Taksim Metropark Hotel

İşi için gelmiştik, 2 gün kaldık. Temiz ve güzel bir yer, oda büyüktü. Yeri oldukça merkeziydi. Puanı biraz düşük diye tereddüt etmiştim ama biz gayet memnun kaldık. Kahvaltısı da güzeldi. Çıkarken de bir kaç saat için valizleri bırakmak istediğimizde çok yardımcı oldular. Tek söyleyebileceğim eksik odada terlik olmamasıydı.

施設的には古さは歪めないが、小綺麗に清掃がよく行き届いている。何よりも新市街タクシム広場と、地下鉄乗り口まで1分の裏通りのロケーションはイスタンブールを公共交通機関で動く場合、とても便利なのと、空港連絡バス発着場所のポイントホテル前迄も徒歩圏内の約8〜9分と、動き易いロケーションがとにかく助かる。

Good staff so cooperative and kind but they gave us the room not as we recomended i eexomended in high floor but they gave as in first floor our window face large tarrace It contains refrigeration machines and electricity generators, the noises of which were annoying and do bot let us sleep and the room is smaller than i booked

Weak 3 star hotel instead 4, with good location and difficult approach on stairs in the street.

Fiyatına göre iyi. Konum mükemmel. Kahvaltı yeterli. Isınma için klima çok iyi değil.

1. Katta kalmayın. Temizlik iyiydi be fakat oda içinde ağır bir koku vardı, Otopark hizmeti var yalnız ücretli iki gece kaldım 500 TL aldılar. Sonuç olarak vasat altı bir otel olarak değerlendiriyorum.

Das Hotel war sehr schön und ruhig, alles war sauber und das Frühstück gut. Besonders praktisch fand ich die Parkmöglichkeit und die perfekte Lage direkt im Zentrum am Taksim Meydanı. Ideal für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Istanbul.

Accueil assez bien, chambre propre mis à part la salle d'eau où il y'a des saletés dans quelques coins et dans le VMC. Vieux matelas, peu confortable. Petit déjeuner moyen à assez bien. Bon emplacement proche de la place taksim. L'entrée de l'hôtel est située dans une rue ayant une pente assez raide: pas pratique pour une poussette.

Worse hotel I ever stayed in , and I have stayed in quite a few in my life. Shows as a 4 star but really deserves a 2 star (and I am being generous). First let me say that the location is excellent as it is at Taksim square. The pros end here and this is the long list of cons : - grumpy and rude staff at the front desk - our shower drain was not functioning and many attempts were made to remedy the problem with no solution. Front desk even lied, saying the plumber had passed by and fixed it (lier). Even spoke to the general manager who swore it would get fixed but didn’t. We stayed 7 nights in this hotel which we had pre-payed (or else we would have left), showering in 5 cm of drain water (room 509) - found a shewing gum in the dessert plate at breakfast. When pointed this out to the breakfast manager, he got an employee to come and pick up the gum from the plate ….. NOT removing the plate, NOT changing the food, just kept the same desserts , even the ones that had previously touched the gum - breakfast manager grumpy …. Except for the last day at checking out. Very helpful, asked if we wanted more coffee, etc… all to get a TIP that he didn’t deserve. Of course we didn’t eat anything else at this breakfast following the gym incident which happened in day 2 of our 8 day stay. - room dated and dirty. Toilet was still dirty when we checked in. Had a pistachio shell next to night stand (stayed there for days). Out of characters to continue . DO NOT STAY HERE

You could hear everything from all the other rooms. The bathroom shower was old and dirty. The staff was extremely rude.

Otel, konumu iyi, çalışanlar iyi, temizlik iyi. Nezih bir otel. Tek sıkıntısı konforu. Biraz geride kalmış. Modern değil.

It was a good hotel .. spacious as it was family room. May be to accommodate one more extra bed... The luggage storage was allowed.. check in was ultra smooth. Check out time strictly 12noon.... Shower Bath space was too small just to stand only approx 2ft * 4ft. Rest all was well. Location was good and nearby main Street. But overall based on pricing and all, the bathroom and all should have been bigger...

This is an older property. The good thing about that is that the rooms are always a bit bigger and well furnished, It is in Taksim Square and has a Macdonald next door if you are peckish.and Metro station opposite. It is handy for all. including the airport bus. The staff are friendly and very efficient. I have stayed there several times.

Very good customer service

Fantastisk god service. Vi fik vores værelse flere timer før tid uden ekstra betaling. Desuden guide personalet os meget i forhold til steder vi søgte. Endeligt har vi fået hjælp i forbindelse med vores opsætning af vores private telefon.

Great stay friendly stuff convinent location

I loved the location sine it is 5 seconds away from the Taksim metro and Taksim street. Busy and alive at night. Lots of good dining options and shopping centers. The staff were really friendly, I just did not know how to tell them that I do not need room service. I thought that they would only clean the room if I used the designated sign but the staff cleaned and replenished the room regardless. The breakfast was really complete and full of options, some foods changed daily. Little problem with the sink, I am not sure if it was normal or not but it took so long for water to drain whether I used the shower or I used the bathroom sink.

Located in the heart of Taksim, perfect location for tourists. Staff is professional. Service is fast, breakfast is good, and many utilities in Taksim are a few steps away. I recommend the hotel for those who are interested in exploring Taksim.

I like the location of the hotel, everything around you at any time. Metro station is very near 2 minutes walk. The staff of the hotel were friendly, fulfil any request and answers all our questions.

I like the staff of this hotel very much. Each one is polite, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast is quite good in quality and variety. My room large and comfortable. Its location so close to Taksim and Istiklal St. is a great convenience.
