Parking is extremely limited. You can park on the street, but only on odd days. Room felt dirty and was accompanied by a window with no screen pn the 2kd floor of the building. Not sure if I will recommend this hotel or chain to anyone else.

Check in was horrible, front desk staff were very unfriendly, stated that my name was not in the system for check - in even though I showed a confirmation number. Found hair in our bed. Microwave and the TV did not work. Also TV is antenna channels only (not sure if someone mentioned that). Garbage was over filled by the side doors, cigarette butts all around. Our room also had a leaky faucet so water was everywhere. Pool and the spa were used as a storage/office area. Ice machine did not work, so we had to get ice at the front desk.

This is definitely an older property in desperate need of some updating, though the lobby was pretty clean and presentable. The building is nicely painted on the outside in (patriotic?) red, white, and blue with funky matching lighting. The pool area is used for storage, and they don’t bother hiding that fact as there is old furniture, lamps, etc. everywhere around the empty pool, all clearly visible from the outside. The bathrooms inside the rooms are pretty sad with very dated combo tub/shower inserts and the toilet could have been cleaner for sure, though you could tell someone had made an effort at least, just not enough of one. Weird metal bed supports that make a loud metallic banging sound when accidentally kicked, something which happens more than you would think! The pillows were all constructed of thick foam, something some will like more than others… If you like forming the pillow into the shape you like for sleeping, that’s virtually impossible with these. Linens were otherwise clean, heater and a/c worked well, as did the microwave and fridge. There’s a 24 hour grocery store 3 minutes from the property which turned out to be a life-saver for us at 2am when we realized we had forgotten some trip items. We found this motel to be fine if you just need a VERY reasonably-priced place to sleep and aren’t a high-maintenance type of person.

Pool and hot tub out of order n used as storage room. Breakfast was terrible only toast available. No blanket only sheets in winter. Would not recommend. Told pool was out of order long time but advertised all false advertising

Was charged $5 cash extra to check in at 2:00 p.m. Front desk said that was the charge for checking in one hour early. The sink and tub in the first room I was given (Room 104) was clogged and would not drain. Also both light bulbs by the beds were burned out & did not work. I was finally moved to room 125 late the night of March 14th. The property was very dirty, both inside and out. There was discarded furniture by the back door (close to where we parked our vehicle). Also we saw that the pool area had discarded furniture stacked in that area...when we were told the pool was closed for renovations by the front desk. I would not stay at this property again!!

We stayed 2 nights. The parking lot and sidewalks where not cleaned well with no ice melt put down on the icy sidewalks. One of the out side entrance door’s security entrance was not working. One day the interior door (also the fire exit) at the end of the hallway, just before the outside door would, not open. It was either locked or jammed. The free “great breakfast “, as it’s advertised was bread for toast and butter packets. No jelly. Fruit loops, instant oat meal, coffee (no decaf), milk, orange juice and apple juice that tasted like water. One morning there was thawed frozen toaster waffles. No coffee maker in the room, otherwise room was nice. The work out room had nothing in it.

Older facility, carpets on stairs and in hallways were black with dirt, wet liquid from trash bags on the tile walkway adjacent to front office. 2nd floor ice maker not working. Outer doors propped open presenting a safety hazard. Linens were old and thin. Only bread and cereal available for breakfast. There were only two positives: quick response from staff when we reported the remote was not working, and the room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was quite late when checked in after a long drive, which is the only reason we stayed. We do not recommend and will not stay again.

Didnt like that the side door entrance remained unlocked 24 hours.

Had to clean the room myself, no others of the type I booked available. Hair on towels, hair turd clogging tub drain, no tub drain stopper for a bath. Coat rack coming out of wall, tv remote didn't work so the gave me the actual TV remote. Smell in hallways were awful, no gym or pool like advertised.

Room smelled like cigarettes, check in took 20 minutes because the front desk person was not there. Pool was used as storage. Fitness room was limited. Hotel did not clean the snow in the parking lot

The lobby was nice but there was a strong smell of cleaning product that was trying to cover up the strong smell of something else. My sinusitis could not bare the smell. I spent a total of 30 mins there before I booked Hampton Inn. The side door where you should need a key to enter was unlocked (no key needed). I felt unsafe as we were on the first floor near the side door. The sheets on one of the beds were stained on multiple areas. The tub was very dingy; no way I was going to take a shower there. There was a room in the lobby with glass windows where you could see all the extra hotel items that were stored, like refrigerators, beds etc. I was having surgery and I needed a clean, safe and cozy environment after surgery. This place was an upscale motel 6. The front desk was nice and offered a new room, but there were just too many cons for us to stay.

There were literal holes in the hallway floors hidden under patterned carpet so you couldn’t see until you tripped in it. The rooms are not cleaned properly; first room had stained sheets, bits on candy in the corners of the floor, hair in the shower, and someone’s fake rose petals stuck in the jets of the jacuzzi. They changed our room right away but the second room still had sand on the floor and hair in the shower. I booked this property specifically for the jacuzzi but after learning that they obviously don’t clean the jets I was not comfortable using it. Filled out the feedback form in the room with my information so that management could respond and have not heard anything a month later. Sent an email regarding a jacket I had forgotten as we are not from the US and I did not have cell service, only data, ended up calling them long distance 3 days later because they never responded to the email.

