The room was lovely, big, clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. It was my first time in Abu Dhabi and I loved it, made all that much better by the fantastic hotel. Good location, 5 minute walk from the Corniche which was such a peaceful walk in the morning and evening.

The hotel has lovely large bedrooms which are spotlessly clean. House keeping is excellent. The breakfast buffet has an excellent selection of both hot and cold foods. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Only down side of the hotel is that it is next to a very busy road. The traffic noise in the city view room was annoying at night. I would pay for a pool side room next time away from the traffic noise. I would stay at this hotel again. Location is perfect for walking along the Corniche.

I had high expectations for the Sheraton Corniche, but unfortunately, the stay fell short. The upkeep of the room was low quality—our refrigerator didn’t work, and despite calling maintenance, they came but didn’t fix it. The steam room was also out of order, which was frustrating. We started coming to the sheraton resort in 2014 and really loved the place. A few things have changed but the beach and pool areas are always lovley places to just relax and enjoy the sun. The staff as always were very helpful ,the breakfast is very good with a good variety. We stayed in a club room and found the club buffet poor and really lacking any decent food although the lounge was very nice and the staff friendly it was very basic. The room was ok the lack of any sound proofing is makes for a desturbed nights sleep the noise of the doors shutting sounds like a shotgun firing which occurs every night at varying times, we stayed on the sixth floor andni think we had the cast of Riverdance staying above us . We love this hotel and area and will be back next year. Thanks Sheraton.

Posizione ottima poiché vicino all’Abu Dhabi mall, al Maryah island, corniche, qasr al vatan, World trade center, souk al mina, louvre, ecc. Denota la preparazione degli chef sia del ristorante accanto che della cucina. Il buffet a colazione è ottimo con il giusto mix di cibi sia occidentali che locali. Rispecchia molto a mio avviso la multietnicità di Abu Dhabi. Chef oltre che preparati, molto cortesi. Il personale della reception quasi sempre tranne in due casi, è sempre stato attento alla domanda postagli. Forse un po’ freddi, poco calorosi rispetto a ciò che mi piacerebbe trovare ma è un mio parere del tutto personale. Spesso ti indirizzano ma sempre con quella vena un po’ commerciale di secondo fine, a me piacciono i pareri più veri. Ma ci siamo adattati anche a questo senza problemi. Le camere ecco avevano qualche imperfezione anche se nel complesso erano molto belle: il box doccia perdeva acqua da sotto la porta e la cornetta della doccia perdeva acqua dal manico ma l’hanno subito aggiustato, era presente il phon a differenza di altre recensioni lette che non lo trovavano. E infine la carta igienica non la rimpiazzavano dovevamo noi chiamarli e i cuscini sono un po’ fiappi. Nel complesso direi valutazione 4,5 su 5

Il personale della reception quasi sempre tranne in due casi, è sempre stato attento alla domanda postagli. Forse un po’ freddi, poco calorosi rispetto a ciò che mi piacerebbe trovare ma è un mio parere del tutto personale. Spesso ti indirizzano ma sempre con quella vena un po’ commerciale di secondo fine, a me piacciono i pareri più veri. Ma ci siamo adattati anche a questo senza problemi. Le camere ecco avevano qualche imperfezione anche se nel complesso erano molto belle: il box doccia perdeva acqua da sotto la porta e la cornetta della doccia perdeva acqua dal manico ma l’hanno subito aggiustato, era presente il phon a differenza di altre recensioni lette che non lo trovavano. E infine la carta igienica non la rimpiazzavano dovevamo noi chiamarli e i cuscini sono un po’ fiappi. Nel complesso direi valutazione 4,5 su 5
