While not a bad stay it fell short of the expectations for a hotel of this category and price tag. It had seen better days (the carpets are smelly and not very clean, the furniture has aged, and so on) and while everyone is nice and friendly it needs to be kept in better shape if it wants to fullfil its promises. Also on a side note: if there is absolutely no parking option besides the self parking garage and the valet parking, at the least the self parking should be included in the price. Nobody goes there without a car, so its just one more add-on (after resort fees) that they try to hide somehow.
