You could hear the water from the shower above us and it sounded like it was running through the walls! Told the staff and nothing changed, every morning at 5am woke up to the water running and the sound was so loud. Have video to prove it. Not worth the price when you get woken up so early while on vacation. Won’t be back

I was born away on how helpful and knowledgeable. The gentleman was who checked us in John I believe was his name absolutely phenomenal gentlemen! I cannot find one flaw in the hotel, the room, the breakfast the next day or anything I have stayed at quite a few hotels in my life, and this is ranked as one of the best!!

Upon arrival asked if the ice machines worked on all floors (wasn’t on 2nd floor on February visit). Staff said “I think so, but for sure on 3rd and 4th floor”. So I asked if could be put on 3rd or 4th floor? He said, sorry, we are full up so can’t move you - you are on the 2nd floor. Now bear in mind that this was 3pm on a Wednesday, so probably not even close to full yet Hoped for best that ice machine on 2nd floor was working. It was not! It had same out of service note that it had in February. It had been out of order inconveniencing guests for AT LEAST 4 months! To top it off, ice machine on 3rd floor went out on 2nd day and probably won’t be repaired any time soon! Keep your property maintained. Also, on this visit was on opposite side of building and highway noise was VERY loud.
