Property was obviously undergoing a spruce-up but was clean and functional. Nice Exercise Room but disappointed that the pool wasn't open. I really appreciate the breakfast offering and all-day coffee. Had a great chat with Frank at late check-in (very personable and helpful). Room was super clean and comfortable with decent amenities for a short stay.

This hotel was lovely. It was quiet. We had a spacious room. The breakfast was really nice. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Everything was clean. The only complaint is the pool area isn’t very inviting. I had to skim it myself for my son, not sure why the staff can’t check it regularly. Also it’s weirdly placed next to the parking lot. Otherwise great hotel. I would avoid the Mexican cantina next store also, tiny portions and way overpriced! (That has nothing to do with the hotel itself)

People were friendly and we were able to check in earlier than plan. Room - The shower does not have full glass doors or anything to keep the water from getting all over bathroom floor. Room - Closing the bathroom door is entirely too tight. This is a poor design. Hotel - One of the two elevators were out the 6 nights we were there and the other one was incredibly slow. Room - The maid service was very good.

They gave me a Handicap room, bed was only about 12” off the floor. Had to be careful getting up the night stand was higher than the bed making it possible to hit your head on the corner of the nightstand.Very disappointing the hotel has elected to take away local TV channels and live news. Only one elevator working making for long waits getting to and from your room. Don’t think I’ll returning to this location.

Location was good. It's next to a strip mall and lots of stores close by. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. Pool was nice though there were no towels. My main complaint with this hotel is regarding the cleanliness of the rooms. I stayed here a few days before and a few days after a cruise. First stay, the disposable face wipe on the vanity had handwriting on the wrapper. I thought it was an oversight by the cleaning crew and didn't complain. The next day I found a ball of hair in the corner. Again, I didn't complain, figured they just didn't sweep well. A week later, after the cruise, I get into a new room. This time I found a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. CLEARLY this was not a dismissable oversight and called the front desk. I was given another room but was pretty disgusted. 2 rooms within 1 week, both not cleaned properly.

Nice area , room was nice just had a moldy odor to it but I didn’t spend much time in there so it wasn’t a big deal , bed was a little on the firm side and only one elevator was working that moved really really slow . But the overall stay was okay

One of the elevators kept on malfunctioning. We have to move rooms as the air conditioning unit was very loud, eventually it abruptly stopped working. Most of the staff were friendly and helpfully except for a front desk employee. Rooms were clean and the WiFi worked.

Everything was great about our stay except the shower enclosure. There was only a stationary sheet of glass that covered half the opening. Water sprayed out onto the floor making and a giant puddle that covered the entire bathroom and leaked out under the bathroom door. I had to use two towels to dry it up. I have never had that problem at any other Hampton Inn.

Loud Wall A/C instead of central air that is common to most buildings in Florida, and it didn't effectively cool the muggy room. Deadbolt didn't work, and a bright light shone through the doorframe from the hallway all night. Rude, unhelpful staff tried to double bill me for the same room and then refused to provide me with a statement of charges when I checked out. There are a number of far better hotels in the area.

Pros: The breakfast was great!! Cons: Did not like the lack of shuttle service throughout the entire day to Cleveland Clinic. At the end of the day at times there is no shuttle service and the guests are left to pay for taxi service which takes a long time to arrive if they do arrive. Did not like that the shuttle service to Publix changed from 6 pm daily to 1 pm daily. The majority of the guests are at the clinic during the day, so a Public run at 1pm is not convenient. The front desk staff needs training. Because we have stayed there before, we knew certain amenities that were offered, but upon checking in no information was given about amenities. We asked about certain amenities and it was at that time we were were given the information. On more than one occasion we scheduled a shuttle pickup with the front desk and it was not communicated to the shuttle driver. The maids do not pick up trash, and give clean linens on a daily basis. In order to get these basic things we had to constantly call the front desk. This is no way to run a business. Unbelievable. The service received was below average and very disappointing. I would not recommend anyone staying there.

My stay here was excellent!!! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel property itself is very well kept, nice and clean and the Weston area is phenomenal; not to fast paced, quiet and safe. Lastly, the breakfast buffet that is included was top-tier👌. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights , for my daughter’s vow renewal , the breakfast was great every day was a different menu along with the basics. I was so happy to see gluten free options, muffins bagels and bread that almost never happen. Will definitely stay here again when visiting. Thank you, would definitely recommend this hotel.

We take a lot of short trips and stay in similarly priced hotels. This was probably one of the best stays in a long time. Quick check-in, easy parking, nice room (with one glitch). The free breakfast was surprisingly good: real bacon, hot grits, eggs that tasted like eggs, decent bakery, a variety of teas, fresh fruit, juices- all at a better quality than the usual fare at these events. The room had one glitch : the toilet and the door to the bathroom required some careful maneuvering. Absolutely challenging to not bruise your knees closing the door (if you're in) or getting into the room first and closing the door after. Space too small. As always at a Hilton, expect no premium channels. If you want them - you have to use your personal membership password or join. Kinda cheap to not provide premium TV.
