Love staying at this hotel. It is in a perfect location. The breakfast was the same every morning which eventually became tiresome. The key entry to the back door did not work which was an inconvenience. Overall enjoyed the stay just wish there was a variety of breakfast options throughout the week.

room has a view of busy interstate hwy which is pretty loud and the room HVAC unit smelled musty needs a deep cleaning to remove stink otherwise okay room the breakfast offered every morning was ok however the coffee machine in the lobby was leaking and was removed from service for the 5 days I was there and others I spoke to that were long timers said it was broke most of the time unfortunately since it was fresh grind and brew

The water feature in the lobby was a nice touch. Check in was easy, free coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. I enjoyed the free breakfast. There was a pancake machine, sausage, eggs, potatoes and other continental items to choose from. Overall, it was a good value.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, decent free breakfast, hotel is clean & well kept. They don’t have an airport shuttle which was disappointing. I believe Hotels.com & other sites said airport shuttle available in search. Also, I didn’t care to see all of the cell phone Tower antennas on the roof top of the hotel. More EMF radiation exposure, just great!

During our stay, they were going through renovations. The lobby was a little tore up, Free breakfast and area was limited, always stocked and decent, and there wasn't any washer or dryers available because of the renovations. We never noticed any construction noise with our stay, and we were on the first floor near the lobby. The staff was great, room was great. The pillows sucked. Overall I would give it an 8 out of 10. We just happened to stay while they were renovating, but other than that we would stay again if we were in town.

The hotel its self was well kept and clean, the rooms were a little dated but that didnt bother me. Everything we needed was in the room and breakfast was really good. The condition of the hotel was great there was a waterfall in the lobby that was a nice touch. The staff when checking in and out were very friendly. The only problem I had was that the parking lot was not lit up at all and far from the front entrance. We had to leave at 3:30 am and when we did we were litterally attacked on our way out by a man telling at us to give him our money. It was so scary and my son and I barely made it to our car in time to avoid him actually doing us harm. He started banging on our window and I couldnt get our car started fast enough to peel out of there. After being shook up I called the front desk to let them know and the person said that they would call the police. Needless to say I was scared out of my mind and really shooken up, made for a long 800 mile drive home.

I rate hotels with two criteria - customer service and cleanliness. The customer service was excellent. We were greeted upon our arrival and given all the details we needed for our stay including what would happen if we needed an earlier checkout. The cleanliness left much to be desired. I had to request that my toilet be cleaned because it was obvious it had not been. The was no towel rack so clean towels were placed on top of the toilet. It would be super easy to add a shelf to the sink area or put a towel rack above the toilet. I know the room has not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. There was dust and dirt and even a bottle top in the door jam of the bathroom door.

HORRIBLE! After getting our keys, we went to our room. It had a privacy sign and keys didn’t work. The desk blamed housekeeping and said it was already booked. Went to another room and the fridge was COVERED in mold inside. Not to mention the room smelled HORRIBLE. Cancelled our room and went across the street to another hotel!

The hotel seems to be going under remodeling so that's good. But the first room of my two day stay had to be changed because of a gross ring in the toilet bowl. The desk clerk said it was hard water but the next room didn't have it.

The lobby and breakfast area were clean. Our room was not. Dried dog pee in the bathroom when we asked to have someone clean it we were told there was no one so we did it ourselves. Heat would not shut off, we were told to put the air conditioning on because of this sleeping was no comfortable

Filthy floor in the room sticky and gross. Bathroom floor gross, too. Bathtub was FULL of hair that clearly was not mine. Not one of the housekeepers speaks any English, so trying to tell them it's disgusting is futile..Front desk are meh. Beware of the parking lot, ended up with 2 nails in 2 tires..Its not great, but I had no choice.

