The staff were great and the pool is beautiful it was a pity that the jacuzzi was out for maintenance. The room were really comfortable.

I have stayed several times now and it's a great hotel offering great value friendly staff and super clean, every time it's exceptional I wish the pool was open a little longer in the evening that and that there was a water dispenser in the gym now they have removed bottled water and making sure the towels are there all day these are the only improvement that could be made !

Top notch location close to three MRT stations and bus stops. Only downside is limited bar hours and no served breakfast.

This was relatively expensive for a basis no frills hotel. The gym was tiny. The pool area had only about 8 sunbeds - all snapped up in no time at all.

Reasonable hotel with nice roof top swimmingpool. But no restaurant or breakfast service. There are lots of breakfast places in the area so no problem for me.

Really comfortable 4 night stay. The room had everything I needed: large bathroom, ample floor space to open my suitcase, plenty of desk and wardrobe space. King bed was super comfortable. The daily room cleaning service was also great. Had the chance to use the pool, jacuzzi and the gym and they were all modern and clean. Im quite impressed given that the price point for this hotel was still affordable. The other great thing is the unbeatable location. Public transport is so easy with bus stops and mrt station meters away from the hotel front door. I would happily recommend this place to my friends and family.

Great hotel for the price and location. We had a great stay and would book again. Good pool but the gym was a bit disappointing. The machines was out of order and two of the three treadmills didint work. Some dumbbells would have been nice.

The 30 Bencoolen is located near the downtown line which connects to other lines which makes touring easy. Art museum is nearby and restaurants are nearby. During my stay there did not appear to be meal service in the hotel. The highlight is a nice lap rooftop pool which is well maintained.

I like that the rooms were very spacious. However, it was pretty dusty, so my son kept sneezing because of his allergies. And the toilets had water flies coming out of the drain. It was pretty disgusting.

Property is well located 2 blocks from SMU. Hotel is ok for the price. A bit pricier for what you get. It offers washers and dryers in the building which is very nice for a week stay. The towels were very old and had holes on them. AC units are noisy. No breakfast or bar. You have a 7Eleven two buildings towards the corner. Metro station is right in front of the hotel and grab service right there.

The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. I enjoyed the amenities. During my stay I used the laundry, gym, and the pool. There are places to eat within steps of the property. There’s also a bus right across the street. The hotel has everything you need around it. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Property is very clean and staff is friendly. Has a nice pool, free wifi, and is very close to public transport. The blue train line gets you right to Bayfront (Marina Bay Sands). We had an issue with a towel having holes, but that was minor

La estacion de metro Bencoolen esta a unos pasos del hotel y es muy facil llegar desde el aeropuerto. Cerca del hotel hay un hawker con variedad de comida, nosotros desayunamos y cenamos ahi. La habitacion muy limpia y la cama muy comoda, hotel recomendable.

We had a very pleasant stay at 30 Bencoolen. The room was clean and well maintained, and we really appreciated the smart green/red light system to signal when cleaning was needed. The staff at the reception were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, with just a one-minute walk to several MRT stations, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel we would gladly recommend.

The room is not really have good sound protect quality. But, everything was really good and nice.

Super Lage, modernisierte Zimmer, schöner Pool auf dem Dach. Negativ: sehr kleine Zimmer und minimalistische Schrankkapazitäten!!! Auch Handdtuchhalter im Bad sucht man vergeblich. Luft im Zimmer nur mit Air Condition. Für all das deutlich zu teuer.

Early check in, clean room, comfortable bed. Good location. My only complaint would be refrigerator in the room was not cold. I called maintenance and they brought me a different one, but that one still was only about 45°F.

The hotel is in a good location and the room was nice and spacious enough. However, it was noisy. The aircon was noisy but there was still a constant noise with it turned off. Also, you could hear outside noise as well as noise from the lobby and the adjacent room.

