Stayed 4 nights

Ive stayed here for over a month for work. My first week here I thought "gosh for the price this is unbeatable". Now im at the point that I will not be returning. Over half of the rooms smell bad and when asked for an air freshener the staff walk through with knock off frebreeze that works for all of 5 seconds. My last room the refrigerator smelled awful, the microwave smelled like death inside, there were boogers all over the walls, and fruit flys from day 1. It was comical to have the staff try and gaslight me into thinking the shower drain not working was "normal", but the final straw was the staff giving a random person a key to my room, ever had someone come into your bathroom at your hotel? I have now. The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because I was never lead to believe the bed sheets were not "clean". The nightly rate is cheap for a reason, dont let the pictures fool you either

I should have listened to the reviews on Google vs Hotels.com (there is no way this place is a 7/10). The only positive about this place is the price. The cons are: The room was dirty; we stayed 3 nights and they didn't clean it or replace towels. When we arrived (we were a group of 4) our pull-out had no bedding (just the bare/stained mattress) & we had to go down to the front desk and get our own sheets and make the bed ourselves. The TV needed to be operated manually (the remote didn't work). The continental breakfast was the worst I've seen. The juice machine was broken (the entire duration of the stay), the 'waffle maker' is just frozen Eggos (with frozen butter to put on them). For toast, your options are frozen butter or grape jam to spread on it. And to save $1, they had off-brand fruit-loops and off-brand corn flakes. They had a microwave at the continental breakfast, but I can't figure out why (not going to need a microwave for toast, Eggos or cereal). The majority of the time the front desk was vacant (and versus having a bell/buzzer to call someone, they just had a phone number you could call). I just wish someone would left a review letting me know this place was not good (versus having to find out myself)

Stayed 1 night

The room was filthy. There is no carpet, so the floor was dirty and full of hair. The bottoms of our white socks within minutes were dirty and dingy. The bed sheets were not washed. Someone else's hair was all over the bed sheets and worse on the pillows and if that wasn't enough the pillows smelled like they had been used for several weeks. The bathroom was disgusting. Dried urine puddles on the floor behind the toilet. The floor had more hair in the corners than my balding husband has left on his head. (No joke). The curved shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall to the point that the curve was more like a dip. The shower head wasn't attached to the wall and was falling. There was an unknown brown substance splattered on the walls. The switch plates were yellowed plastic with dirty finger prints on them. The microwave was at least 25 years old. It was once white and is now yellowed plastic and when running makes a loud growling sound. The very textured walls were painted using Kilz glossy white to hide imperfections. Sadly they just painted over the smooth 10" border at the top of the walls. The door to the room had a 2"gap along the entire bottom and a gap big enough to see out into the hallway along the open side of the door. Smh! There were questionable people lingering out in the parking lot until at least 230am. People coming and going as if they could rent rooms there by the hour. Never again!
