Nice staff and friendly housekeepers. The onsite self serve washer and dryer was very convenient. I like they provide guest with free water bottles everyday. Our room size was big and had strong air conditioning which was a plus. Although the rooms are getting old. Mold in the showers and in various places in the washroom. Shower head leaks a lot. Pillow cases were dirty on all 4 pillows we got. The carpet is very dirty in the room and in the hallways. Various mysterious red patches on the carpet in the room and in hallways. Breakfast food was nothing to be excited about. The surrounding area of the hotel is very run down. Overall for the price it was decent. Not somewhere to go for a nice stay, it is good for just a place to sleep.

Our room had an excellent, view of the Petronas Towers. The room was not that clean but was spacious with comfortable beds. The staff at the front desk was accommodating and helpful. The North and South towers are two separate buildings with different facilities. We were bit frustrated going to the wrong building because of confusion. The buffet style breakfast had a great variety of local and western cuisines. Please note: Be careful when booking- south or north because the South tower has the rooftop pool, while the North has a gym.

We were given a tiny and very unpleasant room when we checked in but after mentioning that we were not happy with our room we were given a better room. However, the first experience stayed with us like a bitter after taste! The area was not pleasant- was not expecting to stay in the middle of street market! Saying that, the hotel had good facilities and the pool and dining area on the top floor had breath-taking views.

They've hired out the parking lot from a third party company so if you bring a car and you wanna park on the property, it's a mandatory RM10 fee/night. Carpet had stains which I don't think can be removed.

Carpet in room stained. Carpet outside tarpon and hallway to elevators appear dirty. Tv remote partially broken - instructions to operate tv inadequate. The pros: all staff members were very polite. Water, teas, coffee, toothbrushes, toothpaste... were provided. The cons: the carpet was dirty and housekeeping not once vacuumed. It took approx 9 hrs, after 3 calls to get toilet unclogged. The window view was not conducive to joy. The soap container remained empty after several cleaning days. The linen was not changed, as per spot on sheet that was still there. The front pillow became the back and the back the front. The bathroom floor was not mopped. The first day I had to request the wobbly, loose faucet be fixed. The clean face towels were left on the toilet grab bar... My recommendation to the hotel is to train properly the cleaning crew. Handwashing is very important. Lack of sanitation and hygiene can cause guests to catch infectious diseases. Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur Jalan Tuanku Rahman North, you can do better!!!

I was disgusted with the state of the carpet (Room 1612)so many heavy dirty stains and it is all over. I would have checked out same time if I had planned to stay longer. I challenge the hotel manager or the housekeeping manager take a look at the carpet. My wife and I wore the slippers all the time because I didn’t want our feet to touch the floor.Thanks for the slippers they were very helpful.

The staff is great and are very friendly. The hotel is a dump. Rooms smell like smoke even though there is no smoking. They need to ozone the entire building. There were stains all over the carpet from the elevator to the room and the room carpet was disgusting. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was decent with high quality food. If the hotel didn’t smell like an ashtray it would get 4 or 5 stars easily.

Second time visit to the single room, spacious and quiet even facing the monorail. Good location and the roof top pool is still amazing. I tried the breakfast due to excellent reviews but very disappointment. Save your money on the breakfast. Little choice and very basic food. In the two breakfasts, there was no bread, an ordinary piece of bread is absent. Instead, there are big flies around the dinning areas. It seems no one care about the restaurant.

Spacious room. Lovely view of the Petronas Towers. Short walk to the train station. Our room did have a very stained carpet but overall, we had a nice stay. Thank you to Abdullah the housekeeper who surprised us with towel swans for our anniversary. That was a sweet gesture :)

Habitación un poco pequeña, moqueta sucia. Cama muy cómoda, lavabo amplio. Hicimos late check out, al llegar de comer para recoger nuestras maletas y ducharnos, la llave de la habitación no nos abría. Tuvimos que bajar dos veces a recepción, los ascensores son muy lentos, tampoco podíamos utilizarlos ya que la llave no funcionaba, y al final fue un hombre que encontramos en la planta que nos ayudó. Íbamos con el tiempo justo y eso fue un inconveniente. Desayuno com pocas opciones occidentales.

The hotel's photos on expedia are miss leading. The hotel is in a very bad area. The hotel has no lobby. The staff's service is terrible. We arrived and asked for someone to help with our luggage, they said we don't have this service. They had 2 groups at the hotel, so noisy groups. They used to come late at the night screaming. I cancelled my last 3 nights at the hotel, they didn't accept to refund our unused nights. They even wanted to charge me additional tax claiming that booking through expedia is with no taxes. I opened the email from expedia and showed them that my booking is paid with taxes and fees. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. If you want to have a nice vacation specially with kids, book in different hotel.

Having been transferred onto 3 different rooms after check in was a bit harrowing. We had to report 3 times, before it repaired, even tried to complain to the manager, still waiting to hear from him. The service did not have any street maps to give out, we asked the security guard how to get to Chinatown, he tpd to wait for a minute, never saw him again!!! They are using the Hilton name, but not giving the service you would expect from the Hilton brand

The staff are friendly snd helpful. I was surprised that one have to request one's room to be madeup and cleaned daily, otherwise the room will not be cleaned. I would have thought this would be done automatically. Front desk needs some more staff. The shower needs a door so it is entirely enclosed so water would not spill onto the floor (slippery floor is dangerous, and wet floor is annoying).

＜周辺環境について＞旅慣れているという過信から、何も調べずにヒルトン系列で安いし窓から象徴的な建物も見えるっぽいし、良い場所なんだろうと思ってここを選びました。空港に到着して、ホテルのあるチョウキット（CHOW KIT）エリアについて調べたところ、まあまあなローカルエリアであることがわかりました。自分のバックパッカースタンスが抜けていなかったのもあるでしょうが、観光目的で来られる方は、コスパに目を行き過ぎると痛い目を見るかもしれません。別に施設内の設備やら雰囲気は悪くないのですが、とにかく周辺に何もレジャー的な要素はありません。地元の市場とかセブンイレブン、メニューと違うものが出てくる大衆食堂などに行ってみたい方にはおすすめですけど。。逆に、ツインタワーやらブギッビンタンのようないわゆる観光地を楽しみたい場合、毎回タクシー（Grab）で15分くらいの移動を必要とするので、お勧めしないです。＋1,000~2,000円でもKLCC付近に似たようなビジホはあるので、ツインタワーを間近で見たい、すぐにちゃんとしたご飯屋にもありつけたい、方はそちらをお勧めします。＜良かった点＞朝食うまいです。景色も良いです。愛想も言うほど悪くないです、海外かつこのコストにしてはとても良いかと。エレベーターも別にそこまで遅くないです。1F毎に止まるとちょっと動き遅くなるくらいです。＜気になった点＞自分が聴覚過敏なだけですが、隣の部屋の音はまあまあ聞こえました。でもサウスの方が酷かったです。 HP上で予約した際は部屋写真にソファとかあったので、かなり広いのを期待したのですが、全然ソファないし、想定より狭かったです。まあ、しゃあない。

酒店房間望雙子塔景，離單軌秋杰站行5分鐘就到酒店，酒店附近還有紅色線免費巴士到中央車站，行經獨立廣場，非常方便。酒店樓下就是街市，有多種水果，價錢便宜，還有榴槤店面，住了6日，食了3次貓山王，由酒店行路去雙子塔約15-20分鐘，行經夜市，有街頭美食，行去sogo都方便，我對住hilton garden inn north湖意，有機會一定會再入住。
