This property is AMAZING!! when you first pull up it looks like an apartment complex but when you walk inside to check in it's bright and the gym looked like it had really good equipment in there. They have a parking garage which was good but if your vehicle is over 7 feet you can only park in one small section on the first floor so no uhauls or big vans or trucks. There's 2 different sides of the parking garage that lead you inside. The rooms are set up like apartments. Your key unlocks 2 doors. The main door separates 2 suites n each suite is a door to be opened. Suite A had a hot tub, living room, full kitchen with cookware, and it's own private balcony. You cannot see suite B's balcony from yours. It really is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Already trying to make up another reason to come back

The suites are nice, clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only problem was the loud music and noise from the pool area amenities… I understand that there are some activities in this kind of hotels … but there is also a limit on the volume/noise. Some times it was really annoying.

Very nice suite but a bit pricey. Pool area was very nice but a bit noisy. Coffee was terrible, so bring your own. Very convenient to walk to stores and restaurants in Weston Towne Center.

We are here while a family member is treated at CC, 2 miles away. The apartment is very spacious, with a full kitchen, lots of light, comfortable bed and furniture, plenty of storage. Ours looks onto a very pretty splashing fountain surrounded by palms. Maid service is weekly. You can get extra towels, etc when needed. A Publix is across the street, along with many restaurants. The location is ideal. This property is very well-maintained, including the outside areas and walkways. The pool is spotless. I love the room, the location can't be beat, but the real gem is the staff. They are very quick to attend to any little thing. (And they are little things, as the property is so well-maintained) This applies to everyone we have met, from maintenance, to housekeeping, and the groundskeepers. The front desk crew, from the manager on down, deserve an extra special shout out. To a person, they are courteous, professional, competent, friendly, and knowledgeable. It is really a pleasure, and I think unusual, to have such constant good service. They really go the extra mile, cheerfully. We have been here a month, we have some extra needs due to our situation, and they have met and exceeded expectations in every way. Truly outstanding.

The rooms were great the only thing I didn’t care for too much was the parking in the garage it’s way too tight and hard to drive in and out. Other from that the stay was very quiet and comfortable.

This property is amazing. Rooms are nice and cool. Mattress a little hard, but doable. Very close to stores, restaurant, walking paths, etc. Pool and jacuzzi nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Only complaint… the air freshener in the registration lobby is insanely fragrant. Like difficult to breathe fragrant. No need for all that.

Beautiful property. Everything was clean and well kept. The unit was well decorated & had everything we needed. We were there to visit a family member at Cleveland Clinic and it was so nice to have somewhere comfortable and low stress to return to at the end of the day. Thank you for making it easier! Space of apartment nice and staff tried to accommodate. However, very dirty floors, shower head did not function well. Shower also had mold needing to be rehabilitated. No cleaning services unless staying a week, no amenities such as coffee, cream and napkins available. In short need to go out to eat and purchase anything that was needed.

My first room assignment 1403B had a loud air conditioning generator which the maintenance team said was located on the roof. It turned on and off in the bedroom making for an uncomfortable sleepless night. When I asked for a room change the following day, specifically requesting quiet, I was given room 1307B which had a power generated located on the ground floor. This went on and off relentlessly and was particularly loud in the living room. Between the pounding of the generator, the shabby carpets and the tired furniture, it was not a good experience. The one positive thing that I can say is the people at reception were very kind and under the circumstances did their best.

I love this area of Weston. Lovely town and very peaceful neighborhood. The property is nice. Close to nice shops and a Publix grocery store. I would have given the property a 5 star but there were a few items of concern. They really need to upgrade the living room furniture, the internet was very spotted and the TV would go in and out. Because of the issue with the TV we had to change rooms during our stay. That was very inconvenient. I would however stay here again over all.

I came to Weston for a surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital and this Hotel was absolutely the perfect place to stay during my hospitalization as well as my two week recovery. The front desk is very attentive to my needs on the spot.

Romanita the manager was awesome. She helped us with rooms when we had to evacuate for the hurricane. She was professionally friendly and discretely used our complicated reservation as a teaching opportunity for her co-worker (I only noticed because I too use opportunities to teach my employees - and she was excellent at it.) Our rooms were great and she set us up with two suites for my family. Thanks for everything!

We are here while a family member is treated at CC, 2 miles away. The apartment is very spacious, with a full kitchen, lots of light, comfortable bed and furniture, plenty of storage. Ours looks onto a very pretty splashing fountain surrounded by palms. Maid service is weekly. You can get extra towels, etc when needed. A Publix is across the street, along with many restaurants. The location is ideal. This property is very well-maintained, including the outside areas and walkways. The pool is spotless. I love the room, the location can't be beat, but the real gem is the staff. They are very quick to attend to any little thing. (And they are little things, as the property is so well-maintained) This applies to everyone we have met, from maintenance, to housekeeping, and the groundskeepers. The front desk crew, from the manager on down, deserve an extra special shout out. To a person, they are courteous, professional, competent, friendly, and knowledgeable. It is really a pleasure, and I think unusual, to have such constant good service. They really go the extra mile, cheerfully. We have been here a month, we have some extra needs due to our situation, and they have met and exceeded expectations in every way. Truly outstanding.

A little confusing to find the reception desk since the wording on the front door only mentions part of resort, there are two. Quite a few charges to pay as mentioned in the small print. Location is excellent! Plenty of covered parking and walking distance to publix and restaurants. Kitchen has all you need if staying in the comfortable apartment.

Space of apartment nice and staff tried to accommodate. However, very dirty floors, shower head did not function well. Shower also had mold needing to be rehabilitated. No cleaning services unless staying a week, no amenities such as coffee, cream and napkins available. In short need to go out to eat and purchase anything that was needed.

Property was well maintained and very clean. The room was beautifully decorated with a retro feel. It kind of reminded me of being in a condo in Miami back in the 90's. The bed was super comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating and communicating with them was easy. The surrounding area had several options for shopping, eating and groceries. I will definitely be back. Thank you!