Before getting a key I was given a form to sign saying that I had to report all problems with the room immediately, otherwise, I would be charged to fix the repairs. After seeing the first room, I took several pics & showed the receptionist.She showed us 3 different rooms. However, we decided to leave. The first room had a pink stain on the bed sheet, the water did not drain out of the sink, the tub was very dirty, the wall and the door and wall had pretty visible nicks.The second room had a dirty tub and a stong bad odor. The 3rd room was nicer looking than the other two, but the bad odor was too strong. We did not stay. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to contact Expedia.That was a sad experience. I saw Hilton was on the Expedia app. After seeing that place I decided to pay more in order to have a peaceful sleep. When we got to the Hilton, the room smelled clean and I was very greatful.

The lady at the front desk was very rude! Then our shower was nasty with mildew and it didn’t look like the bathroom was cleaned at all! The beds were ok and the room was ok. The towels were stained but were clean. Will not stay here again!

It was filthy dirtt, stains and chinks of drywall all over the stairs and hallway, no amenities at all in the lobby, tv only got one channel, b3ds were clean , no conditioner, fridge fell forward because its in a pan and not secured, standing water in the fridge, men sitting against the walls in the hallwa charging their phones and talking..making it unsafe for my granddaughters to walk from our room to their moms , towels were gray old and there were stains on the clean bathmat

Room was excellent - very clean! The lobby carpet was in desperate need of replacing - duct tape holding it together in many places. Breakfast was very disappointing - barely anything. Had to get breakfast somewhere else.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Coratel. The entire place, including the room and pillows, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which made it very uncomfortable. The hallways were not clean, and the overall hygiene of the hotel left much to be desired. To top it off, the food was not good either. I expected a much better experience and would not recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was nice and clean inside. The grass around the parking area was littered with trash. There was even a piano harp laying in the grass. The room was newly remodeled and visually clean. We could hear the tackiness of the laminate floor when we came in. It was clean so maybe too much cleaning solution was used when the flior was cleaned. The bed frame was metal, and although it looked nice, the metal popped every time I moved on the bed and I was concerned with waking up the other person in the room every time I moved or got up. We were unable to get the TV to work. To be fair, we only tried it in the morning right while we were getting ready to leave. At check out, I was told that there was a button on the TV that we were supposed to push to get the remote to work. It would have been helpful to have been told that at check in or had a note somewhere in the room to communicate that. There was a breakfast available, but it was very basic. White bread, plain bagels, apples, oatmeal, dry cereal, coffee, apple juice, and milk. There were sweeteners and half & half pod available. But there was no protein or non dairy creamer.

Great stay. Room was big and spacious. Slept comfortably.

We enjoyed that it was close to where we wanted to go. Food options nearby, and close to 35E and Cedar Avenue.It was clean, quiet, and we slept well. We would stay again.

Very basic hotel option, clean room that lacked amenities, tv was glitchy -stuck in store mode, WiFi was completely out, and our door looked like it had been kicked in before. Overall not terrible. clean hotel room, only gripe being greasy floors. Super mediocre breakfast. Overall not the worst but price should reflect a better experience.

The room was a bit empty and had hard flooring with no carpet. The walls are thin and you can hear everything outside, plus the non stop pounding from upstairs at 3am. Breakfast was frozen waffles with a toaster, bread and butter, with two choices of juice. The staff was great though. I would say it was exactly what we paid for, so it is what was expected.

The room is nice and big, but the room isn't very modern. The tub is very diry. The hot tub is great. It's very noisy and the doors don't seem very sound proof. I had forgot my toothbrush and there wasn't an option to get a travel brush.

We had several delayed flights, which put our check-in past 10 pm. I sent a message to the hotel, and received a message back saying our reservation was secure. When we arrive at 3 am, exhausted and travelweary with little kids in tow, the lobby was a very warm temperature. I'd say it was at least 80°. The man who checked me in said breakfast was at 9:30. I should have clarified, because breakfast was from 7 to 9 am. After trudging up the stairs, we discovered our room was scorching, like the rest of the building. Our kid thermometer said it was over 90°. We turned the A/C unit on immediately and stripped down. I opened the fridge freezer mini combo and found it needed to be defrosted at least a year ago. The fridge part was too warm. We had to put milk and children's prescription medications on ice to keep them cold. Thank heavens the ice machine worked. We then lay on hard beds, with flat pillows, without blankets because it was like a sauna. The kids and I fell asleep. My husband couldn't sleep due to the heat. He sat in the wobbly desk chair near the A/C, because the unit would turn off every so often. We overslept our alarm, then rushed to check out by 11 am. It was still hot in the room at 10:20 am when we woke up. A woman knocked on the door at 11:10, telling us we needed to check out. We forgot an item and when I called to see if they found it, and she said yes, but they wouldn't send it. The room was clean-ish, the bedding was okay. The floors were dirty. D+ stay.

