A great hotel with a skybar which was amazing. The swimming pool in need a repair with alot of the tiles have moved. And safety wire around pool not stainless hence the rust. Smoking around pool takes alot of points of also.

Short walk from both BTS and MRT, though there are no sidewalks down the alley, so you'll probably need a taxi if you've got luggage. Reasonably clean rooms. Helpful staff. Nice (smallish) pool. Small gym with dumbbells, cardio machines, etc. The rooftop bar was a nice space to take in the views over a beer. The restaurants didn't really call to us, but the room service Thai food was surprisingly good. Very close to Emsphere, which has a decent food court.

I enjoyed my 8 nights stay at Novotel Sukhumvit 20 a lot. The rooms were very clean und had modern equipment. The staff was very polite and professional. The hotel stays in a good accessible area I always felt safe nearby the hotel. The pool and gym was clean and beautiful. The price for one stay was more than fair. So I hope if I'm in Bangkok again I can have the opportunity to stay at the Novotel again :)

Hotel looks ok and catered for all expected requirements. Cleanliness is a issue. Starting at the lobby up restaurant and room there are a lot of opportunities for improvement. Concierge service was great with attentive and helpful staff.

We stayed in a Superior room with two double beds and city view. Our overall experience was really good! Most of the staff are friendly. Some are more reserved, but still polite. The buffet breakfast is a must. It is nice and convenient to be able to go down for breakfast before getting ready and heading out. Mix of western and eastern inspired food. There is no shortage of food or drink options. The dining area itself is lovely and comfortable. The room was very clean and the window was huge and offered plenty of natural light. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was sleek and modern. My criticism about the room is that the TV was very outdated. Most of the channels were in Thai and did not have subtitles. It would be nice to have the option to screen share or login to streaming services - even if we need to use our personal accounts. This meant that entertainment and downtime in the room was limited. The location of the hotel was great. A short walk from EmSphere and other shops and best of all, the Phrom Phong BTS Station. The street the hotel is on is more quiet and has wonderful spas, some street food, 7-11 convenience store and a lovely little cafe. As two females, we walked the area during the day and at night and always felt safe. Grab cars could easily locate the hotel and the doormen and security were very helpful and friendly. Overall a very positive stay and we are both happy with our decision to book this hotel.

Tive contato mais próximo com o Em e o Bruzze - concierge , que me deram todas as dicas de transporte e passeios, nos livraram de umas “furadas” e nos socorreram com uma dificuldade para retornar ao hotel. Em é bastante versátil, tendo nos levado como motorista do tuktuk do hotel, para o centro comercial. Na recepção, Nati e “Snack”, também muito simpáticos e competentes. Ótima experiência. Our experience at Novotel was highly disappointing. The customer service was subpar, and we won't be returning or recommending it to anyone. Despite booking a two-night stay along with our friends, we were charged a deposit four times higher than theirs - $8000 baht compared to their $2000 baht deposit. まず立地についてはスクンビットロードまで少しだけ歩きます。暑いとバイクに乗ろうか歩こうかと考えてしまう微妙な距離です。駅までは荷物を転がして行くのは少し覚悟がいる距離です。ホテル前にはホテルのトゥクトゥクが止まっていたので送り迎えをしてくれるのかもしれません。部屋の広さは狭くはないが標準的。特に面白味はありません。車で訪問しましたが、無料駐車場は敷地内で、エレベーターでロビーにつながっています。 12時チェックアウトでしたが、確認したら夕方まででも使ってくださいということでしたので、市内散策中も車を止めさせてもらいました。全体的に標準的、一昔前の優等生的で大きな特徴はありません。価格はバンコクど真ん中ということもあり高いと思います。

Yes they did have the said crab but no legs just the small joints of the legs. Very disappointing buffett. Muy buena elección para alojarse en Bangkok! Habitaciones nuevas, amplias y bien decoradas. El desayuno es muy variado, con muchas opciones y tipos de comida. Además, hay un cocinero que te prepara al momento lo que desees. La piscina es una buena opción para refrescarse. El personal muy atento.

Great location about a 15 minute walk to Terminal 21 or Emquartier. Close BTS access. Great breakfast at a good price and wonderful pool area.