This is an intriguing hotel: one the one hand, it's immaculate, modern and looks almost brand-new throughout. It has a smart, clean, lobby area and a great rooftop pool. The rooms have a pleasing modern-minimalist aesthetic, with subdued greys and browns throughout. The bathrooms are great - stone effect and well lit. The super-king bed was very comfortable: huge, great mattress and pillows, high thread-count sheets. The A/C worked great. Location is also amazing: a bus-stop right outside the lobby doors, across the street from Bencoolen MRT and just around the corner from Dhoby Ghaut MRT . It's a 5 min walk to the National Museum. It couldn't be more central. What I can't make sense of, is that the hotel has ZERO catering: the lobby has an open-plan seating area with a bar/catering area at one end. It could be the coolest, hipsterish, hangout. But it's dead. There is no restaurant, not even a coffee shop or a morning breakfast bar. Obviously, there's no room service either. What's up with that? I've spent a whole month at 30 Bencoolen this year (two weeks in March, and two weeks in September). I wouldn't have returned if I wasn't happy to stay there, but I do think they need to sort out the catering arrangements - it doesn't feel like a proper hotel without catering, and I can't help feeling that they are missing out on a huge opportunity to turn this great property (which as I've said looks brand new) into a very hip hangout for travelers and locals alike.

Great location, easy access to buses and trains. Easy to get to and from airport. There were some sheets that had some spots on them. When I asked the night staff about transport to the airport in the morning or if it's busy in the morning with checkout they had no clue which wasn't great when planning for getting a flight

The bar is only open during the morning hours and early evening, and restaurant isn’t open at all. The staff is not very helpful and won’t ever leave behind the desk even if you are struggling with your baggage. The only time I saw anyone leave the desk was to quickly hurry us out of the pool 10 minutes before the pool closed (at 9pm) we asked for ice one night and the staff acted so inconvenienced. This hotel looks way better online than it is in person. The rooms are small and have no amenities. I wouldn’t personally stay here again with so many other nice hotels in the area at the same price point.

Good and friendly staffs. They have luggage storage. Recommend for who have a trip to singapore.

Hadden hoge verwachtingen van dit 4* hotel. Ligging is goed. Dichtbij MRT station. Kamer had ik ruimer verwacht.Was ook gehorig. Amenities goed. Schoonmaak ook goed. Bed goed. Faciliteiten bij laat vertrek matig. Douche bij pool niet geschikt voor omkleden en douchen voor de reis Te weinig ruimte en geen haken genoeg. Echt een zwembad douche. Omkleedkamer was niet aanwezig. Zou je wel verwachten bij een dergelijk hotel. Late checkout was max een uurtje. Ontbijt niet gebruikt in hotel. Genoeg restaurants in de omgeving evenals een Starbucks. Personeel vriendelijk maar niet super servicegericht. Overall voldeed aan ons doel, maar geen 4* eerder 3* hotel kwaliteit.

Firstly, the welcome from the Front Desk staff, particularly Diana was excellent.She kindly let us check in early & everything in the room was very good. The mattress was comfortable, the bathroom pristine and the water pressure was very good. Also, it’s well located as the MRTis maybe 3 minutes away.

Amazing staff at 30 Bencoolen. They are friendly, very helpful. I made an online purchase on a Sat morning with Monday being a public holiday, they kept reassuring me that they would deliver the package. Up until 11pm when I got my package they remained upbeat. The staff is very professional and super friendly.

Centrally located. Public transportation very close by. Restaurants nearby. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

30 Bencoolen was a great place to stay as it was only about 50m from the MRT and therefore very easily accessible from and to the airport and Sentosa which I was particularly interested on visiting for an ocean swim. If you are prepared, then you can take a 45-minute walk to the National Stadium and the attractions there. A very handy location to the Bugis area and the tertiary institutions. There is so much to do and see in Singapore so if you have done Marina Bay etc this is a great location. Very close to a hawkers market as well

Spacious room for family of 4. Location is Convenient for travelling on public transport. Only one minor inconvenience - does not have a proper drop off/ pickup area to the hotel lobby if you need to use a taxi.

We have stayed here before and love the nearby food options, the access to MRT and the proximity to Orchard Road, Haji Lane, Raffles Hotel, Fort Canning, and many other Singapore attractions.

Very clean and comfortable! Ideal location to be able to get anywhere in Singapore on the MRT.

Just minutes to the MRT so was easy from the airport to hotel. Major bus routes also nearby.

Great boutique hotel in a great location. The restaurant was closed when I was there which I wasn't made aware of at time of booking. Luckily there are lots of options in the area including a great Hawker Center nearby.

Right opposite the mrt station and short walk to some other mrt lines. Room perfectly clean. Staff always helpful. 1 disappointment was that they didnt provide breakfast. There's a place just down the road that serves buffet breakfasts and other options for breakfast. Pricey but hey Singapore
