Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr gepflegt, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ein Highlight war das schöne Restaurant im Hotel, wo ich einige köstliche Getränke genießen konnte. Die Atmosphäre war einladend und entspannend. Preisleistung Gut! Besonders praktisch fand ich die Möglichkeit, direkt im Hotel Fahrräder auszuleihen. So konnte ich die Umgebung erkunden und den Strand in nur 25 Minuten (ca. 5 km) erreichen – eine tolle Möglichkeit, die frische Luft zu genießen! Für Autofahrer gibt es eine Parkmöglichkeit im Interparking Museum Quarter, und das Hotel bietet eine Ermäßigung von nur 30 Euro für 24 Stunden, die direkt im Hotel bezahlbar ist. Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt schön, und ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen!

This was a very nice place to stay. It was clean, and everything worked. The location was very easy, walking distance to the train station and to museums. The breakfast was, like most hotel breakfasts, expensive but one of the best overpriced hotel breakfasts I have seen. I would stay here again.

The air conditioning was broken and would switch off in the middle of the night, and the front desk wouldn’t answer their phone, so I had to get dressed and go downstairs and tell them, which they already knew about. Happened every night of a 5 night stay. Breakfast was expensive (17 euro) and sparse. No orange juice, something that tasted like Tang. Eggs were yucky, so basically a 17 euro bowl of cereal and cup of coffee.

Enjoyed our stay in The Hague. The comfort room we were given was very drab. No artwork etc and the room was very dark. There’s only a small window and the canopy over it blocks out a lot of light. We had a city view room, but as there was a huge tree in front of our window that was all we saw, beautiful though it was. This was our second stay and I must admit to feeling slightly disappointed with our room this time. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. One of the elevators wasn’t working so it was a bit of a mystery tour to find our room and will admit to getting lost more than once in the corridors upstairs.

The hotel itself was lovely & clean, staff were extremely helpful even going to the trouble of packing a breakfast for us in the morning as we were going out before breakfast room was open. Furnishings & all areas were modern & clean. The only downside was the fact that our room window looked out to the back of the hotel where the bins were, which were overflowing. There were random chairs & a table where the staff would sit. The big air conditioning units on the opposite wall of hotel were really noisy, you could hear the hum through closed windows.

24112024: bij aankomst heel vriendelijk ontvangen en na het afronden van de laatste formaliteiten de bagage achter gelaten. Na een rondje door de stad, lekker geluncht bij Amier en een cocktail bij Havanna, de sleutelkaart opgehaald en naar de kamer gelopen. De bagage was al naar de kamer gebracht. De comfort-kamer zelf was ruim, schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. (nespressoapparaat, grote boxspring, nette badkamer met regendouche). Voor het diner hebben we een andere locatie bezocht (Villa Coucou) Het ontbijt was ook prima verzorgd en voor ieder wat wils. Een echte aanrader voor een nachtje of weekendje weg.

We all loved the hotel very central & the staff were all friendly. The bar was good & very popular, we just feel they should have a set time for closing as we were asked if we would move to the resident bar which we did & then they wouldn’t serve us this was at 10.00pm so not late
