Very convenient for persons that may be visiting Cleveland Clinic. Rooms are clean, staff members are friendly and area seems safe and secure. The only downside is that the amenities are small; gym, pool, eating area, lounge, etc.

Hotel is well centered in towne. Across from Publix, shopping and many restaurants. No need to get in car! can use the Midtown athletic club, we did each day and it was great. Breakfast was good. Pool area is there......not very inviting

Where do I begin. I would love to commend the staff firstly for delivering such a superb customer service. There was an incident in the room with one of the family members while my mother and I was at Cleveland clinic. We were unable to move, and contacted the hotel to advise of the emergency and they acted swiftly by assisting the individual who is disabled in our absence. The front desk staff are always friendly and ready to give great customer service. The housekeeping and domestic staff members are very attentive and extremely helpful. I’ve seen comments of complaints regarding the hot water however, I think humans just like to complain in general. Management & staff quickly advised of the issue, and ensured that hot water was restored within a timely fashion. Additionally, the facility was very clean, quiet and had adequate parking. Overall, I give this hotel a full 10 out of 10 and this will definitely be a top choice of accommodation for another stay in the Weston/ Fort Lauderdale area!

The Hotel has been renovated and is modern, clean and comfortable as well as in a great location next door to the Weston town center. The staff are superb and welcoming, ready to assist in any way. My only wish would be for a few more pieces of equipment in the gym.

The room was clean...however the shampoo etc seemed to have been used...we only stayed one night and did not notice them until it was too late...told the GM at checkout he apologized half hearted but nothing else...The halls are drab and the hotel could use a touch up...It is probably the worst Marriott I have stayed at and will look elsewhere if we go back in that area...The pool needed to be cleaned also

I stayed there for almost 3 weeks. The staff was quite accommodating (except a few of the housekeepers). The area was convenient to grocery and other shopping. Parking was always very good. It was a great place to recuperate after surgery!

If you aren't way too picky about cleanliness, you will be just fine. Definitely pet friendly, easy and plenty of free parking, Publix and walgreens just across the street. Now, carpet snell bad but after a day you just don't notice anymore , I stayed 4 nights first floor room 113, bedroom was "clean" ned is comfortable and sheets were very clean and almost brad new, A/C works and water pressure was good int the shower , again room was clean enough if you aren't too picky and don't check every corner in the room. Front desk really nice people. They are doing dome "renovations breakfast isn't great.

We've been staying at this hotel since 2015 for several times. We had the clear impression that the quality standards were not the same as in the past. Especially in the cleaness of the rooms. We had to change our original room due to a strong foul odor, but the second one, while better, wasn't clean as well. Disappointing experience, especially since the Towne place suites is our favorite hotel in Fort Lauderdale and as a chain. We were traveling to SW Florida and stayed at the same hotel in Estero Ft. Meyers and the standard there was clearly higher. We're hoping that this review will help to improve the quality standards of the hotel as we'd love to come back there.

Carpets in the hall leading to the room was extremely dirty. When I got in the elevator there was some kind of liquid was splattered all over the buttons. Washing machine did not work properly. Also there was something in the room that made my boyfriend and I sneeze while we were there.

Room was on the small size, not well distributed. Some weird smell in the bathroom coming from outside? Like smoke or like someone was smoking weed in another room. First day we found a cockroach. And we have to request housekeeping twice in 1 week.

I’ll admit, I was a bit apprehensive about whether your hotel would meet my standards—but to my surprise, it far exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had an ambiance that felt truly top-notch. Cassandra at the front desk was exceptional—warm, personable, and attentive. She even baked cookies for us to enjoy on our first night, and they were absolutely delicious! We had several packages delivered to the hotel in advance, and everything was handled seamlessly—they were securely stored and ready for us at check-in. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to visit, and set in a pleasant, welcoming area. Breakfast each morning was superb, with a wide variety of options. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to add waffles to the lineup occasionally—it would be a great touch. The breakfast team deserves special recognition. They greeted us warmly every morning and served with genuine care and attention to detail. The room was at 60 degrees when I checked in and I stayed very cold until I left. I turned the ac off but still stayed super cold. The sofa was like sitting on a piece of wood and the bed lumpy. In addition the TV couldn't get a signal so couldn't watch TV. Bathrooms need to be updated. Lady checking me in was very nice though moving me to the first floor. The building didn't list if it was A B etc. Hard to locate the correct building

Close by Cleveland Clinic. Full kitchen. Grocery across the street, plenty of places to eat close by as well. Morning breakfast well stocked, fresh and hot food as well as refrigerated yougarts milk orange juice etc. I have no complaints, it's a 2 star hotel that is good. I would come back here!

Nice experience from the very start. The concierge on duty, Patrick B., helped solve an issue I created when messing up my booked time. He swiftly found me quite a nice and comfortable room to stay in. Just across the street from Weston Town Center, with a nice Publix and good restaurants around. Excellent value for money!

My stay was just one night but it was very uncomfortable as the tv was next to the bed and the pillows were so flat I was up all night. The next morning my husband went to have breakfast and there wasn’t anything to eat. It was not that busy. I saw a man that was suppose to be stocking the food just look and walk away. Never replenished it. We ended up at Dunkin’s which is better but this shouldn’t happen .when asked to leave a review on their sight I got an email saying they will address this in the future. And to come back. They didn’t offer to do anything for us.

Rooms were nice but needed mirrors in them. Fridge and fridge were beat-up. Not too crazy a out the room overall. Breakfast was fair but extremely small impossible to host customers
