Beautiful BBQ area in pool area but provide to gather with family & friends also staying at the resort. This was a 70 birthday party weekend. Family & friends stayed here that was a great value. Resort was close to party location in Pembroke Pines..

Positives: 1. Toiletries, kitchen utensils, crockery and appliances that were available. 2. Opportunity to participate in the RCI "tour" 3. Gift Negative: Being stuck in the elevator.

The property was great my family and I loved it, and we'd like to stay here again. But there was the pay to view the property where they're try to entice you to purchase a timeshare I think. I didn't like that. The gentleman that sign me up for it and charged my card $20 made it seem as though I had to sign up for it.

Very nice property some of the rooms are a little outdated, but the pool is very nice. Staff are very nice and the area has a lot to do for shopping.

Recently we haf the pleasure of staying at Vacation Village Bonaventure, and it was truly a nice experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and the property surroundings are beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The resort’s amenities are limited (only soap, no shampoo and conditioner, lotions etc). The staff is attentive and friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and outstanding service.

Property is dated but the condos are very large and the jacuzzi tubs are fabulous! Full kitchens and living areas. Everything was clean, although a few little things didn't work properly (like the toaster). No biggie. The main pool has a huge hot pool (it's not really a hot tub but it was good and hot). Only problem was the resort had music blasting and another guest also had a boom box blasting so it was NOT relaxing on a Saturday afternoon. But other than that it was a great stay. Easy to find, super great communication and staff.

The condition of the dwelling and our room was very old, smelly, run down. Needs an upgrade for the price. The bathroom had a stench to urine, it was hard to tolerate.The hinges rusty. Water and soda machines out of order. Will not be going back to this hotel and Expedia should not be charging this kind of rate for this hotel. Completely dissapointed.

After two stays here, I can confidently say it’s just okay. The rooms are outdated, not a big deal. Cleanliness was spotty. Hair in the tub, dirty carpets etc. The beds though are the reason I wouldn’t come back. They. Are. Hard. It honestly felt like sleeping on a slab of granite. Area was nice and staff was friendly.

Our room was dirty, floors weren’t swept and found someone’s broken acrylic nail and used band aid near bed stand. Need to do a better job in cleaning floors. Carpet in bedroom had ketchup stains. Found hair near tub doesn’t belong to us when we first entered the room.

I booked for 4 nights the first morning woke to lots and lots of ants all over the kitchen counter, once I killed all I could I washed it completely. That night I got up to see ants again then a roach in the bathroom. I wasn’t able to sleep they moved me, no insects or pests, luckily I speak limited Español practically workers only speak Spanish. I like the place just needs updating, beautiful area, grocery store near by totally Spanish and Latin foods. If I am in the area I would think of staying. I put some garbage in trash shoot and saw a large roach, they really should take the time to spray for all insects/pests, clean windows, the first room tub had water filling up during my shower and lots of hairs the maids failed to clean properly. I don’t think they have anyone checking up behind to see if everything is working properly and cleaned perfectly. I am a very neat and clean and something I look at and I would want to make sure it was done to perfection as people spend their money to stay as guest in a hotel/motel. I stayed in much worse not by choice but if I were to visit the area it would be a place to choose, I am sure there’s many others but I happen to pick this place at the moment.

There’s absolutely no activities for kids, no entertainment… everything is boring.. nothing to do..4th of july week yet nothing exited, room was dirty, outdated, small…

Spacious room, well equipped kitchen, clean

Hotel room was a fever dream to the 80s. So old and dated. No balcony had to drive to what felt like the next town over to get to our room. The pool was green slime and disgusting. Front desk didnt care. We were at vavayion village in Kissimmee the week prior and was amazing. Also stayed at vacation village in Williamsburg va and was amazing. If i could give this crap hole negative 0 i would

I like the fact that there is a garage to park the car , i made a reservation there not knowing that a lock off door to conect to the room next to it was going to be there, to me that feature is for big family member o friends that you know ,not to have a stranger that could be in your room just by breaking a deadbolt lock ... other than that small things fixable by texting front desk

The place is very spacious for large families such as mines but it can take a new look. The look is very out dated.

