Marriott should be embarrassed to have this hotel under their portfolio. Checked in late (around 9:30-10pm) and was extremely tired. I was told the elevators were not working so it was my choice to stay on the bottom floor. My mistake. I was woken around 12-12:30am with loud banging on the walls. Eventually called reception, the employee who was working had then walked over to my room (#136), I met her at the door where she could clearly hear the noise. I guess she couldn't figure out where the banging was coming from and let it be. Another half hour or so went by and this banging was still happening. I called again and she basically said she didn't know where the noise was coming from and offered me another room. After being awake for an hour at this point, I took the other room because I needed sleep! So packed up all my stuff around 1-1:30am and headed to the front desk to pick up the key for the new room. The receptionist was extremely infrantilizing after I went the wrong way heading to room 115 and she had to give me directions a second time. My fault for not being awake at 1:30am and unannoyed have to switch rooms in the middle of the night. Besides that, which isn't really anyone's fault, I get into the second room and the floor was just as dirty as the first room. I thought maybe it was an oversight with dirt and crumbs. I also had to put a towel on the floor in front of the toilet because it looked like dried pee on the floor. Room 115 was just as dirty.