The breakfast needs work…I would not call dumping several plastic bottles of water into the dispenser exactly “eco friendly!” The room was hot hot hot- hard to regulate. The lobby had food sitting there for a whole day - could the person behind the desk walk out and throw it away? The Wi-fi only worked in the lobby (not the room) and wasnt a logical user friendly thing to find even then!! I realize it was bad weather- more reason to stay on top of it… never saw a soul doing sidewalks, etc… It was okay -but with a little work could be amazing! The housekeeping or laundry- sat in her car and smoked marijuana… ok but not best “image!” Employees speaking Spanish in front of guests is also sorta “sketchy”… makes guest feel like they’re being spoken about…doesn’t feel good!

The hotel was under remodeling which was not disclosed until arrival. Initially, I was put in a room where the air HVAC until was not working. The room was very stuffy. Moved to a different room which was fine. Breakfast room was stark with no television.

Best Comfort Inn ever! Newly remodeled and felt luxurious! Fluffy pillows and pristine sleeping area. Bathroom details were great with a couple places that construction crew overlooked like paint on bottom of door and recaulking inside tub. Breakfast is at 730am and includes both cold and hot items. The staff was very friendly.

Been staying here for past 15 years. About 1-2 times a year. But they have issues with plumbing and front desk makes excuses for the issues. So unless your ok with cold showers look for lodging elsewhere.

Overall it was a decent affordable hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There were plenty of accessible outlets to plug stuff in and the room was clean and comfortable. It was nice that they had a large fridge. What I didn't like was that the internet service was horrible. Most of the time, I could get connected to the wi-fi router, but could not access the internet. I ended up tethering my devices to my phone to get internet access. I use the internet constantly when I'm in a hotel room to research places to eat, find places to go, watch my streaming services, process photos, etc. So that simple lack of good internet connectivity had me give what would have been a 5 star rating, a 3 star rating. One other small negative was that the hallways were absolutely freezing. We found ourselves practically running down the hall to get to and from our room to get out of the cold.

Our room was by the breakfast bar and it was loud in our room. We could hear chairs moving around. We had to ask for towels and bedding for the pull out sofa. There is not a big trash for a suite. Overall the room served its purpose buy that’s it

Front desk help on her phone with both headphones in every time came down for an issue or question. Shower would not drain . I was not offered a solution? New room/ draino? Nope front desk attendant from 3-11 very rude on her phone with headphones on . This was on Sunday

Staff was outstanding!! I booked the room for my 80 year old parents who were stranded at the airport after midnight. Checkin staff welcomed them at 1am with a smile and made them feel special. Thank you for taking great care of them!

We had such amazing service from the front desk. Unfortunately I do not recall her name(Corine?)but was helpful and extremely nice. Booked Ubers for our ride to the airport in morning. Have nothing but amazing things to say and will definitely recommend to friends. Thanks so much!

Staff had no clue on using the new software they were using. Front desk said they only had 1 hour of training with it. They didn't know that the room was already paid for through Expedia when booked. Curtains in our room wouldn't close all the way. Beds were absolutely terrible, extremely hard and the bedding was basically 2 sheets. No hand soap in the bathroom.

Very close to the airport so that's why we chose it, but it was unexpectedly nice. Big waterfall/ water feature in the lobby, comfortable, n8ce decor. For the price it was much nicer than we expected and the staff was very friendly. If we have a crack of dawn flight again, we'll choose this hotel again. Very pleasant and close to restaurants.

We booked 2 rooms and they were clean. However in one of the rooms the shower never had hot water, only lukewarm to cool. Had I known I would have reported this but my daughter’s friend never told us until we left. I would stay again as it was clean and affordable. Close to MOA. Close to our Family.

Generous breakfast selection, plus a great pancake machine. The ‘scrambled eggs’ are just terrible, but everything else was fresh and good. AND there’s a cappuccino machine that also makes hot chocolate! Very satisfied.

Really awful experience. Dirty shower, horrible beds. Room smelled of vomit and disinfectant. TV was broken. Breakfast didn’t have working equipment. Very dissatisfied and shocked of the high review score.