The breakfast offering is terrible. None of the doors are locked, anyone can come into the hotel. Room was great! Very clean, newly remodeled, meral bed frames are very loud every time you move or sit down on the bed.

The staff at front desk was very friendly. Somewhat helpful. The room was cleanish. There was dirty towels that were left under the bathroom counter that housekeeping missed. No hand towels or wash cloths in the bathroom. We could not get the tv to work went down to the front desk twice to ask for help and still could not get tv to work.

Very rude front desk staff. Treated me terribly for no reason every time we cross paths even though I was polite no matter what.

The room itself was clean but the hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The only available breakfast were cold breakfast items, but no milk for any of it. The area was messy as people were serving and leaving stacks of bowls because of this. There was no one attending the front desk or the breakfast area during this time as well.

They tried to give us a lower level room than what we paid for. When we confronted them about this, they made excuses, and when we told them we were contacting hotels.com, they badgered us about taking the room (there was also concerns about cleanliness and safety as the people in line before us found a used needle in their bed). We decided to cancel our stay and find somewhere safer and cleaner that had better business ethics.

When I got there to check in at 8:00 p.m. there was a sign that said call this number if the person wasn't at their desk. I'm pretty sure the people that work at the desk also live there which is fine but they should be at the desk if they are on shift not in their room. The lady was very rude while checking in as soon as she gave me the key she left again probably back to her room and I called and asked why there was no refrigerator in there that I needed one She came back down and gave me a different room. The room was made up nice but the toilet was not bolted down so every time myself or my children sat on the toilet you could hear it when they got up or sat down on it. The breakfast is just continental cereal, toast, bagels and coffee. The pool was closed who knows when it was going to reopen. The cleaning stuff was really nice unfortunately there was a language barrier so when asking for things no one understood me.

There were only bread offerings and those were of the very basic options. The supplies were not very well maintained during the hours that breakfast was offered. I feel that this is an area that needs improvement.

I'm very disappointed,room was not clean n ready for check in then got moved to a different room just for that room to be even dirtier and unsafe as the window was broken...also the one weekend staff is the only one that makes sure the rooms are all clean she took extra time to clean the room we moved to. She was very nice and went above and beyond for us.

Stay was okay, room could have been a little cleaner, sticky residue on nightstand, bed and linen were comfortable. Had to ask for a tv remote. Check-in person was somewhat friendly. Some of the other hotel guest seemed marginal but at this price point it’s about what I would expect.

They had received 8 in of snow in the morning that evening they still haven't shoveled any other sidewalks except by the front door the parking lot they plowed what they could with all the cars that were probably there when they tried plowing. The bathtub had mildew around it. Good location. It was a lower price than most.

People were nice and location was great

We only stayed for one night, so there isn’t much of a review to give. However, our stay was pleasant and the room was nice and roomy. The location was amazing. There was so much around to choose from, dining wise.

Had to move rooms because upstairs guest was playing rugby or WWE. Hotel staff accommodating. INSANE highway noise. Entire hotel stank of marijuana on both floors (seemed like all the guests were baking in their rooms and outside). Hotel was clean, and fairly convenient to MSP, but would NOT stay again.

I liked the quiet and clean environment my room offered. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Luckily the smell didn't carry over to the room. Other than that, the location feels safe. There's also a lot of shops nearby.

we got renovated room,it was clean and had new beds,new flooring. i like where this hotel sits in eagan close to everything .

The water was barely warm. Kept running out of hot water. The bathtub was dirty. The breakfast was just unfrosted cornflakes, toast, bagels, water, milk, and I think it was apple juice. Front desk ppl weren’t very friendly. Advertised having an indoor pool and hot tub but it’s full of storage and office items. Several exits and entrances were not secure. There was a $100 security deposit that wasn’t mention on hotels.com

I was very happy to see that they are eco-friendly, as we practice this at home too. But I was disappointed that the only breakfast available during our stay was bread and milk.

The heat in the room didn't really work. I had it up to 74 the whole night and it only turned on every once in a while and blew out normal temp air. It didn't actually warm up the room. It also took the receptionist almost 10 minutes to come to the front desk for me to check in. There were issues with the cards for the rooms. One guy came back three times with a card not working while I was checking in and then mine didn't work when I went to my room. The breakfast was also less than expected. I don't think they refilled anything so when it was out it was out. I got there around 830 am and there were two types of bread with butter and cereal.

Waffle maker or pancakes, eggs, meat (sausage or bacon), maybe potatoes, toast, pastries, etc. Apparently, they have a different opinion of what "Breakfast included" means. Breakfast was a joke. Small bagels, wheat bread and corn flakes. TV would not work. Loud cars outside. Room floor needed to be swept and mopped.

Their breakfast meal is total mess. All they offer is bread, cereal and waffle with coffee or tea for my 4 days stay. No protein of any sort. Their bed is also made of iron steel making squeaky noise. It's just a budget hotel with no luxury.

The place generally LOOKS like the pics you see online. Then you realized most of it is superficial with many fixtures not working, keeping the olde shower curtains that dont reach far enough causing puddling in the floor, bedside lighting doesnt work and breakfasts are on par with prison.