The size of the room is great but these units are in much need of a modern upgrade. I have been coming here for at least 20 years and nothing has ever changed in the rooms. I stay here because it one of the few places that can accommodate my family of 7.

We have stayed here before and as always love the properties. The area shuttle and front desk reception for package collection is always a plus. They are vary accommodating and respond quickly to any complaints.

The check-in was very easy, frontdesk personal friendly and very helpful. I have disability so needed room close to elevators. After short check got room closest as possible. Thank you. Room was very clean. Also enjoyed the pool at Flamingo. Over all from the moment i rented the room, had to change date - very easy, hotel was very helpful with it, the check-in, the stay and the check-out very easy. Also want to call out the 2 servicemen who helped me to find the way to Flamingo when my GPS send me in circle at the wrong spot, they drove with their golfcart in front of me to show me the way. Thank you very much. All in all i can only recommend this hotel and plan to come back.

The stay would have being better if the check in good but it was at all. I called the hotel to add my boyfriend on the reservation because I was late. They never did. I spoke with Hotel.com. They added the name but for some reason Bonaventure did not receive it. My boyfriend lost more than 2 hours at the front desk. When I finally came around 5am, the lady said the stairs are not avaible. When I reserved I speacialy ask for a room 1st or 2nd floor because i'm claustophobia so I dont take elevators. So we spent another hour at the front desk to finaly find that the is fire stairs I can use but at 1st place the lady told me to change the resort to go aklt Weston vacation village. But they wasnt able to make the changes.

Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay. The room was a bit dated, but it was clean. The property is a little confusing when trying to find the main building to check in. We got a little lost and asked the staff of the building we were near for help. They were rude and laughed at us, but the staff inside the main building were very kind. The mattress was on the firmer side which I prefer, but I don't think most people would like that. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we'd come back when we have more time to spend on site to fully enjoy the facilities.

Weston is a beautiful safe area- staff was all so polite-every single one of them from registration to the entire staff at Flamingo 1 and 2 I want to say Job well done. One guy went out of his way to find us a cart. Another allowed us to park in staff lot during storm. Prince at the Registration building very calm cool. Will be back. Pools were amazing. Area was lovely, But the Professionalism of this staff was top ten.

They always say customer service is everything. While the property is a great property, their customer service remains poor. I booked this property through Expedia, but when I checked out a day early, I was told I needed to contact Expedia. Mind you, when I arrived, I had to pay the property in full. So you would think that if I'm owed a refund, it would be processed by the property. Nope! I was told I needed to contact Expedia....again, even though, I paid the property in full. They were the ones who charged me. And the attitude of the representive was piss poor. She didn't even try to help me, even though I told her it didn't make sense. So I called Expedia, and they told me the property was wrong. I needed to get my refund from the property. Great property to day at, but pray nothing goes wrong. They will not help you...or they will give you a hard time in doing so.

Room not made up daily, just once in a 7 day stay, no coplementary breakfast, gym with too few equipment. Just 1 in house eatery. No laundramat on property.

I booked the property, mostly because I had breakfast included (I was in a Sports tournament with limited time). When I got there, there was NO breakfast. They did not know about it, and then they gave me a "choice" that someone would make a presentation about some credit card, and he would "invite" me to the breakfast as a courtesy. UNNACEPTABLE! The guy who called to try to sell me the presentation was very RUDE. Also, I must mention that the place was very dusty and the air conditioning did not cool well. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

The only problem I had was the fact that the folder stated that there was a soda machine on the first floor but there was none

Hotel appears a bit dated. Furniture was very old. Bathroom sink is for a midget…very low. Room was spacious and had all the basics needed. Provided coffee, but ONLY for 1 cup, not even a whole pot. Resort was ok, but it needs some work and updates.
