You get what you pay for. Aestitically, looks nice and clean. Shop keep was up late for check ins.Around the corrner from 2 gas stations, and a few food joints. Sheets and towels are rough. No turn over service. No ice. Shoddy wifi. Key cards kept demagnitizing. Parking is tight. AC UNIT is ancient but strong. Youre either hot or freezing, no in between. Cant argue with the cheap price though.

The room was really clean and cute. It was very basic, which work great for me, but might not for other people. For example, while there was a mini-frig, there wasn't a microwave, coffee pot, or cup for water. Also, there wasn't a sign to hang on the door handle to indicate that you didn't need maid service. I was only staying 2 nights, and no maid service was provided after my 1st night. This was fine with me, as I would have put out the sign for no maid service if it had been available, but for some it might be an issue. It was fairly quiet, although nearby traffic noise was noticeable in the evening. The price was very reasonable and I would stay there again.

I was in town and had a friend that was going to stop by and visit and there is a no visitor rule. I think it’s crazy to not be able to have a visitor, not asking for them to stay the night. I then came back to my room and there was no power to the lights or any amenities.

There was a lot of added on fees that we were not made aware of so the cost ended up being more than the $200 stay…also the microwave and fridge did not work….i rate it a 2 because the staff did provide us with enough towels for our 2 night stay and the AC/heater worked great.

This place is a little diamond in the rough! It was in a rougher part of town, but we all felt very safe. The beds were super comfortable and the room was very clean. You could walk to restaurants close by. You can definitely see the work they have put into making this a great place to stay. Internet was fast and the tv worked great. Even had a fridge and microwave. Great deal! Would stay again. Only 15 minutes from the port if taking a cruise.

Towels had boot prints on them, the bathroom door was mounted incorrectly and wouldn't close, half of the channels on the TV weren't watchable due to a poor signal/connection, there was no housekeeping, and I could hear everything happening outside of the room

Basic, no frills hotel, that was clean just very basic. My only recommendation would be the top bed cover was SUPER thin (we were there in November and it was cold), so it was hard to keep warm, so we had to turn the heater up higher. Otherwise, it was fine for a nighs stay before our cruise. There is no lobby.

I would hwve given 5 stars but there's a noise issue. It's so close to the street and there's noise all the time. The doors don't provide good sound proofing. I also found out that the hotel is in an unsafe neighborhood. I had no issues but didn't feel safe.

Good price for a nice new clean room. Very fair. The staff are very nice and accommodating. I liked this place a lot but it does get a little noisy with traffic and sirens. The hotel can’t control that and it’s not their fault so it doesn’t affect my overall rating. I would stay here again.

The only issue that I really have was that I believe that the man charged us $100 security deposit because we were black when I look online it says that the security deposit is $60 so it needs to be what stated online or they need to change it online thank you

The checkin time was too long. Approx 30 min with no one else. They asked a a $100 deposit which was not mentioned during the time of booking which took the associate a long time to process. I was told that the deposit would get back to my card in about 8 to 10 days. This would be just a basic get away for a low budget stay. Be sure to get your own blanket to stay warm and all other basic things that you may need.

I really loved staying at this hotel. Very very clean. The outside didn’t really look appealing but don’t judge a book by its cover. Great customer service. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.
