One of the dirtiest places I have ever been to. Reservation is a mess. Service is non existent. This place shouldn’t even be allowed to be listed in hotels.com

There is no front desk. No one to help you get into the hotel. The room has blood stains on the walls and the carpet. The couch was burnt with a huge hole in the middle of the cushion. We left immediately. Worse experience ever unfortunately.

Despite paying in advance for my room, i was advised at my 3pm check in that i was supposed to virtually check 24 hours in advance. So they sold my room and told me they were full thus stranding me in town without a place to stay. I was told i would receive a refund but, as of this writing, i have not

NEVER AGAIN will we book our stay in this hotel! We had confirmed reservations but when we got there, we had no room and nobody to talk to coz its self check in and customer service was terrible. We only got informed (thru email)that we had no accommodations when we got to the hotel at 10:40pm after we were assured (also thru email) two hours prior that our room was ready. The agent that I spoke to ( after waiting on the line for 20 mins) also hang up on me without even resolving our problem or even apologizing for the inconvenience. We had to look for another place to stay late at night and had to pay 3x the price of this hotel coz of their mistake. You should be ashamed of yourselves! And you should be reimbursing us for the payment of the other hotel accommodation .Kiteville Owego in New York is the worst ever!! And your customer service is also terrible!! Somebody should have at least called us to inform us about your overbooking earlier, not by email coz nobody always checks emails while driving. If there was an option for no star in this review, that is what you will be getting from me. TERRIBLE! NO STARS!!!!

Check in was confusing. There are no employees on site. We only had 1 towel. The heater was loud. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
